The flights are cheaper but I cannot upload my student status proof and I cannot get the deals, on the app and on the web. My emails are not answered
I was happy with the discounts but the app hasn't worked so great lately.
In multiple occasions, when trying to pay for different routs I got the error message that I'm not eligible for this trip or price or something like that. There were no mentions of what is the eligibility criteria!

I came to this website through Kayak.com, and I must say price was great but there were several issues like when I placed the order for flight tickets, I thought the order went through but my credit card did not get charged, and I did not get confirmation number and E-tickets. I called the credit card company they had no history, called the StudentUniverse phone number nobody picks up ever, emailed them reply after 3 days, and no solution to my problem. After 5 days of placing the order I got my confirmation for my order, and also the most important factor is the price was also different they gave me a certain price but charged my credit card $20 extra, which I don't understand. Whole experience was really bad.
