I bought three tickets to a Nashville Predators game in Nashville. Me and 2 buddies were gonna fly down from NJ to watch Rangers vs Preds. When we got to the arena the tix scanned ok. But then we were booted from our seats. The seller had changed our seats and no one from stub hub let me know. I bought these seast 5 months in advance. Spoke with two reps from stub hub and was told there was nothing they could do. $362 for 3 tix to a game we did not get to watch and stub hub offered nothing in return. In fact the customer service people at the Preds game say they only guarantee verified ticketmaster tickets. Will never use stub hub again and will spread the word that no one else should either. Crooks and scammers.

Stub Hub are crooks, plain and simple. Canadian citizen buys tickets at Canadian venue and they hind the fact that the charges are in US dollars somewhere obscure on the site. Owned in part of in full by Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster is party to this fraud. So is the Ontario government for not doing anything about it.

I'm so pissed! The face value of my tickets is 1/4 of what I ended up paying for them. Then, when I realized how awful this site is and tried to sell them back, they firmly set the price well below what I had originally paid- about $150 less, per ticket. This is bull$#*!. I wish I had read about this site before using.

Be really aware to buy any tickets on this site, they are scam! I both tickets from this site and they are reseller tickets! I both tickets what are worth of $30 and they are selling them for $65 and on top of it they were issued to some women not to us! When I had called the customer service they had told me they will not give me the money back because I had both what I had paid for! Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE had to file dispute with my credit card company! NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM here go to the original web pages of the event and you will get them better price and better siting... BE AWARE

SELLERS BEWARE

StubHub policy is to charge the seller a replacement cost should the seller decide to no longer sell their tickets and StubHub had found a buyer. I listed tickets but was able to sell on my own and get reimbursed immediately (StubHub pays AFTER the concert). Before I had a chance to remove my tickets from StubHub, I received an email stating that my tickets had been sold. When I called to let them know the tickets were no longer available, they told me that I had to pay the difference between what their purchaser paid for my tickets and what they paid to replace them. I am out almost $500! Which means that they listed my tickets at a ridiculously low price (their recommendation). DO NOT USE STUBHUB IF TRYING TO SELL TICKETS FOR ANY TYPE OF EVENT.

Listed Tickets on StubHub. After a few weeks decided to remove tickets. Went to logical choice from limited selection on home page and clicked on My Tickets-Listings which took me to the listing I placed. From this page I was unable to figure out how to remove listing. I zeroed out amount, tried to click on Zero tickets from drop down (Zero not an option) clicked on some scroll bar that allowed you to adjust ticket price and then I clicked on help at the top of the page and typed in how to delete tickets. Somehow the tickets sold without my clicking on anything to submit an updated price and StubHub customer service makes me sound like the bad guy. This is a software issue on their end and I was charged for it. I won't even get into the deceptive email I received making me believe the order had been cancelled and the charge was only to reimburse Stubhub for payments made? (payments were never made to me) It was only a charge.

We purchased 2 tickets to a college basketball game behind 4 seats we already had in early December. Two days before the event, Stubhub calls us and says there was an error and the tickets we purchased and printed out were no longer valid. They would not explain what the error was and eventually hung up on me. That same day two tickets for the same section and row went on sale with no seat number listed for 3 times the price we paid. When we attended the game we asked the people sitting in the seats we had purchased when they got their tickets. They said they purchased the tickets that very day for $10 more per ticket than we had. Stubhub said this is not allowed but it happened anyway. They did nothing to make the situation better. This was a Christmas gift and we had to leave two of our family members at home. Stubhub sucks and so do greedy people that ruin a family outing for an extra $20.

Worst Customer Service

I have been a StubHub customer for a long time, but the customer service has gone completely downhill. I purchased tickets for a Rangers game in Denver and the listing said that the tickets were in the first row. When I went to download the tickets, the tickets said on their face that they were actually in the 4th row. I was buying these tickets as a present and it was important to me to sit in the first row so that others would not be blocking my view. Despite the fact that the seller materially misrepresented the tickets' location, StubHub refused to refund the tickets. Their "fan protect" is completely bogus. Moreover, I was on the phone for an hour with a StubHub manager named TWONIA and she was rude and argued with me forever over the the simple concept that the 4th row is NOT the 1st row. Unbelievable. If this is the customer service that StubHub is currently providing to its loyal customers, I don't know why anyone would use it anymore. There should be an option for no stars. Also, I never take the time to post reviews of businesses, unless it is to help them out, in this instance, people should be warned about StubHub's abhorrent customer service and misrepresentations.

Sad sad company

They partnered with t mobile charged more for app tickets then online to make up for t mobile Tuesday. Comes out to more with the code then online, very shady business practice and customer service will pretend like they don't know why they cost more on app then online even when you send proof, very bad company seriously everywhere else is cheaper their fees are too much

As a Christmas gift to my daughter and her family I flew them from out of town to San Jose California, because they wanted to be at the 49er game on Christmas Eve we purchased these tickets from stub hub three months ago, today which is 20th December they decide to text u as a Christmas gift to my daughter and her family I flew them from out of town to San Jose California, because they wanted to be at the 49er game on Christmas Eve we purchased these tickets from stub hub three months ago, today which is 20th December they decide to email us and tell us that the fire pulled out, and we no longer had tickets for this game, I was very upset, and I said how could you guys do this just a couple of days before the game, there fixed to the situation was to give us 20 percent off our next ticket sale, really did you really think I was going to go through with giving you guys more money after you guys pull this, not only was it crappy tickets, we had tickets in a really good section really close to the field their option was nosebleed tickets way up high, at $120.00 each, Being so close to the game, I am very disappointed, we already had our tailgate party planned other people had already bought him tickets to join us at the game, this really sucks I will never go through their site again I cannot believe such disrespect for a customer, your site really really sucks it would never ever come out of my mouth as a recommendation to anybody

Do not under any circumstances buy tickets from Stub Hub. They give you misleading information and are not to be trusted. You can't always view your tickets at time of purchase as they say you can. They will give you misleading information over the phone, buy your tickets through another vendor.

Two months ago I purchased tickets to the Army-Navy game. Much to my surprise I was told I would receive the tickets on December 1. When asked why I was told it was because they wouldn't receive the tickets prior. This makes no sense. StubHub should require sellers to submit tickets to StubHub at least 1 month before the event. I did not receive my tickets on December 1. After speaking with many CSRs including a supervisor I am now being told I will receive them December 6-three days prior to the game. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend using StubHub and I will never do so again.

Buyer Beware!

We purchased tickets from Stubhub for a football game. The tickets we fairly pricey for the game we were buying for, but the "view" on the website appeared to be great seats. However, when we got there, not only was the view that was shown on the site - not the view we got but we could not see the game at all! The seats were literally below the field, behind bushes. We contacted Stubhub about this issue but they had no concern that they were selling tickets that we not "advertised" correctly. The customer service was horrible! Think twice before buying anything from Stubhub, you do not know what you will get and customer service does not exist with this company!

Worse customer service!

I've been to about 200 concerts in 30 years and I have never dealt with such a $#*!ty company. I purchased tickets to Bob Seger on Oct 1,2017 and apparently the tour was cancelled due to Bob having spinal surgery. STUBHUB never notified me via email. I took the day off work, paid for UBER (crazy LA traffic) and paid for child care... only to show up at the Forum saying it was cancelled. You suck StubHub! What a waste and total frustration speaking to customer service. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase tickets from STUBHUB! No discount for future tickets, reimburse, not even a sniffle. FU!

I sold my 4 U2 concert tickets to STUBHUB Europe 4 months ago and they just won't pay me! They doubled the price with their commissions and got the whole amount from the purchaser before the concert last July, but they have never paid me back my share and I doubt they ever will! In all these months I contacted them several times but they only came up with the same ridicolous excuse of unspecified "technical problems". 4 months! It takes 2 minutes to make a bank transfer! Now I can only go through legal action spending money on lawyers, but my strong advice is to stay away from this incompetent dishonest company!

This website is a scam. It makes it hard for sellers to want to sell their tickets. DO NOT EVER USE THIS WEBSITE. I made a listing to sell tickets to a concert and ended up selling it to someone else in person instead. Then all of a sudden I was charged $64 from Stubhub for not "delivering tickets" because Stubhub said that they had to cover the charges for the customer that bought my tickets on their website. WHAT? ALL they had to do was to give whoever that bought my tickets online a REFUND. I used the website with the intension of advertising my ticket not having to actually sell it if i find better deals elsewhere. I did not know that I'd be charged if I did not want to sell them anymore. When I called customer service, they were unhelpful and kept on referring me to the terms & policies section online. Who WOULD hae the time to read sections and sections of rules when they want to simply sell the tickets. The policies are hidden and unclear and you'll randomly be charged. THIS WEBSITE WILL make your life harder. I want a refund because this is absurd.
