Worst experience. Never using again.

This app said tickets were available when it wasn't and then still charged me for the tickets when they said error. Called customer service they said they were having too many calls due to errors and if your event isn't tonight, they can't help you. Luckily when I called again someone was able to help me and refund me. Then I was able to buy a new set of tickets but then the seller contacted me saying they don't have the tickets available. When I contacted stubhub they said the best they could do was either refund me or credit my account. The concert is already in 3 days and the tickets have either fluctuated in price or the section I wanted is already sold out. If they would have helped me same day, I would have been able to get better tickets sooner. I'm waiting on customer service to send me a credit. If I can't find better tickets I'm calling customer service to just refund me and never using them again because the event was supposed to be for a surprise birthday gift and I spent so much money through their app error and them not making sure the seller has the tickets in hand. Really dissapointed and frustrated. Will update about the process.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM STUB HUB

Stub Hub is a fraudulent company who sells what they do not possess. They Offer tickets for sale, but they are not the owners of the tickets and do not have possession of the tickets. They have a website that will collect your money, but will not immediately give you the tickets you purchased. You may never get the tickets you purchased. I purchased tickets to the 2022 MLB All Star Game expecting to have tickets; instead all I got was a picture of where my seats were supposedly located and a message that said the tickets will be ready by the end of the day, July 19,2022. The event begins at 4:00 pm on July 19. They said they would send an email. There are no tickets! I contacted their Customer Service and they said I could sell my tickets—problem—I don't have any tickets—not in paper form—not in digital form—not in any form! Bottom line—I paid for tickets, they didn't have the tickets to sell and I've been defrauded out of my money—! This practice of selling what you do have to sell is the very definition of fraud! I paid my money and got nothing! I didn't pay for a receipt—I paid for tickets. I only have a receipt and only received that after I complained. They have been sued and settled for $20M in a class action suit regarding fees—well here's another lawsuit waiting to happen. Selling something you have no possession of and not providing the good for which you sold and received money for is fraudulent! This company should be brought up on criminal charges. I am probably not the only one that this has happened to, but I will be one of the last if I can help it! Terrible Terrible company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

No support for fraudulent tickets

I bought 2x 2-day fast pass tickets for Illenium thinking they were for general admission and when we arrived at the event there were actually two different tickets, one for the fast pass lane (which is around $15) and the venue tickets themselves. The tickets were marked at a $80 price point so it made them seem like actual venue tickets. So it turns out the seller was a scammer! We also found out this happenened to our friends as well so who knows how many other people were affected. We contacted StubHub but their response was more in line with "you get what you pay for". It's deeply frustrating not getting support for fraudulent tickets and I would not recommend purchasing tickets through them in the future. In the end we ended up purchasing new tickets on the spot and had to eat the lost $$$ cost.

I bought tickets on Stubhub for Illenium 2-day event. When I bought them it said "fast pass 2-day event GA". So it appeared to be a fast pass entry to GA. When I got there it was apparently 2 different tickets - one for fast pass (which is a $10-25 value) and one to get in to GA. So the seller is a scammer! They sold the fast pass for $80 each before fees etc making it look like it was also a general admission ticket. I went with three other people and we all had the same experience. When we tried to call Stub hub and explain the issue we were told we got what we paid for! I requested to talk to a supervisor and was told one would call me. I had bad service and missed the call, but when I called back the associate I talked to would NOT let me talk to her. The supervisor's name is Kayla. After numerous attempts to try and get through I gave up and had to spend $330 MORE to go see the event. Needless to say I had an absolutely HORRENDOUS time with purchasing fraudulent tickets from a seller on Stubhub, abysmal time talking TWICE to two different "customer service" associates, and absolutely NO help whatsoever from Stubhub in general. I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN BUY TICKETS ON STUBHUB! I will also caution everyone not to buy there, and I go to quite a lot of events. All I wanted was for Stubhub to honor their claims. Guess its just words.

Purchased tickets for an event and never received them. So far I have contacted Stub Hub three times and they keep saying "you should have received your refund by now, let me check". They continue to promise your refund within 3-5 days, I am now at day 14 and still no refund.
BE CAREFUL.

I bought tickets from Stubhub to attend a Ron White show. Never received them despite sending several emails and making several calls to Stubhub Customer Service. Two days after the concert, I received an email from them that said I was a victim of fraud and they had processed a full refund to my payment method. I've called 3 times to get my refund. Each time they said I had to fill out a form and someone would call me. No one ever called. Now they refuse to give me a refund because "too much time has passed". They are thieves and liars. I will never buy anything from them again.

I WILL NEVER USE STUBHUB AGAIN

I bought a ticket for Bonnaroo 2021. The event was canceled, and they wouldn't give me my money back... only credit. This year I tried to redeem that credit for a Bonnaroo ticket, and purchased what looked to be General Admission with a parking pass. Turns out it was only a parking pass that was almost the cost of an actual ticket. I called Stub Hub multiple times to try to cancel the order. They would not cancel it, or even give me the sales fees back so I could properly resell the ticket for a reasonable price that someone would buy. I talked to their manager over the phone, and she kept interrupting me as I tried to explain my story. I felt very belittled by her and not listened to. The fact that a company this large wasn't even willing to help me by giving back the sales fee shows that they don't value their customers at all. I WILL NEVER USE STUB HUB AGAIN!

If you value your time and money do not use stub hub. They failed to deliver my tickets and now refuse to give me a refund although they promised to do so. I would call this fraud. If I could give them a 0 I would.

No one foresaw the pandemic hitting us but, my god, Stubhub does everything in its power to be as unhelpful as possible. Oh, if you bought tickets for locations international (aka not the USA) before the pandemic, you're screwed.
My experience, it took me four months--FOUR months-- to get through to someone to help me finally, actually, locate my tickets. But apparently, USA Stubhub and International Stubhub have different customer service departments. USA Stubhub says if you buy tickets for international events, they cannot help you (even though they totally can because they did help me locate my tickets).
But here the kicker: International Stubhub's services *don't* *answer* *emails* which is the only link of communication customers get. There's no number to call, just an email, and they point blank will ignore you for several months. My tickets can't get listed to "sell" for whatever reason, and it feels like both departments are circumnavigating around having to give me a refund as much as they possibly can.
If I could give this service zero stars, I would. This is ridiculous.

I purchased tickets on Stubhub for a Saturday college football game. Got to the gate at event and checked my email and realized tickets were never sent. I was out of town for the event and had to purchase cash tickets at the event. When I got home called Stubhub Monday am and went through the troubleshooting process with them. Nothing worked and no tickets were ever found. Stubhub refused to refund because I didn't call before the event. Closed my account and will NEVER use Stubhub again.

As a person who has been a season ticket holder and occasionally selling tickets when I cannot make a game, stubhub has a new policy to eliminate all personal sellers from having their tickets online 4 hours before game time. Stubhub deactivates the individual listings and only leaves their tickets stubhub ownes online to make sure they sell the ones they have already purchased.
The two issues with this.
1. It screws over someone like me just trying to get their money back for their tickets.
2. It screws over people trying to purchase the last minute ticket because I will sell a ticket for half the price stubhub will sell them for.

This is a new policy for stubhub so be aware when buying tickets. Don't get gouged by stubhub pricing. Use the other ticket vendors instead.

I called Stub Hub to check on the status of my ticket order and was able to speak with an actual person almost immediately. She was able to confirm my order and let me know when the ticket transfer would happen. I bought these tickets to replace the ones that Seat Geek had screwed up. Seat Geek doesn't even have a phone number to call.

Poor resolution to security locking
April 22, 2022

Bought sports tickets and received confirmation at the time on the site. No email confirmation. Learned through call to customer support that the account was locked and transaction cancelled. After a few hours on the phone, 15 hours later, and multiple calls, still not unlocked. I was told it would take 3-4 days.
Locking an account for security is okay, but not being able to resolve it for days is unreasonable. Still waiting. No resolution yet. Two stars earned for customer service rep who was polite and patient, but still could not resolve the issue. Otherwise, I would have given one star rating.

Stub Hub sucks!

Had tickets to Music Man bought year in advance Stub Hub canceled our tickets six different times and notified in email. One set wouldn't let us into the doors. They were invalid. Called 800 number at the door. They were dumb founded. They miraculously got the barcode switched on the e ticket and we got in five minutes before show started. Called to complain after trip and they wanted to argue and say it was my fault. They had to change the barcode five minutes before show to let us in. Total bs. Shady, unorganized company.

I placed my ticket order for the 4-2-22 Bulls game in November. Went to print my e-ticket and found out they canceled my tickets and sold the seat to someone else. We were offered $200 toward stub hub only. We asked to speak to a manager to discuss getting tickets for a comparable section at the same price and was told *NO* because that is how they make there money. The manager said the $200 is all they will offer and hung up. We then called back again and found out nothing was put in the system about the $200 that was offered therefore they are unable to offer $200. Again we asked to speak to a manager and are awaiting their call. This is Horrible customer service! We will be filing a formal complaint.

If only I could give zero stars

I purchased two tickets for around $230. I followed the guidelines of stubhub and printed the tickets out and went to the venue. Upon arrival it turns out they do NOT sell through stubhub, and they informed me the tickets were fraudulent and WAY overpriced. (Said it shouldn't have been more than $50) I wasn't able to enter the concert. I called customer service and they tried to blow me off and send me through multiple channels or call me back later. I wouldn't let them and they asked for a QR code for the tickets. There was no QR code anywhere on the site, only instructions to print them out. I screenshotted every page I could find relative to my ticket purchase/use for evidence. Also the previous night, when I was denied entry and informed of the scam, I had the venue owner write me a signed note that the tickets are fake and overpriced. When I threatened customer service with a lawyer and the evidence, it was funny how quickly they issued my refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

In February, I bought tickets for the concert, which will take place in June, but when they write to me after the purchase that if they send the tickets the day before the concert, it seems to me a little late. Seriously, I'm going to be quite uncomfortable when I sit on a plane the night before the concert, have paid accommodation and all the stuff around and tickets nowhere. If they had sent them at least a month in advance, I would have been more satisfied and not so stressed. But as I say, the concert is In June. Everything can change (probably for the worse), but if there is a problem, I'll change my rewiew.
