The abstract knitted long sleeve elegant two pieces midi dress was my first ever stretchy outfit that I purchased online from Stylewe. To be frank am extremely satisfied with the garment, and it is the best outfit to wear during both winter and summer seasons. Being a plus size woman, I like the stretchy part that makes the dress fit perfectly on my body.
I purchased a sweater. The sweater on the photo was dark green, and the description stated "Dark Green". However the sweater I received was light Green. I claimed it to Stylewe, however their response was "it depends on the shade." They must be kidding me. Somebody in the marketing is totally color blind.
I ordered over $800 worth of merchandise, and requested rush delivery. They cancelled the entire order due to the fact that one sweater was out of stock, and asked me to re-order the remaining merchandise. Due to the fact that they had cancelled, I would have received the order too late. I wonder if their designers realize that if their item is included in an order with another item that is out of stock, the entire order is cancelled. Very poor customer service to sacrifice such a large order. They then contacted me and offered a 15% discount. Ironically, my initial order included a $200 discount for spending over $500 dollars, which was a larger discount than 15%. Every other web site that I know of would have notified me, removed it from the order, and sent the remaining items. What a disappointment

I recently had what I thought would be a nightmare experience. I didn't quite understand the reason for the adjusted refund on my returned item to StyleWe. They attempted to explain but it kept going over my head. I received a discount on my purchase due to the amount my order. Therefore the item had to be refunded at the lesser amount however in essence StyleWe refunded more than expected. Responded quickly and resolved the matter in a friendly way. I don't know if I'll order again due to the quality but I'll give them a thumbs up on resolving matters and quickly. The customer isn't always right and in this case I wasn't.

I am extremely surprised of all the negative comments, I ordered a dress from this website, which saved my but, because I waited till the last minute to do.
I'm overweight, and don't usually like to ware dresses, because I have to get them pretty big and don't like the way they look on me, but I found this web site and saw that most of their style could look great on anyone, so I ordered one, I ordered the suggested size. I received the order within a week (just in time for the Christmas Party), the dress looked fabulous on, even though I'm overweight the dress made me and look amazing. The dress was made perfect, I have ordered product from other places from China and yes, when you do receive the product, it is made cheap and the items do not look like the pictures, but not this website, they truly delivered great quality and fast. Fortunately I did not need to work with the return department, but as they mention, they are new and are working on their bugs.
Maybe they need to set some rules for the designers, that all of them need to pick great quality material or charge a fair amount for the quality. When I received the bad product from the other sites, I would just say, You get what you pay for, I didn't pay much for them. Anyway, I wore my dress to the party and had tons of complements. I look forward to ordering more from this website and hope that I have the same experience each time. So keep up the great work StyleWe! I bought a dress for $104 from them and it looked pretty cheaply made. I returned it using their shipping label. I asked my husband to insure it and he was in a rush, so he didn't. They say they never received it. I'm sure it's sitting there, perhaps in the wrong department, but they refuse to give me a refund. I would never use this company again as there was no cooperation, no "let me look for it" and no "we'll see what we can do to make you a happy customer?" I wish there was a place for no stars, because that is what they deserve. By the way, I have never, ever posted a bad review before.

I just got a gorgeous dress from StyleWe. I got it in about a week and am so glad I didn't trust their size suggestion tool. I went off of my own measurements. I got a navy lace dress that was quite popular on the site. I ordered a medium, although the tool said to get a large. It's a bit bigger than I had hoped but i have a seamstress, so no issues. I'm quite happy and even my husband said it was nice.
I bought a dress back in May for $ 104, I was just amazed with the fabric the and the style. Last month they put the same style on sale for less than $ 40. I was so exited I ordered 3 dresses, when they arrived I was so disappointed, the size conversion they have is completely wrong, the website says that XXL is US 12, Wrong! All the tree dresses did not pass my head when I tried them. I want to exchange them but they are making me go through hell, basically doing every thing not to exchange the dresses, I don't have time for their none sense, I will just give up, and loose the money.
I like some styles they have, but because of their customer service and return/exchange policy, I will never buy from them again.
They sent me an email today allowing me to return the items.

There's something classic and retro about this mermaid-style dress from StyleWe. The silhouette reminds me of something I'd see being worn by the screen sirens of the 1940's. The black can be a little funereal, but that can all be changed with the accessories and makeup worn with the dress. The quality of the fabric and the overall construction of this dress is very good, making it well worth the $58.00 price tag.
I believe this dress would last many, many years. The look could be work appropriate, evening appropriate, etc. I can see wearing this for all types of occasions. The fabric is thick, and warm, so I would say this is definitely for cooler weather. The fabric also seems to resist wrinkles, which is something I look for when buying clothes. Unfortunately, you don't get as good an idea of the fabric type when you're buying online.
The only downside to this dress was that I bought a size small, and it's a little snugger than I would prefer. The fabric of the dress stretches, but not a lot, and the waist is made so it does not stretch at all, so keep that in mind when ordering!

OK I, had a serious return issue, and I had extended communication/email problems.
The company successfully handled all of my issues when we finally got it together communication wise. Getting to that point was absolutely painful, HOWEVER stylewe handled my issues with professionalism, and with a happy end result. Their clothing styles are amazing, and the price points are terrific.

After writing a scathing review here including a transcript of a chat session with Mavis, a customer service person said they'd refund my credit card and would exchange a pair of pants I returned. Never happened. Just stay away.
I had a very negative experience with this company. After posting a proportionately negative review here, they said they would refund my card and exchange a pair of pants. I will wait to see if and when they follow through. They need to address a lot of basic customer service issues, like a customer service phone number and issuing return slips in the package, not by email request.

I rate it 5 because I want to warn you! This site is a scam from China. Poor quality and look luck sending them back to China! You can send them back but you will never get your money back! The post costs more than the product! The dress I bought from them went directly to garbage.
I had ordered several things that luckily, worked out. And then... I ordered a skirt that looked cute in the picture, but ridiculous on me. The return process is off-putting, to say the least! I was offered 3 options, NONE of which was returning the money. It's not a great business model to alienate the customer! I have never had to take a picture of my return shipping receipt send it in order to get the return processed!! Fine, I'll just spend my money somewhere else.

My first order with Stylewe a year ago went well so I thought I'd order again. I had a huge order and some things didn't fit (exchanging 2 items so the jury is still out until I receive them). However the customer service for my returns is absolutely atrocious. The zipper on the one item came completely apart... my husband took one look and said send it back because replacing a zipper is upwards of $60... not worth it when the dress is a little over $60. Their responses are laughable. The initial response was " we can offer 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund as compensation if you can fix the item locally." SERIOUSLY. Naturally I refused and asked for a refund. Second response is even more laughable "We could offer you full store credit as refund if you could keep the item.
You could use the store credit to purchase other item on our website but it can't redeem for cash."
ABSOLUTELY NOT. I don't want to keep the item nor do I want to shop at StyleWe with a credit.
The second item was a major fail in a professional setting. I work in a hospital and I have tough conversations with families daily. The last thing I need to happen is to have my pants slide down so that openly grieving family members can see my lower back. Well that's what happened. Their response: "Sorry for the inconvenience.
But the item was in good condition when you received it.
In this case, we can offer 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund as compensation if you can fix the item locally.
Will you accept it?"
After I explained why I wouldn't accept it I received the following response:
"Pls understand that since you have worn the item a few times, so it can't be sell to other customers.
Why not contact with us when you try the item on?
Let's meet half way. We could offer you 20% money refund or 25% store credit as refund as compensation if you keep the item.
That's the best we could offer you. Is it OK for you?"
As you can see from the many grammatical and the lack of understanding their customer service isn't even making an effort to address the issue. I wore the pants once. When you are trying things on it takes a person 5 minutes. Well that defect in the pants was exposed in the worst possible way: AT WORK. I am disgusted with their handling of the matter and will never shop here again. I advise others to avoid this site.

I received three dresses I ordered a few months ago. They were AWFUL! I ordered XL, based on the recommendations, but what I received was... I don't even know how to describe this mess. The dresses were HUGE everywhere except in the arms! The sleeves were tiny, so I couldn't shove my arms into them at all. It took forever to get my order, and I had read about these scams in other reports, so I figured I'd just take the loss, because they would be impossible to reach anyway. I see others here went through the same thing. STAY AWAY!

If y ou are tempted by this attractive site, just be aware that Stylewe does not make returning the item you have received easy. They do not, as do most mail order sites (Amazon, Zappos, Garnet Hill), include a return label with your packing slip. You must send an email requesting it, then they must review your request before emailing you the label, which you print out. This can take 48 hrs. (In my own case, my printer was broken so I had some extra running around to do.) Then I had difficulty finding the proper button to push to take me to their privacy policy and return procedures (required) requiring 2 more email exchanges before I could even submit the request for a return. Then once you have (finally) mailed the package, you must send them a photo of the mailing receipt. I will not order anything from them again.

Some of their stuff is quite nice. Returning anything (like for broken buttons, rivets come out, or flat out poor quality) is a royal pain in the rear. The hoops they make you jump through, and the fact they flat out ignore their own process and intentionally make it difficult makes this a "Don't use" site.

I love the product. However, they shamed into not returning an item that was a bit damaged by offering me a discount. I rather do business with a more professional site.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
