I called asking for a refund because I bought a fast lane pass which falsely claims to be A ticket. I just wanted a refund so I could buy a real ticket. Now I will never be your customer again. Have fun refunding my credit card company.
When you don't treat your customers right you lose business and trust. Also P.S. work on your website it does not properly explain your ticket structure or ensure that your customers are buying what they intend to.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with buying tickets for a show. I bought tickets for two shows recently. One pair of tickets I bought was sold to another person. So after driving 2.5 hours to get to the venue, I went to the door to get my tickets scanned and go in, but they tell me the tickets have already been used so we couldn't go. The other show I bought tickets for, they sold the tickets as fast pass GA. I thought it was weird because this venue doesn't need a fast pass ticket, but it was 40 bucks which is the price of the GA tickets so I bought a few. Come to find out that the tickets I bought saying fast pass GA, weren't GA tickets at all. They were just fast pass tickets. I didn't get my money back at all and had to buy a new set of GA tickets. They told me to sell the fast pass GA tickets, but it was the day of the show and I told him they wouldn't sell by tonight. They told me that's fine you can sell them after that day, which these tickets are only for that day. So they told me to screw someone else, so I can get my refund, instead of refunding me the money so I could buy legitimate tickets. This is one of the most disgusting and outrageous companies I have ever dealt with. Never have I had to deal with such chaos and unprofessional dishonest crooks. Never ever buy from this company! They need to be canceled and taken out of business!
Horrible customer service. I bought tickets that said they were next to each other, onmy to find out they weren't. Customer service told me to transfer the tickets back to them and they would give me a refund. I did. Its been 5 days, 5 calls later and they have the tickets in their possession, on their site to sell again and I still haven't received my refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
The fact they have no complaints department says everything you need to know about them. They don't care. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with them trying to get my tickets purchased over three months ago. Missed the beginning of the concert and had to buy new tickets from a seller outside the gates. Three of the four calls were dropped by the customer 'service' people. This is the first, and will be the only, time I have used Stubhub. I only gave them one star as there isn't an option to give them none!
Their information is inconsistent unreliable, they hide their return policies, they're overpriced. Oh AND they hang up on your face. Overall so respectful.
I listed my tickets for sale. I was impressed at how fast they were sold ($600). I did as I was told and transferred the tickets immediately to the Purchaser. StubHub said it would take 5 to 8 days to get my money which was surprising and all of a sudden I see $500 Deducted from my bank account claiming I never transferred the tickets although in their account it specifically shows this tickets were transferred.
I never even received the money for the sale.
So I'm out over $1000.
When I called the representative said to me relax it was a mistake we'll take care of it. Imagine, yet I still didn't get either.
This is the second time we've had an issue with StubHub first time shame on them second time shame on us.

We bought Karol G tickets in section B row 5 close to the stage through stub hub. We received a message from the seller stating that the tickets were no longer available. So not only did we have our tickets taken away from us but when we contacted stub hub to notify them of what had happened stub hub tried to replace our seats with crappy seats far away from the stage. The service through stub hub was very unprofessional and the guy from stub hub became very argumentative on the phone and refused to transfer us to a supervisor! We will never buy tickets through stub hub ever again! We were scammed and the original seller got away with taking our tickets away from us and selling them to other people for way more money. Very dissatisfied and dissapointed with Stub hub!
After buying concert tickets several months in advance we were told day of event by customer service that if we wanted to attend the event they could give us a coupon for the original price and we could buy new tickets for current price which was almost double what we payed, and for worse tickets. Ended up not going to the concert and very disappointed in stub hub. They have no reason to honor their commitments or customers because they can turn around and sell the tickets for double day of and make more money. Lost customers for life my only hope is I can stop someone else from makeing the same mistake and useing stubhub.
I bought expensive reserved seats to a popular concert months in advance through Stubhub. The price of retail tickets went up, and Stubhub 'could not deliver' my reserved seats. Offered me a full refund, or GA seats at my resertved price -200.00. Stubhub is a ripoff that supports unscrupulous re-sellers.
They are horrible, tried to get a refund for ticket concert we are unable to attend. The worst customer service, bunch of scammers!
I purchased tickets stating TBD - I then called in and asked if this mean the same concerns seat are near the stage. The representative stating yes because your paying allot of money. I think later received the tickets and the seats were way in the back and I paid 100 more then other people that will be closer then I am. I was told I can repost them to get my money back but they stated if I do sell then I will not get my money back until 5 days after the event. This website/business is a $#*! show with no integrity.
I had the misfortune to "use" this platform to buy some tickets. I was naive and didn't realize how this platform works. They will try to mess up with you, charge you unnecessary fees and steal your money. Their ticket transfer process is laughable, it doesn't happen through their systems but at the buyers/sellers own volition. Please STAY AWAY!
There are plenty of better places to sell your tickets than StubHub. Getting your money is virtually impossible.
Well here we are over a month later since my events and I have YET to receive my payments from StubHub. I just got off my 5th phone call with them and got more rum around. I've given them a 36 hour ultimatum and will be placing another call to not only to the SEC but the AZAG Office.
I sold some tickets to a couple of events on here a MONTH AGO (to the day). Stubhub claims to post payments within "5-8 business days." Upoin my first follow up call. I was informed that I "did not set a default method" to receive payment. I then rget an e-mail dated the 14th saying my payment was posted. Been checking every day... nothing. My Stubhub dashboard says it posted the 19th. Just got my 3rd call with 'customer service" who is claiming THIS delay is due to a "transition." and now I won't get my payments until the 3rd! Over a month since the events. When I called them out on giving me a runaround and that maybe they should let their sellers know on their website that they might experience some delays... I basically gor hung up on. Even if I get (and I'm not hopeful) my payment on the 3rd... I am reporting them to the FTC.
HORRIBLE experience! I purchased tickets for a concert and the screen showed paid. Later when looking on my credit card, I noticed I was not billed. After hours of being on the phone with Stubhub and Stubhub supervisors, explaining that this was an error on their end because it said paid, they would not help me. They said I need to purchase the tickets again (at double the price now, mind you). I told them that was unacceptable, so they told me another Supervisor would be calling me back in 20 min. And I would get an email. Guess what, no call after 3 hours... no email. Looking on FB, I am seeing they do this all the time to other people. Lots of unhappy people. Please save yourself a huge disappointment and DO NOT USE STUBHUB.
Bought tickets for back to back games in St. Louis to see the cardinals play in April 2022. Also purchased a hotel room. While driving to St. Louis called stub hub was advised they were having issues with there system and we would get a email within a couple hours which we never got. Made a second call before the game was told the issue would be fixed to see our tickets on the app before the game. Right before the game we had to go to the ticket window and we're told our tickets were sold! Called stub hub and we're told they could have a manager call us back. Did not get to watch the Friday game. Had to purchase more tickets for the Saturday game per both sets of tickets were sold and not by us! After weeks of calling stub hub we were told the account was hacked into and the email address was even changed in the account! Stub hub refunded the person that hacked into our account the price of the tickets they were sold for! We were told we would have to go to the police station to get a report to reopen the case but we're given no information on what was needed for the report so the police station doesn't even know how to help us! Needless to say we are out 650.00 on two sets of tickets we did not use! Plus 100.00 extra we had to spend to purchase another set of tickets to even be able to attend a game that weekend! Very poor customer service! They are not helpful and do not stand by there 100% guarantee!
We bought VIP box seats day of the concert. It said we were in Row 1 seats 3,4 5, and 6. We had people in front of us in the box standing during the entire concert. When we spoke with the LiveNation team they said the seats were first come first serve in the box. We were there 2 hours early and had we know this we would have made it to the box earlier. If VIP box seats are on a first come basis please don't number the rows and seats. Very sad and would not have paid $100 a seat for these seats. Order # *******
I called so many times so they can send me an email with my tickets and they still couldn't help me get them. I didn't went to the concert and then I canceled my tickets and when I asked for a refund they told me to wait 3-5 days to receive it. Called today cause I still haven't received my money back and they told that they couldn't make a refund.

Answer: They sell tickets they do not actually have yet. They started selling tickets for a Garth Brooks concert in Salt Lake City before tickets even went on sale. They have no way of knowing if they will actually get tickets to fulfill orders, and just cancel the order the day before the event if they don't have the tickets. Its pretty much a gamble with Stub Hub if you will get your tickets or not.

Answer: Hi Rachael, If you purchase a ticket labeled as Instant Download you will receive your ticket as soon as you order. If you purchase a mobile ticket or electronic download then you will be notified when your ticket is ready. Which would be no later than the date advised when you purchase. It is very rare to not have your ticket prior to the day of event. There are only a select few shows that require ticket delivery day of event.
