It was relatively fast and simple, with good options

The service I had on the phone to book my trip was good. But, before that, I was trying to book online. When I went to purchase, it wouldn't follow through and left a can't confirm message. This was a bit confusing. But, after a phone call things were resolved. I had to pay a higher price for my ticket.
I also want to say that I understand the age of a student is somewhat questionable in today's world ith online college opportunities. I am an online student at ASU and I am also older. I feel that if a student can provide a student ID or proof they are a student, age shouldn't manner.

Easy and straightforward when it came to selecting my dates and flight details. Thank you and I will use again.

I found the site easy to navigate. Although, I wish it showed my flight departure times and sent me a ticket from the airline/had somewhere I could log into to see all details.

I will be in Europe this summer, ending my trip in London and needed a return flight. As a student my budget is tight. I found the best price on a top airline at StudentUniverse.

I was able to get my ticket and find my flights extremely well. However, it was confusing while checking out because there were so many other options like phone plans and baggage protection. I could not tell when i was finished checking out. I also am unable to see my ticket fully which can be stressed.

Very easy booking for my future flight my family used it for all their travel

I booked a flight for a great price, but it didn't tell me if my flight included a carry-on, it just showed a question mark. When I received the confirmation from the airline, it told me that it only included a personal item. I am unsure if I can still add a carry-on.
