I was a bit alarmed when my credit card had to be verified, but I was glad to see everything was legit and I received my booking confirmation slowly after.
The process of booking flight tickets was very smooth using the student universe website.
Overall easy to book with organized format making it simple to compare ticket options. Only complaint is that the search initially showed a flight that was over $100 cheaper than the one I ultimately chose, but once I clicked on it the results "errored" and then would only show more expensive flights from then on.

It was very easy to search for the flight I wanted and I even got a promo code from the website!
The phone call ai is not interactive. You have to wait for atleast one hour before getting to a customer. The website is $#*! so you cannot make changes yourself and need an agent to help you out. There is literally no option if you want to change a flight or cancel it and ends up costing you way too much.

I made an order and received a code, but the tickets were never send. Thankfully, I was not charged. I bought my tickets the next day and that transaction was successful. I have not been charged twice thankfully, but it was stressful realizing my first transaction did not go through.

It was good, but I didn't find many other options to book flights, but I only have one option to fly from New York to Delhi early in 17 hrs so that, it's ok, for the upcoming bookings I am expecting for more flight options to book for flexible time.
