Ticket guarantee is falsely advertised.

Ticket didn't arrive the day of the concert. Called numerous times and was promised the ticket guarantee would get equal or better seats if the seller did not send the tickets. This was a complete lie. I paid 3300 for 4 tickets on the floor at Bridgestone in Nashville. When didn't get the tickets, 4 hours later of being on phone with complete robots, they offered me seats to replace them in the nose bleed section. Was furious, had to go buy 4 more from Ticketmaster for 7k. Taking them to arbitration or court. Will spend 100k to make back 10k. Don't care because this company should not be in business with its deceptive practices. They should be sued into oblivion.

They did cancel my tickets after yet another 2 hour call to another robot, but I'm out 4K or so because of their deceptive practices. All this happened the day of the concert. 4 hours before it. With 4 people I got the tickets for spending lots of $$ to fly to Nashville, get hotel, 6 months in advance.

Don't ever use stubhub. They are scam artists and when ask for any supervisor they try to wait you out, then just put on another robot. Go to arbitration with them, use your credit card company to dispute the charge, or start a class action like california did to make them pay. I plan to do all of the above.

Never sent me my tickets had to rebook with Ticketmaster who instantly sent my tickets. Payed for a service that wasn't provided. Absolutely illegal these people are completely dishonest and difficult. Still haven't heard back about my money picture of phone call was how long they took to get someone on the phone other picture is us waiting on the side for an hour and a half into our concert

My recent experience was that site is malfunctioning all the time, not reliable to sell or buy tickets. I tried to list opera tickets for sale. We tried to call their customer service and someone on their customer service side was barely speaking English. He told me site is "not working well" but we should try in one hour. I explained to him that I saw same not working results last 2 days and tried 3-4 times already. He told me he has no idea. The impression we had was that customer service is likely not US based and agents barely speak English and are not really interested to speak to US based customers, since it is very difficult for them to understand questions from US based consumers. We decided to not use Stubhub anymore, out of concerns for lately deteriorating quality of the site, as well as concerns that site may not be longer safe to post financial transactions.

Do not use StubHub

I bought tickets a month prior to my event. On the day of the event I still hadn't received tickets. I contacted StubHub they stated that the seller was having problems getting me my ticket. The customer service rep with StubHub could care less stating, 'We will just refund you your money!" That great but that can't refund the money we lost repairing for the event or the lost expenses! I will never utilize this bootleg site again!

I had a supposed "credit" for 550.00 bec our venue cancelled die to covid. When I went to use my coupon stub hub said I used it already. This was impossible bec everything was still shut down
I reported them to BBB which gave me no help. I would NEVER purchase tickets from these thieves.

Concert was cancelled and rescheduled due to covid, I transferred them to my friend and thought I had successfully removed them from stub hub for resale but was wrong. They were sold to someone else a few weeks later and I immediately went on to rectify the issue and was told by stub hub that I was being charged 100% of the ticket value due to my technical error. The concert has numerous tickets still available and is still a month away. Stub hub explained that due to me causing them an inconvenience I should pay them 100% of the ticket price anyway. What inconvenience is there? The buyer can buy other tickets that are available and has more than a month to do so. Not everyone is technologically savvy and mistakes happen. To pay 100% for tickets you cant use in not an appropriate penalty. I will never be using stub hub ever again!

Wish I would've checked reviews on this company before I purchased bought tickets to RuPaul's drag race in Vegas didn't get to go because my daughter had to have an emergency appendectomy the day we were supposed to get on the plane there was an option to relist tickets so I did they never got relisted and I lost out on all my money no refund for the system not working properly to relist my tickets won't purchase ever again!

Stubhub is completely selfish. They only care about the money and not letting people enjoy the events. They charge you a fee twice the amount of the tickets sold if the ticket buyer doesn't like the delivery method. Who does that? Spent $400, to get charged $800. Makes absolutely no sense. Do not buy from here. Buy ticket master, whatever other place besides Stubhub.

I contacted StubHub about an event that I purchased tickets for from their site. Unfortunately the tickets were never transferred to my email account or StubHub account, and I missed the event (the tickets were purchased months in advance, and I was partially to blame for not remembering the date). When I attempted to get their customer service people to assist (possibly refund some of the money or maybe offer tickets to a future game) they were unwilling to do anything. They charge exhorbatant fees and do nothing when things go wrong. If you can avoid it, DON'T use StubHub to buy tickets. They are lousy.

I wanted to buy tickets for twenty one pilots. You had to pre-register for Ticketmaster and I didn't make the cut. I looked on stub hub the day the pre-sale came out and I was so happy they were offering tickets! I purchased some right away (naively) for 135$ a ticket in nose bleed seats. The next morning, I looked on Ticketmaster and there was great seats for 100$ a piece! I tried to return my tickets to stubhub and there is a strict no return policy. You HAVE to sell your tickets for a quarter of the price you sold them for. I have my tickets listed for 60$ a piece and no one may buy them unfortunately and I'm out 300$! Only buy from stubhub if it is a last resort. Otherwise stay far away.

I bought concert tickets on Stubhub. Now I discover that they are almost certainly fake.

I tried contacting Stubhub, but their normal customer service line doesn't offer away to speak to a human. So I eventually went through a company called GetHuman, who will use their own methods to get a real human on the phone at a particular company. After about a half an hour, GetHuman was finally able to get someone from Stubhub on the line.

Stubhub informed me that I can't know whether my tickets are real or not until the day of the event. At that point, they will give me a refund, so they say. They also suggested they will find me alternate tickets, but this even sold out in the first 60 seconds so there are no alternate tickets.

Because I chose Stubhub, that means I am almost certainly not going to this event. Stubhub exists for the scalpers and scammers who victimize people who go to events. That is literally what it is for.

I went on Stubhub's community discussion board and relayed this story. Their admins took it down.

Don't use Stubhub no matter what. It will not improve your chances of going to the event you want to attend.

DO NOT BUY FROM STUBHUB!

I would give negative stars if I could. Buy directly from the venue or Ticketmaster instead. The COVID restrictions changed for my event a week before the date which made it impossible for my party and me to attend. Their advice was to list my tickets on stubhub to sell them... well that's what everyone else is doing. There is nothing that they are willing to do and give the excuse that they are the middle man... well Amazon is in a similar situation and they give refunds. Ticketmaster allows you to request a refund due to COVID restriction changes. STUBHUB is getting away with this. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM.

Honestly a one star is too generous for Stubhub. I bought ticket two years ago. When I bought the tickets, I did not receive my ticket until a year later and the concert was postponed. I was already unhappy about it and wanted to get my money back as concerts were put on hold. They told me since the concert was postponed and moved, that I can't get a refund as refunds are only for cancelled events. Well guess what - it got rescheduled three times in two years. Eventually, in December 2021 the concert was officially canceled and stubhub emailed me saying I would get a refund in 30 days (Jan 14). It's past Jan 14 and I have called multiple times, with customer service reps very unhelpful. They keep asking me to wait to receive it, is it even coming at this point? Who knows. I will never ever support Stubhub again. It is a fraudulent platform with incompetent workings and with a very miniscule team. I bought these tickets before covid and have didn't get to see the artist ontop of waiting for a $400 refund that Stubhub or my bank can't find. It's complete BS. Please do not purchase anything from stubhub, save yourself the time and don't get screwed by them like I did.

Absolutely horrific customer service experience. Horrible tech. Zero coordination with Ticketmaster/brokers and this will absolutely come back to haunt you. They will say that they will refund 120% of a COVID-affected event, but this appears to be categorically untrue since you have to pursue every bit of fine print in order to do so. Could not think less of the unethical nature of their seller's policies and was not happy whatsoever as a buyer, either.

Too bad ZERO stars is not an option. This company is brutal to deal with. No refund 2 years after the original concert date -- maybe a law needs to be changed. Then I tried to relist my ticket for sale and their were so many technical glitches the stubhub agent could not even get it listed. I was told to clear my browser cache 3 times! That must be the go to answer :( I will never do another transaction with this company! If you decide to, you have been forewarned.

Stubhub stole $770 from. I purchased tickets for a James Taylor concert and paid for them months in advance. When I got to the venue my tickets were no longer accessible. Apparently they have a flawed process where the seller can cancal the transaction even though the funds were already paid. I contacted Stubhub and they refused to refund my money. Crooks.

This company took 271.00 dollars of my money and never sent my tickets to a football game. Even after numerous phone call and emails they were none responsive, and when I finally got someone on the phone she had the audacity to ask what took me so long to call. Do yourself a huge favor and use someone else for ticket purchases. Lesson learn.

Easy to set up & sell but seemingly difficult to get paid, especially when you have to provide so much information such as bank account, address, cell number as well as upload tickets. 13 days later I haven't been paid although tickets were downloaded immediately. This service seems like a scam.
