Gorgeous Dresses

I am not a paid reviewer. I ordered 3 dresses from STYLWE and kept 2 of them. The dresses I kept were flattering and the material gorgeous. They fabric is lightweight and each one is body lined making them perfect for the hotter summer weather. I gave STYLEWE 5 stars even though they are in the process of improving their website which hampered access to my account. I have received courteous replies from all the assistants, and I have been informed about my return on almost a daily basis. Each representative I chatted with spent a lot of time with me trying to resolve the accessing account problem, took the information I needed to put in online, and transcribed it to my account.
I will shop there again as a satisfied customer. Be sure to check the measurements provided online for each dress advertised as comparing them to yours can insure a better fit.

Perfect experience and item

I ordered a dress from Stylewe and received it today. It was absolutely perfect. They describe their sizes correctly. It arrived in a timely manner and they posted each step of the shipping process. The quality of the dress I ordered was amazing. I will definitely order again from Stylewe. Thank you.

Purchased several outfits from this company. One was damaged and two of the items did not fit. I contacted the company and asked for the return address. I advised the representative that I would be paying for the shipping since two of my items included were being returned simply because I did not like them -- so I understood that the shipping should be at my expense. I received the return address. I packaged each item, tags included, in separate, clear gallon zip-lock bags each one contained an 8.5x11 sheet of paper with all of my information, including account number, copies of receipts, etc. I returned the items. StyleWe never responded. Nothing. Finally, I contacted them and they said that I had never spoken with anyone regarding a return. I provided them with email correspondence showing who I had talked with and all information discussed, including the return address. Then, StyleWe changed their minds and said... "well, yes, we see the correspondence now, but we never received the merchandise. The facility you sent the items to is old and we've moved since then." I've never received a DIME for over $350.00 worth of clothing. There's nothing I can do. Hope my experience can help someone else!

Other orders: 8M423117 & 8S433108, place on August 2016. You did not contact us for the return label and then returned them to the address on the package, which is not necessarily our return address since we are working with many independent designers. Pls also provide tracking# for returning these orders through email so that we can see whether we have somebody helped to check the parcel for us,.

Out of 15 items I ordered I returned 11 (only 2 due to wrong size) -- the rest were just either poor craftsmanship (obvious sewing defects) and some just didn't look nearly as awesome as photos. However, the ones I kept are very good quality and worth the price. As for items returned, they refused to refund one really expensive blouse that I put on and immediately put back into their plastic bag for return due to poor craftsmanship -- they sent me back photos of stains on it! These weren't stains -- they were fabric dye defects, that's the way I got this blouse to begin with. Those "stains" didn't bother me personally, but when I returned it -- they became my fault and the company refused to give me my money back for a while. After a few back-and-force angry emails and bad reviews I got my full refund back. Whew... Maybe eventually they'll realize it's very bad customer service that might really hurt their business in the long run and stop this kind of nonsense.

The asymmetrical A-line silhouette is always my preferred party wear, especially during winter and fall. I love wearing, black A-line plain long sleeve midi dress which comes beaded and knit process works in wool blend fabric. It entirely falls below my knee, and the stretchy part makes me feel comfortable while wearing. The dress looks fabulous than in the online catalog

ORDERED A PURSE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO SHIP DAYS AGO. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY ANSWERED ONE EMAIL SAYING IT WOULD SHIP IN 2-5 DAYS AND THAT HAS PASSED. I HAD A FEELING IT WAS A CHINESE WEBSITE SO I CAME LOOKING AND FOUND OTHER PEOPLE AS DISAPPOINTED AS I AM.

The dress turned out to be what was advertised in the site, fits good and im overall satisfied with the dress. My only complaint is that a couple of days after i purchased it the dress went on a 50% off sale.

I ordered a dress. Returned it for another size. This process went well. The second dress does not fit and needs to be returned. Now, they are ignoring me, saying my 30-day window has expired, refusing to send my return label to receive my refund. I plan to report their company. Meanwhile, I am stuck with a dress that does not fit and am without my $100. Very disappointing. I would NEVER order from them again! Dishonest, unprofessional, and not cooperative! Somehow... I will receive my refund--it will just take a lot of work on my end!

It did take a few days to get a hold of customer service but someone did respond and I received the rest of my order the next day! The clothing I got is just as they appeared on the website and fit well. The materials used are nice! Overall, I love the items I bought!

It Depends

I ordered 4 items using their App to avail of the 20% discount on the entire order promotion. The 3 items that cost over $100 each are really nice. I could say really good quality wool and leather. But the polyester dress that cost $64 is very thin. You need to layer inside.

Packaging is shocking. My order came in plastic wrapped with clear packing tape around it and the clothes inside were really crumpled. It did not look like you have a $300+ worth of merchandise inside (well, I do I lot of online shopping and my items normally come in nice shipping boxes). But after using the Dryel At Home Dry Cleaner and steamer, the wool dress and coat came back closest to their original look. I'll bring them to the professional dry cleaners after I use them.

StyleWe has a beautiful website that claims and portrays all an intelligent and well-informed consumer would seek; however, when it comes to resolving an issue and seeking assistance from their customer service representatives, it is NON-Existent. The merchandise is of poor quality, poorly made, ill fitting, poor quality of materials, unresponsive, and do not refund as the website claims to do. This has been the worse shopping experience in my entire life. I have shopped all over the world, and have had to return items through the mail services in other countries, but returning anything to StyleWe has been terrible and certainly unethical how they do business. They should be put out of business and fined huge fines from the state's attorney general for robbing the consumers through their website. They should NOT be getting even 1/4 of a star! NO STARS!

I ordered 3 items. 2 dresses and a blouse. All should be made from silk and were quite expensive. 2 items are fine, very good quality and look exactly as on the internet. The third one (dress) was pure polyester, with a tag made from silk, as described on the website. Plus it stinks like hell, pure chemicals. I tried to solve this cheating issue with the customerservice of stylewe, but they say only, i can return it. Sending it back will cost somewhat 17 euro, plus i have paid the taxes, etc. stylewe does not feel responsible for this. Bad shop. Some items are nice, but you can not be sure, what you get.

Stylewe.com is a scam -- scam artist and lairs items are marked with what appears to be a Chinese fake stuff, very cheap, poor quality! I ordered 2 dresses with "I BELIEVE YOU" brand claimed in their website, but received a Chinese fake item with a brand called "Ai Pi Yi" which is likely to be made in a basement -- very cheap poor quality. Contacted their reps many times, and they made the customer to pay the shipping cost which is not fair.

They do not provide good customer service. I bought quite a few items from them. They all smell really bad. For one dress, the color online and the real color totally do not match. If you have to return the item for this kind of issue, then you have to pay all the shipping costs yourself. Another case: for the brand new coat I got from them, the belt just does not work. When I have to return for this kind of issue, they still required yourself to pay off the shipping costs. Overall, not recommend you guys to shop here.

This plaid elegant A-line 3/4 sleeve midi dress with belt is the best dress that I have purchased recently online from Stylewe. The dress is also available in checkered fabrics. It enhances my style in the plaid pattern giving a sober look. The A-line silhouette and the crew neckline fit perfectly on my body. It is not a stretchy one, but the right size really gives the much demanding oomph factor.

Where's the dress?

Haven't received shipment... it's been a long time. Not cool, get your act together. If you're a rip off company then you suck as humans and should try harder to be real. If it comes in the wrong size or color then I'll know for sure and return immediately. But it has to show up first.

Total scam!

I ordered multiple items: 1 was canceled right after order and refunded after contacting them. When the additional items arrived, 3 had to be sent back due to many reasons. After multiple emails trying to address returns and refunding, they stopped sending the cut and paste response of "sorry, not sorry", they started sending me instructions of their site on how to find the return address - which none actually did. Not sure why it took them 3 emails before they actually just emailed the address. (Which is what I asked for initially) So I followed their return instructions and never heard back again. They took my money and got back their clothes.
The only reason one should "buy/send money" to StyleWe is they have money to throw away. If you are this type of person, skip sending it to this site and just give it to your neighbor or the next person you meet. At least you will get a smile.
If they ever resolve this I will be happy to update this post.
