I am supposed to have funds for a return in Wallet applied. I do not see where it is applied. I need an explanation. Not sure I like this site. Your return process is not good and very very vague, hidding something?

Poor Fabric Quality

The fabric was of poor quality and nothing like what was pictured on the model online. Received 2 separate shipments and planned to return both together. In effort to return both dresses, completing the online process, the reply was, you will receive a response in 48 hours. The next day, I completed a somewhat different online process, stated that you will receive a reply in 24 hours. To date, a reply from Stylwe has not been received. Always maintain or keep the "return address on the package" you receive. I will never order from Stylwe again.
