I bought two navy blue wool dresses. I ordered a XXL (even though I wear a size 8) because reviews said the sizes run very small. The dresses did not fit-- but not because they were too big. They were just ill-proportioned and frankly odd. I took them to a tailor and $208 later-- they are just still odd. My husband, when asked how I looked said, "really awful. It is old lady-ish and frumpy and unbecoming." He said, "I never say such things -- but this dress really looks bad." So $300 later-- I have two blue dresses I can not wear. I would not order form this company again.

Sorry for all the inconvenience has caused. Next time, if you are not satisfied with the item you received, you can login our website to submit the return/exchange request and then we will email you our return address and return instructions.

Some of our items run one size smaller, so it will be better to choose bigger size.
Every time when you click the size "S, M, L"etcit will show the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size. Then you can check.
You need to refer to the item Product Details to see the exact measurements firstly and choose the corresponding size (S, M, L, etc). The size guide is just a reference for all the items, which is not as accurate as the info of product details.
Pls do remember to check the detail measurement for each dress before ordering. Each designers size varies.

Off to a bad start

I ordered a two piece outfit and am trying to get a delivery date. Im going out of town and want to take the outfit with me. Ordered it 4 days ago and can't get a receipt for my purchase or a esy to speak with anyone.

Terrible!

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a dress that came 1 month later that was the wrong color and fit terribly (even though they charged my credit card immediately after placing my order). It was beyond cheaply made. I wouldn't wear it to the friggin' laundromat. PLUS, getting in touch with them is next to impossible.
I should have researched the company and reviews prior to ordering, so it's partially my own fault. I am sure I will lose the $70 or so I spent, but I'm going to try to get credit. Beware!

They hired men to write good reviews on women clothing. Mistake. I ordered from this Company twice. Yes, I gave it another opportunity. 1st time - clothes was nice but the size didn't fit. The 2nd time, the size was correct, but the colors didn't match the picture and the dress was horrible. Didn't match the picture. I didn't bother to return the 2nd order. You have to use Federal Express or UPS. Too much money. RUN RUN Run... the pictures are from another website. No heads. No faces.

Buy at your own risk. You been told. Just to go Macys, sahalie, Lord & Taylor, etc. no problem with free returns. Order online and take it back to the store or free mail back return. I had to pay for my return items.

I shop online frequently and never had any problems with returns or refunds with any of thecompanies I use. That includes amazon, 6pm, jcrew, gap, and many more. This company's return policy is complicated, involves multiple e-mail requests and they denied one of my returns because of a "stain". Strongly do not recommend

Terrible customer service

I bought several items and had to return two. I followed all of their instructions, registering the
Items on their website, paying for the return shipping myself and registering the tracking number on their website. They refunded for only one item claiming they did not receive the second one, when both items were in the SAME package. I have emailed them several times and they refuse to issue a refund even though the error was clearly theirs. And they refuse to call me to discuss. Do not order from this company! Update: after complaining through this site and the Better Business Bureau, the company finally issued a refund today. Making a return should not be so difficult, or take so much of my time.

When looking for a new dress, I was amazed to see all the different styles from independent fashion designers. This was the place I was looking for. I have been looking for styles that are different from what you find in all the nationwide department stores. Here I found a mini dress that when I looked at it, it said "Me" on it.

Here is a word of caution: Be sure to check the sizes carefully and see the measurements in the size guide on each individual item that you are looking at to be sure that it will fit your measurements properly. Since these are clothes that are most likely made in smaller quantities, rather than the mass produced items that you will find in a nationwide department store, the sizes may not be true to the size on the tag.

My dress that came fit me perfectly. I checked the size guide and found the appropriate size that would fit me well. It was a size larger than I would usually buy, but that is not a problem. I love my dress!

I have since ordered something else from StyleWe, and am very happy with that order as well.

The only way to get this fraudulent business to care about your issue is to write a negative (honest) review here. They get back to you the same day asking to remove it! You can email their customer service weeks after weeks but here they reply the same day!
Nevermind, they ask you to check your junk folder and to check if you emailed to the right place, at least you get their attention.
If only they put all this effort into improving customers service, they wouldn't need to ask people to remove their bad reviews here.
People, just read every "5-star" review down here, you'll understand they are all fake before you get to the bottom of the page...
-- Important! -- The designers do not exist. My 1st dress was taken down from the website and it appeared under different designer name. A further search showed that this dress is Guccis spring 16 collection knockoff.
Most of the dresses you can find on other wholesale websites (like aliexpress and many others) at a cheaper price under a different label. Stay away.

The worst website

Worst web site that I've seen in my life do not buy here because I bought a dress and they sent me smaller size and now will not change it say sales are final so it is not Peter correctly as when I bought did not say this on the website or in the check i received not have confidence in them are some cheating

A cocktail party should be a time to have fun and enjoy a fancy drink. Don't let what you are going to wear, spoil your night. It can be confusing to know what approach you should take to get ready for the party. You may wish to wear a western dress, but don't want to look overdressed. Yet you certainly don't want to be the girl that is underdressed. If you want to be sure to make a good first impression, your best bet is to look sophisticated.

I received a message that my wife's Valentine's Day gift was sent 5 days prior but it never came. After contacting Stylewe, they informed me that it takes them 2-5 business days for preparing the order and 7-12 business days for shipping. Do not trust this company to stand behind their word or product. They will do whatever they need to get your order booked but it may never arrive.

I was at first a little skeptical of Stylewe but have had a great transaction. The dress I received came within two weeks and the quality was well made. I will say that their clothes are on the smaller side so make sure to read each sizing chart and if in doubt size up!

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOU THE RIGHT ITEMS AND TAKE FOREVER TO GET IT RIGHT. I HAVE BEEN TALKING WITH THEM FOR THREE DAYS AND THEY STILL CANNOT GET IT RIGHT. I planned my trip with booking.com. Somehow description wasn't very clear and I ended up with a private apartment with no concierge like I expected. Plus the person who rented the apartment was not on site and I had to wait 40 minibars for her to open an apartment for me. When I tried to contact booking to write a review it was nearly impossible. I contacted them several times requesting them to guide me on how to leave a review but they never responded. Plus the owner of apartment marked me as "no show", probably avoiding paying commission. So overall, I was frustrated and won't be booking with booking any more.

Our normal delivery time is 2 to 5 days of preparing for orders+ shipping time( 2 to 3 with express shipping and 7 to 10 for standard shipping.)

You placed order on Jan. 25th, which happens to be our Spring Festival, from Jan 25th to Feb. 11th. So orders are all delayed and we have added notes to those that might be delayed by this festival. We do apologize for this delay and hope you can understand.
