I received booking codes when I booked from the website but no email with a big message that said CONFIRMATION. The webpage wasn't printable no matter what I did, it cut out the graphics and was warped, hiding the flight information. I'm not confident the tickets will be there when I need them.
Also the way flights are displayed, no local arrival time is displayed just the duration of flight, if you're changing time zones or crossing the dateline this is confusing.
