Great 3rd-party booking site overall. Only negative comment I can give so far is that when I checked the booking on the airline's website, it had my name wrong. My name was in Student Universe correctly as (example name) Ivy Mary Johnson, and in the airline's booking it incorrectly showed up as Ivymary Johnson for whatever reason. I had to reach out to the airline to correct my passenger info so it would match my ID.
No discount code given. Called and student universe could not help with issue at all.
