Using student universe was very helpful because I used ot to apply my scholarship. The entire process was very easy to navigate, as I booked my flights for study aborad. I appreciate student universe for making the process as easy as possible, and look forward to using their platform sometime in the future.

After booking multiple flights to arrive and depart from my upcoming study abroad trip, one of my flights was changed shortly after. Because of this, I had to call Student Universe to confirm the flight reschedule they had done for me. When calling to confirm the changes, the service was incredibly friendly and diligent about double-checking with me about my specific flights that I'd be boarding, to make sure I was aware of exactly what I'd be getting into.

I booked a flight about a week ago and still haven't received my booking confirmation. However, student universe reached out to me to confirm if I had not received it yet, and I emailed them back saying I had not. They emailed me my booking confirmation and told me everything was all in order. All in all, the problem was minor but very quickly fixed.

I have booked with 4 days risk free booking and might have to adjust one ticket out of the two and hope to see cooperation from the team in future.

The process was good but hard to understand for first timers like myself. The reservation code still doesn't work for me personally so I can't see it in the app. But it's not bad.
