Didn't get my money back

Returned order did not get my money back. Sent multiple e mails, No results. Sizes smaller then advertised, some products are highly overpriced. Payed for product, payed for returns, didn't get my money back.

Well, I wrote a super review for this site amid scads of bad ones. I had some great experiences until I didn't... when it came to refunds I was told I would receive... I did not get them. I got confused emails from 3 different people. I did get some great clothes, but in the end I got "screwed". Never again...

Today, I foolishly placed my order before checking the horrible negative one-star reviews. It's genuinely alarming. Had I known about the very poor customer service and that the majority of clothing is made in China, I would not have risked ordering. Will write again after order is received. Hopefully, it will be a positive experience. Fingers crossed!

Very Pleased!

I ordered an evening gown and it is PERFECT. First, the price was very economical, which gave me great value. Plus, my order arrived earlier than expected. I had heard horror stories about people ordering clothing from OTHER sites, so I braced myself. STYLEWE.COM came through with great quality and service. They have earned my confidence. Very disappointed!

Ordered 2 dresses, one came with 3 defects around zipper and second dress idem it's inaccurate design not stretchy and super extra small and listed size L. Customer service don't offer any option and I'm waiting for 3 weeks! Do not buy! Cheap Chinese dresses! Beware!

They play the delay return game. All my return items we shipped in an overnight box. They said they only received 2. (How does this happen!?). After 9 emails I they found the items. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for the money Merchandise quality very disappointing. Andrea Nordstrom

We do apologize for this issue because our warehouse staff would normally scan items when received the returned package, and sometimes they need to do quality control before scanning items into the system and thus there would be some delay. I hope they enjoyed my $66 because I'm going to tell my story to whoever will listen. I'm sick of these foreign sites who have no standards and lure overly gullible people with prices only to pull one over their eyes. First of all SIZES are always an issue. You can't try it on so you have to guess and you will guess wrong since everything is 3 to 4 sizes off. Next it takes obviously for ever to get to the US. Last but not least forget about returning anything. Doesn't fit? Tough.
You will like me battle the endless email asking you for 'proof' you sent it for ever and no refund will ever be issued.
Save your money.
This really ain't worth it.
You really do get what you pay for.

I liked few items on their site but because of low reviews I only ordered one less expensive to test it first before ordering more items, the material and the way it was made was Bad and there was a torn seam. I send a request to return and they acknowledged my request but never sent the necessary return info until I stop my credit card to pay them.

Red 3/4 sleeve off-shoulder blouse never go out of fashion, and the H-line sleeve off shoulder blouse has the perfect cuts to accentuate the curves, especially for people who have a poor waistline. It comes in cotton materials, and can be worn during any season. Although its a bit of casual dress, I do wear them regularly to my workplace. Stylewe kept their promise by doing a door delivery less than a week time.

Cotton mini dress and its gorgeous in person I get compliments on it every time I wear it. Its a little more then I usually like to pay for a dress but the dress is quite special and high quality so it was worth it to have such a beautiful piece in my wardrobe. I will order again next time I have a special occasion and need a special dress.

The dresses look absolutely beautiful but that's not what you will receive! I read the reviews and trusted them, huge mistake! Although, I was interested in several dresses I tried ordering just one dress and placing the others on my wish list. The dress came in and it was absolutely horrible. I had to call them, take pictures and email them my request for a full refund. They offered I keep the dress for a 20% store credit, return the dress for a 115% store credit or return for refund of purchase price, I was responsible for shipping it back. ($12 loss) Keep in mind, if I tried again using the store credit, I would not be eligible for a refund of the purchased item. No thank you. Fool me once and I'm done!

I ordered a poncho/shawl. They sent the wrong item (different poncho/shawl). To return it, I had to have multiple correspondences with them, take a picture and send it to them (even though I told them which item they had sent, which they could see was not what I ordered). They kept wanting to just give me a partial refund and I could keep the one they'd sent (I didn't like it). I had already missed the two occasions to which I'd wanted to wear the originally ordered item by them. On top of all of that, even though it was their mistake, I had to pay return shipping. They only offered a $10 credit good only for ONE month, and I had decided not to shop with them again.

I love this website, beautiful unique garments most are reasonably priced but it takes a long time to receive the items and if you return, it's a pretty challenging process. The size are not accurate. A large in one garment is totally different from a large in another garment.

Beware your returns

The quality of their clothes are subpar and very small. I ordered seven pieces and returned two but they said they only received one (the cheaper sweater of course). I will NEVER do business with them again.

More elegant and wearable

The Asymmetric casual plain long sleeve tunic in blue color is one of my favorite tunics that were made up of linen materials. The long sleeve cloth with collar gives a perfect casual wear that I have ever worn in my life. The plain color makes the outfit look more elegant and wearable.
