This company is absolutely the worst at customer service and sales. Their staff are unable to communicate effectively. They do not deliver! THEY DO NOT LISTEN OR LOOK AT THE WRITTEN DOCUMENTS WHICH VALIDATED MY DISPUTE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AT CUSTOMER SERVICES. I would highly recommended TICKET MASTER AND VIVID SEATS.
I strongly recommended that you do not use this company. My account was compromised and tickets purchased without my consent or knowledge. I was not even in the country at the time of purchased. They shut the account down and then held my tickets hostage that were legitimately purchased. Fortunately, I had written email confirming the order and disputed through client services at Chase. They sell without delivery.
I bought 1 tickets for Brazil x Argentina game for $56 and they said these tickets were the last ones available. After one week, other sites selled the same ticket for $10 each. What? This is ilegal, StubHub lied to us increasing the price 1000%. Liars and scammers.Do not buy or trust in this website.
I used StuHub to look for tickets for 3 families, 10 people. OK until had to pick seats, could not see any seat info.
I spent a lot of time explaining to our group, no one willing to take chance spending money and not know where seats are. This wasted a lot of my time and frustrated everyone.
This is terrible customer service. StubHub can easily have seat info provided and avoid putting customers thru this frustration and uncertainty.
I recommend not using StubHub until they change this policy.

I bought tickets to a UT volleyball game. Stubhub failed to notify me that the time changed from 7pm to 1pm and then kept my money when I missed the game. DON'T EVER BUY FROM STUBHUB! I regret trusting these total shysters with my hard-earned money.

Wow. I wish I could give a zero star. I sold a ticket to a show, got the name switched over for will call and got paid from stubhub. After switching the ticket over, I received an email that stubhub was canceling the order and charging me. So now, I'm out a ticket and the money. I provided correspondence that the ticket had been switched over and the buyer and seller had written confirmation that the ticket was switched and he was happy! They told me not to contact the buyer and that I broke their rules. THEN THE REP HUNG UP ON ME. So now I'm screwed and don't understand how I "broke their rules" - also if sellers aren't to contact buyers, why do they provide sellers with buyer contact information? I did everything right and got royally screwed. So upset. I hope people see that StubHub is a super scam and will go elsewhere for tickets.

I accidentally purchased 5 overpriced tickets for the wrong location. I didn't notice because the stadium designs were so similar. 30 seconds after I confirmed my order, I realized I had messed up and called Stub Hub. They said that they could not cancel the transaction even though it had not yet processed, but that I could list my tickets again on their site. I was in tears because these tickets were so expensive and they were a bday present for my son but they did nothing. When I listed my tickets, they immediately suggested that I list for $50 less than I had purchased them 30 seconds ago. Not to mention, this would also leave me without recovering the insane fees they charge. So within 10 minutes, I am out $500. I was only able to sell 3 of the 5 tickets I purchased, so I took an $800 hit because they couldn't cancel an order that hadn't even processed. I will NEVER purchase through stub hub again. Their staff was rude and became belligerent when i told them their site policies were criminal. I would give them 0 stars if that were an option.

I sold concert tickets through the site. Shipped via UPS. UPS lost package BUT then found it. It delivered the day before the event but StubHub already canceled my sale and charged me a penalty (40%) for the inconvenience to my buyer.
I tried to talk to UPS about a claim on the value of the product and they said stubhub had to file the claim.
I reached out to StubHub customer service to show that UPS lost the package and it ended up finding it and delivering it to the original buyer. They would not refund the penalty fee. I asked a few times to have my concern escalated. I will not share the CSR's name but she refused and told me to call back the next day if I wanted to speak with anyone else. I suggested that I may have to dispute the cc charge and the CSR said "if you do that your account with StubHub will be locked from use"
I responded with "you know that is kind of bullying move to say that"
She responded with "I'm sorry you feel that way"
I asked if they could file the claim on my behalf and she disconnected from me. I have the chat logs and I'm stuck the price of the tickets, the ACTUAL tickets (which still arrived at the seller BEFORE the show) and the penalty fee StubHub charged me on top of that... I understand the procedure but the customer service here left me quite sad and not sure how to handle this. StubHub is definitely a bully and unfortunately the only game in town. I've been a customer for over 10 years and I really don't know what else to do here.

Worst experience ever, until now i'm struggling with this website, i had some troubles uploading my tickets so i requested the customer care assistant for more than 1 month, all my questions were not answered and my concerns were not explained. The date of the event was getting closer so i emailed them that should i cancel this sale because i'm still facing problems, of course they replied back 1 week later saying that you have failed to upload the rest of the tickets( which i constantly explained that i don't have more tickets) and i was fined 360 euros + my 60 euros tickets were not sold. What a shame of a website. Worst customer care ever, they simply don't care and do not want to even help.

Be very careful listing tickets. The site can be confusing, with several listings of the same event on the same date. If the buyer cancels, you will be charged an unreasonably large ($76) fee.

This is why you will see multiple listings for the same event as each listing is a different seller that our buyers can purchase from. I paid a premium for VIP tickets to the Dierks Bentley concert at the Tampa Mid Florida Ampitheater. When I got the tickets it said that they were show tickets only and we would not have access to any of the VIP areas (club/lounge).
At this point they are just really expensive seats that I could have paid half as much for. I contacted them on 9/11/18 and they basically just lied to me. They said they contacted the amphitheater and were told that certain VIP seats do not include the lounge. I contacted the amphitheater and they told me that when brokers buy these tickets in quantity they get them for less by removing the VIP areas and then sell them through third party providers like Stubhub.
I have been to this venue and bought VIP tickets several times and always had access. When I said I wanted my money back they told me no. When I raised the issue of their "fan guarantee" they told me the seller had provided me with the tickets and I was therefore out of luck. Their customer service could barely speak English and when I asked for a manager the 2 times I called them, I was told first they were not there and then secondly they were too busy.
I asked for a return call from a manager and none came.
If they do this to you, chargeback your tickets with credit card company. I will never use them again!

Planned ahead to attend with friends. StubHub kept sending emails confirmations tickets were ready, shipped, and available.
The day of the game arrives and it looks I don't have the tickets available on mobile, and all of a sudden tickets disappeared. Called StubHub 2 times, Chatted with StubHub 4 times and they finally say my tickets got Cancelled and you can only REFUND ME for them...
Now... You explain to me how am I supposed to feel, NOT ATTENDING the Game I've planned ahead to go for... Watching it now on TV... And you call yourself a " Service Provider"?
I rather let everyone know that StubHub is a BIG SCAM and CAN NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISED.
I don't want a refund I want to attend the Game.

I got tickets to riotfest to see blink 182 only they cancelled there tour just 1 week b4 the event but not the festival i wanted to refund tickets because they cancelled and didnt reschedule they refused to and told me i have 4 days to get them sold online even though it sais if cancelled full refund

BEWARE! If you make a mistake listing tickets on Stubhub and you try and fix it immediately after realizing you made a mistake in the delivery Method you will be charged 40% of the sale price even if the customer still receives a replacement ticket that they are still paying full price for. Their customer service will not only not help you but will tell you that they will resolve the issue without letting you know that resolving it means charging you 40%

I bought a ticket to see Joan Jett in Tucson, Arizona on September 2nd, 2018. The show was canceled. I know it was canceled because I was there. I waited in line for over an hour in a lightening storm before it was canceled. It was not postponed, it was canceled.
I called customer service and was told the show was completed, not canceled. I asked how they verified that, and no answer was given. After asking to speak to someone who attended the show, I was informed that I would get a call back from "their team of experts."
Again, I was there, so you may be able to lie to other customers, but I have video footage, friends with plenty of Instagram photos, and not to mention a credit union who does not take kindly to fraud. Good luck weasling out of this one StubHub. Your terms of service state a full refund if a show is canceled... I bet you won't win an argument with my bank when it comes to false claims.
My expanse with stub hub was a rollercoaster 1st I bought my ticket months and events I get to the concert about 45 minutes to start time as a going to the line in scan a get red because my tickets are not working they tell me that I have to go into will call I'm waiting in line and will call than they tell me to go to customer service go to customer service they tell me they have nothing to do with it I need to call up stubhub and get it fixed I call them I'm literally outside the concert for about hour and a 1/2 trying to deal with getting my tickets and getting couple times through my email account and telling me that I'm supposed to hit send tickets I do that and keep going to the line I keep getting rejected finally someone in customer service buys me tickets sends me the screenshot of it and I get through the tickets that they bought me were tickets again there was not available because it was seated in the speaker area so then again I had to go to customer service wait in a 20 minute line and again get new tickets I did get upgraded to gets to the floor but I was an hour and 40 minutes late to even see in the concert so over all I was a little upset. After standing outside for over an hour and a 1/2 my feet was alredy hurting for the day I was already hot because it was a hot day and my mood was just alredy upset over all.
I had excellent experience selling ticket on stubhub. Got paid on time(approximately 1500). I was skeptical about selling tickets and getting paid on time. However, it worked great
In May I bought 2 tickets for Warped Tour in 2 different orders, each around $50. One was delivered through the mail, the other was electronic. I was supposed to get the electronic one 2 days ago, then they changed it to 1 day. I was told yesterday that the seller had until midnight last night. The concert is today. This morning, still no ticket. I chatted with Stub Hub and they guarenteed that I would get a ticket within an hour. They said the seller would have to pay the difference. An hour later, no ticket. Chatted again and they said they cancelled my order and I could go online and buy one. They are now $112. I asked why aren't they charging the seller like they said they would and they said "Thanks for using Stub Hub, have a good day". I have a very disappointed granddaughter. Their guarentee is a joke! I purchased two tickets for The Book of Mormon for July 17th totaling at $308 on May 28th. After purchasing the tickets, the description in the app, as well as the automatic calendar reminder showed for the 17th.
After making our way to the theater (with another group of friends who were smart and did NOT use Stubhub), they scanned our mobile tickets only to find that they were labeled wrong, and were actually for the 22nd!
I called Stubhubs support where one woman said all they could do was offer me a credit to use on the next tickets I purchase. I said that was unacceptable and wanted a full refund and to be compensated in some way for their mistake and my inconvenience. She said she cannot do that. I then asked to speak with her supervisor.
After a 5 minuet wait, a supervisor picked up the phone who couldnt care less about the inconvenience and wasted evening Stubhub had created. Her only resolution was to refund my tickets and give me a 10% discount on my next purchase! I told her I wanted a full refund and for Stubhub to comp two tickets for another show because of the inconvenience. She said they cant do that because they are just a reseller, but I could still get 10% off.
I took the refund and told her I do not want the 10% discount because I will NEVER use Stubhub again. I was shocked how little they cared about their error and that they had the audacity to think I would be a returning customer.
Anyways, I hope to see The Book of Mormon one day, but will absolutely not be purchasing the tickets from these idiots. I recommend anyone who reads this look at Ticketmaster, Seat Geek or Vivid Seats instead.

Answer: They sell tickets they do not actually have yet. They started selling tickets for a Garth Brooks concert in Salt Lake City before tickets even went on sale. They have no way of knowing if they will actually get tickets to fulfill orders, and just cancel the order the day before the event if they don't have the tickets. Its pretty much a gamble with Stub Hub if you will get your tickets or not.

Answer: Hi Rachael, If you purchase a ticket labeled as Instant Download you will receive your ticket as soon as you order. If you purchase a mobile ticket or electronic download then you will be notified when your ticket is ready. Which would be no later than the date advised when you purchase. It is very rare to not have your ticket prior to the day of event. There are only a select few shows that require ticket delivery day of event.
