DO NOT ORDER FROM STUBHUB! Its my fault for confirming the order when I had doubts while placing it, I own my part but the way the tickets were worded read Parking Passes Only Willie Nelson Tickets, the price would be the cost of both and it listed 1 under tickets that read GA (did not read Parking). I assumed it was for General Admission. The seller knew what they were doing when posting the tickets! Stubhub does not do refunds or cancellation of orders so my complaints fell on deaf ears but to top it off by adding insult to injury the manager (NOT IN THE USA) who took over the call told me she wouldnt have made that mistake because she is careful with her money. Thank you Stubhub for taking my money and insulting my intelligence! Your seller knew what they were doing when posting the tickets as they did. This will be my last time using this service and I will make sure to warn people about placing orders with your company.

Bought Florida georgia line tix on July 10,3 days before the show. As of noon July 13, still no tickets. I call the rep and she says seller's phone goes to voicemail. They will give me comparable tickets she claims. My tickets were first row of the section and we paid a premium for that. She offers me 21st row of a worse section and tells me thats the best they have left at this point. Then she says call back in an hour and they will try seller again. I call back 75 mins later and the seller is still not answering. By dumb luck looking for seats on other sites we find my exact seats for sale for $800, more than twice what we paid for them. Obviously the seller realized the show became a hot show and he could make more. Stubhub says there is nothing they can do, sorry. Meantime I drove 3 hours the night before and rented a hotel room for the two nights. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I told the stubhub rep I would never buy from Stubhub again because of this. He said sorry again and we hung up. 15 minutes later I went to log back in to my account because I got a text from Stubhub saying my account had been updated. THE REP DELETED MY ACCOUNT. I sent a letter to StubHub customer service and claims. No response, crickets, not a word. Stay awake from these people unless you want to deal with headaches. Terrible customer service. THE FAN PROTECT GUARANTEE IS WORTH NOTHING, you are not protected.

I downloaded their app to check out the process of selling tickets. I entered all my info and at the end before posted I hit the back button on my Android phone. The app was not user friendly and I had many issues but in the end did not post the ticket. A few day later I see in my email the ticket sold within hours when it was not even suppose to be on StubHub. Called and chatted with several agents and they all were very rude and did not want to rectify the problem. Basically said they could waive the fee but it is what it is and they are charging me $600 because the listing was posted. After pleading with over 6 agents no one would help me and they blatantly refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I also requested to see my app session and they just hung up on me. BAD BAD COMPANY!

I am a single mother of 4 and cannot afford to just give away $600 when the StubHub app does not even work properly. I even clicked on the links in the email they sent me and they don't work. This was an error and they still steal your money. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SELLING ON STUBHUB! They steal your money. There are other sites. Please check them out before you are charged for their website/app issues. In the end someone should really do something about this company. I believe if there was an investigation they would uncover a huge scam happening here.

I tried to sell a friends season tickets to Texas Rangers game because he didn't have stubhub acct. I had purchased tickets from them but never sold. They claimed I listed and sold tickets twice so they charged my Am Ex card $356.40 because I couldn't deliver second sale the tickets. WTF? I never had bar codes because my friend had tickets in safety deposit box 45 miles from me. They claimed I gave them bar codes 7 days earlier while they were still in banks vault. Bunch a crooks. Cancelled my acct with them. Will never use them again.

Screwed by StubHub

Bought two concert tickets. Order was processed and confirmed by email, with Order number. Then got email saying order was "cancelled" by StubHub for unstated reason and I was to contact them. Did so by phone and was told "the system" cancelled my order for "fraud protection reasons." I asked what the "reasons" were but got no answer. After 15 minutes on the phone was told could re-order the tickets but that concert was now sold out. Treated very rudely by salesperson.

Stubhub used to charge a reasonable fee and was clear on the pricing. I just went to by a ticket and they added a 23% buyers fee (in addition to what they charged the seller) and a $2 fulfillment fee. I'm not saying I'll never use them again, but I am going to do everything I can to avoid them.

Will never use Stub Hub again. Worst customer service experience I have had in all of my years. I was looking to take 10 of my employees to a Red Sox game. I found some tickets in the Right Field Roof Box. It showed 10 different seat numbers. I buy the tickets and get an email that states Standing room only. Stub Hub will not refund these overpriced tickets. I am disputing with AMEX. Called and was on hold for 47 minutes. Not one person could help. Stubhub is better off letting the phone ring and not letting their people pick up. The service was that bad

We paid $70 more for our tickets - the true price only revealed after purchase. There is no info up front to let the customer know they may be paying jacked up prices for tickets.

Has anyone thought about filing a class action lawsuit against StubHub? These people need to be responsible for the misrepresentation and ripoffs of their customers. Had a Asian sounding female who was terrible and wouldn't listen to the situation. Basically said sorry for your misfortune that you had with our company and hung up. These people should not be in business!

WORSE COMPANY

I have had the worse experience with this company. I purchased tickets online and got a success confirmation after inputting all my information. I then get an email stating the order was cancelled and my account with Stub Hub was locked. I called Stub Hub was asked alot of personal questions, Where I work, My date of birth, and my previous address. Was told they need to verify with another company. I was placed on hold and then call was disconnected. I called again explained I was uncomfortable providing alot of my information to have someone hang up on me, assistant said it was probably my phone that dropped the call. She then went on explaining that my bank is the one who cancelled the transaction and I would have to call them. She also mentioned that tickets will not be held so there is a chance I can miss out on them. I called my bank. Wells Fargo saw no block on the card and stated that Stub Hub cancelled request. They mentioned see that alot of consumers have this issue with Stub Hub. I call Stub Hub a THIRD time. I speak with a male who mentioned it wasn't my bank who cancelled transaction it was their fraud department and they need to verify my information. He mentioned that can take up to 48 hours to resolve issue. I asked to speak with a manager because I have been mislead 3 times and I was beyond frustrated. I asked for a discount or process to be quicker to make my experience better. I also did not want to miss out on my tickets. The supervisor said there was nothing he can do. I have never dealt with a worse company. I am BEYOND disappointed and upset with my experience. I do not recommend this company and I will NEVER do business again. I am missing out an event I really wanted to go to because Stub Hub is a horrible company.

Stubhub sucks BIG TIME!.
They over charge both buyers and the sellers and are rip-off artiists.
I sold some tickets and the buyer wanted to back out since he 'felt' that the seats were not to his liking. The fact is, he bought the tickets knowing exactly where they were but probably just changed his mine and Stubhub just gave him his money back, charged my account back and also hit me with a 40% Stubhub '$#*! tax' just because they said they can.
They are worse then any gov't agency I have ever dealt with.
If you don't want to get ripped stay away from stubhuib and find yourself an honest decent local ticket broker you can trust and that will be fair and honest with you.

I purchased two ticket totaling $250.00 from these con artists. I agreed for both performers since they are equally billed. Bonnie Raitt is sick and has cancelled. Stubhub will not refund me back my tickets. I was told it was out of their control if Bonnie Raitt cancelled. It is totally out of my control, I have never heard of not being refunded ticket price if a star cancelled their performance. Don't every buy from Stubhub. Agree with other remarks they are awful!

They took my money for good seats to a playoff game and didnt deliver my tickets until after the first period and an hour and a half wait on the phone. I had already left the arena and headed home. No kind of refund or even a simple apology.

I purchased tickets for a soccer match almost a month ahead of time, to later find out that the match date had changed 2 days before I purchased them, but StubHub didn't update it, in fact it hadn't been updated until I emailed them to complain. After calling them multiple times, multiple chat conversations and jumping a lot of hoops, I was directed to email the CEO. Got a call today, and they're resolving the issue so good outcome. A lot of hassle though to get there though, it shouldn't be this hard to get someone to actually listen to you and help. A lot of people I spoke to either had their hands tied or could care less about their customers. Use them at your own risk.

Sold me tickets to a game 4.5 hours away instead of the game I wanted to go to in my area. Called them within 5 minutes after the sale and pointed out the mistake that they sold me tickets in the wrong city. The refused to void the transaction or simply exchange the tickets for the game I wanted. I wasted over $100 on tickets. BUYER BEWARE!

StubHub is potentially the biggest joke of all time. Multimillion dollar company that benefits off of screwing people over. They absolutely mislead me into buying the wrong tickets for an event, flew 1300 miles for the event, just to find out I had the wrong tickets. I have done business with them before so I assumed they would like to keep a loyal customer but when I spoke to customer service they said the only option is to sell my tickets instead of making things right they did not help me at all. I have done business with Ticketmaster and they are all around much better and they will receive my service from now on. StubHub is a joke and be very careful making any purchases from them.

Cost a lot more buying tickets from these guys than what it would have cost if I got them earlier at the venue. Oh well, that is what you get when you wait. Or in my case, I did not know the band was playing until much later after tickets went on sale. Too bad society has to put up with this type of sales where companies buy up all the tickets and then turns around and gouges the public. This is about as close to scalping tickets as you can get.

Received no notice of the sale of a ticket until many hours later. Went to cancel as they were not for sale anymore and saw that it was sold. Was told the only way to rectify was to provide the ticket so I went and got one. One day before I was to upload the ticket I received a cancelled notice. I didn't cancel it. I just did what they said. Called again and they said to repost the ticket (a planned part of their scam). When I did (and sold it) they kept all the money. I have a pretty good line on how they are doing this (buying YOUR tickets on another platform then using them to fulfill your obligation, but charging you for a higher price, receiving tickets via UPS or FedEx and claiming the tickets were never received then selling them again) and plan on formulating a lawsuit to stop this BS. If you get a class action notice you'll know it's on.
