On June 2022, I bought 5 tickets to A-Ha concert at the Hollywood Bowl. I bought "Ramp-H" tickets which were close to the stage. I did not realize until the day of the concert that I was given "H" tickets which are much further away and significantly lesser in price.
I had contacted customer service at east 5 times since then. Each time they say that they will re-escalate and that they will reach out to me in 8-10 days. It is now January 5,2023. I had just given them a call again and the same answer each time.
I was trying to be understanding at first and give them the benefit of the doubt. But their lack of action tells me they are scamming to begin with. I did purchase tickets from them before and did not have issues. I even recommended them to others. But because of this experience, I will never use them again.
This company is scam. They charge on your card without notify you. I sold my ticket but still did not get any money back past 4months. Now they are telling me I have pay them first to get my money. I didn't buy anything from them. I only sold the tickets but I owned them money somehow
Horrible experience, use another website! I bought a parking pass for the Fiesta Bowl. The pass was never accessible. The website prompted me to create an account, and I did so following all steps. Due to the issues of the website and not able to access the pass, I was unable to use it. I called customer service to seek a refund since the pass purchased was never received, and they were not helpful at all. They refuse to refund it even though I could not access it on their website. TERRIBLE! I will use other websites from now on, buyers beware!
We purchased tickets to the fiesta bowl as soon as they announced the teams. A couple weeks later I got an email from stub hub saying our tickets were sent in another email and to accept them. I never got the email. I got two more reminder emails from stub hub to accept the tickets o still hadn't received so I called them. After making me check my email again, they opened a ticket. 4 days later I called again. They made me check my email AGAIN before talking to me then said they were working on it and call back in two days. The third call they again made me check my emails before talking to me and then said to give it two more days but they guaranteed I would get my tickets. Now on my fourth call I AGAIN had to check my emails then they took 20 min to verify that I did in fact qualify for their ticket guarantee which I was told was tickets that are as good or better. I was given a link to follow to get my new tickets. Well my original tickets were in the lower bowl. Now my options were all in the 400 section! When I complained that this is not the guarantee I was told I got 'I can't see them but that's what we can do'. Well I check the website and there were options available that were not on my link. The final straw was when I asked to speak to the manager because she was not able to honor the contract, I got told they would have to call me back within the hour. That call never came.
AVOID if you actually want to go to your event.

Listed tickets for sale on stub hub. After a month the tickets no longer could be viewed on my listings. I no longer wanted to sell them so I did not worry about them. After the event, I was charged by StubHub for never transferring tickets. I was never made aware of any sale and they refused to refund me my money. Would not recommend doing anything with this 2nd market company.
Andrea Bocelli concert for sale. They were to email me if my tickets sold. My account today was charged $166 by Stubhub. They claimed the tickets sold but my email address was inaccurate. First the lady said the email was missing.com at the end and when I challenged that the account could not have been set up with an account that did not have.com, she gave me a different error. DO NOT BUY DO NOT LIST...

Bought tickets, turnaround to resell tickets, Stub Hub found a buyer but unable to complete the resale because I experienced a technical issue with uploading bar code number on their website. Stub Hub had sent the issue of the "escalation group" to fix. Weeks passed by without it being worked, I called in to follow up, they advised me "they will not work on my issue till 2 days before event because they have other events that is happening sooner to work first". Called again 1 day before event, they hung up on me after being on hold for 21 minutes. The next day, day of the event I received notification that the sale was canceled because I did not upload the bar code in time. Unacceptable and will not use Stub Hub again...EVER. Worst experience ever.
Horrible customer service. All you get is the run around. I never received the tickets that I paid over $500 for. Said they would be delivered in a certain date and it is now 2 weeks past the date and no tickets. They just keep telling me that a team is working in it and since my event isn't until next year then it isn't top priority. I don't care when the event is. They took my money and I have no proof that I have any tickets which were to be a Christmas gift. I asked to speak to someone in the department that is supposedly "working on it". I was told that department doesn't take phone calls. How convenient for them. Very frustrating. I have used Stubhub before but definitely never again. Too risky to try and save a little money.
I was selling a parking pass through stubhub for the Washington Commanders for November 27th, 2022 against the Atlanta Falcons. I have been doing for several years. I would post the tickets through the normal stub hub process. Stub Hub would inform me that there is a buyer then follow the process through the Washington Commanders venue of transferring the ticket and then confirm the process with Stub Hub. The Washington Commanders venue would inform me the ticket has been transferred. I had to do this process 3 times starting with Stub Hub. For some reason I would receive an email from Stub Hub that the transactions were cancelled. Their email reasoning for cancellation was too generic. I would then delete the ticket and restart the process. I finally gave up. Then, Stub Hub billed me $52.40 and $96.03. I have no idea what the $96.03 is for. I contacted Stub Hub explaining what took place and customer service representative appeared not to understand. I was constantly repeating my issue with this charge. It was like talking to a wall. I had to send this person information that she requested and all it did was confuse her. Since she did not understand the person started quoting their policy. This was extremely frustrating and annoying. I asked her why am I being charged for a sell of a ticket that no transaction took place. Informed her that charging me was not right and I would be communicating with my credit company. She hung up on me. This type of service is horrible and hanging up is unprofessional. You would think Stub Hub representative would have been more willing to work with me since I use their services. The person I was communicating was just incompetent.
Stubhub says buy tickets with confidence. We purchased tickets for a Texas A&M game an hour before game time. This was done on a guest account due to trouble logging in with my account. Due to the fact that it asks for an email account to send them to, we did use that email and it matched it with my regular account. When the system saw this, even though the tickets had been ordered as a guest, it sent a View Tickets link that took me into my regular account. Even once we did manage to log in, the tickets were not there. We gave up at game time and bought other tickets through my husband's account. When I talked with StubHub later, they told me that I should have called them and they could have walked me through the process of getting to the correct link to put in my access code for the tickets. I asked why their programmers set it up to send an email with a link to my account when that link clearly would not work, and they could not answer that. They've refunded no money, and when I asked them to escalate this and have someone call me, they said they would but did not. They've hired substandard programmers who can't run simple scenarios and figure out the simplest way to give their customers access. The email even says to log into my account to see the tickets, and of course they are not there. It is unfortunate that something as often used as StubHub cannot hire competent programmers or beta testers.

Totally shocked how this company can sell you tickets and never deliver them. We had made plans, paid for the tickets on this crappy ripoff scam of a company and never got the tickets when they even send out an email your tickets have been sent. Total BS and good luck contacting their overseas so called help. This has been happening way too much to so many people. Horrible BS of a scam business
Spent almost $1000 on tickets to one of my girlfriends favorite Singers for her Birthday. Patiently waited to receive the tickets way past the date I was supposed to receive them. Eventually called to see where my tickets were and I pretty much got told they don't exist.? I Eventually got them to offer me a refund but was told I wouldn't receive the money until a week after her Birthday. Worst experience I've ever had from any ticket reseller. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.
I bought tickets on Stub Hub for a band from the 60's that were playing an hour away from where I was staying. At the door, the tickets had already been scanned, so they were sold to at least 2 different sets of people. We almost didn't get in to this sold out show, but someone else had tickets for us. Stub Hub is investigating, but just said this happens sometimes. It seems like sellers post on multiple sites and no one is regulating to make sure this doesn't happen. The venue told me not to buy on stub hub, because it's not trusted. Still no call back, info or refund. I'll never buy on stub hub again. If someone else didn't have tickets l, I would have driven an hour for no reason and missed out on an iconic show. Awful.
If you sell tickets with this site do not expect to get your money. I've been getting the run around for over 3 weeks now and I have yet to get anyone from the main office in American. I was told I would have to keep calling back in hopes they pick up. I would not recommend this business at all. I'm now out 3000.00 and I still can't get any help
Flew from Chicago to ATL for Bears game 11/20/22 bought tickets in September! Barcode couldn't generate. OK! Got replacement. OK! Issue, error. Called. On phone for 1.5 hours Abby couldn't help us. at the end she didn't even care told us to hang up and MANAGEMENT would call in 30 mins with answers, never did. $1,600 later missed the game -__- did StubHub care? No! Will never use again. I will tell everyone that cares to hear about this to not use this app
No problem with the first tickets. Second concert was cancelled, which StubHub doesn't control, but wish they'd let me know earlier than 3.5 hours prior. Anyway I bought second tickets with a gift card which was cool of them to accept, but when the concert was cancelled I'd already thrown it out. I called and the agent said he'd give me credit and I was cool with that, but I did not receive the email he said would be sent to me within so I called back 7 days later and they'd issued it to the card. Kinda flipped out at the agent rahdika but she worked it out with accounting and got it on track... hopefully. Wanted to give review for the agent cause she did well dealing with an $#*! on the phone and the company's willingness to follow thru on promises... hopefully.
I've used a lot of ticket exchanges but rarely use StubHub. I had to use them recently and was reminded why I avoid them at all costs. Do yourself a favor and look everywhere else first!
My friend purchased what she thought was two normal seat tickets for Taylor Swift in Tampa, Florida on April 15th. As soon as my friend purchased these two tickets, she received an email saying the tickets she bought were handicap accessible only. She then sat on the phone and spoke to 4 very nice Stub Hub representatives. They all tried to help but according to "policy" there was nothing that she could do other than sell her two handicap tickets. Once she got the confirmation email that they sold, she was quickly relieved that she sold her tickets and was going to get her $1000 transferred back into her bank account soon after the tickets were sold. Unfortunately this was not the case. After sitting on the phone yet again with another stub hub representative. The worker was very polite and understood our frustration regarding the miscommunicated actions, however there was nothing she could do. All that she can do to get her money back is sell the tickets and wait 5-8 business days after the event occurs. So now my friend, who not to mention, is a college student, who spent her own $1,000 on these tickets, has to wait 5-8 business after April 15th to receive her reimbursement. No where in there policy were any of these things presented to us. While we are stuck in this situation, don't use Stub Hub and make the same mistake. You can get false information about tickets and not be reimbursed until months after. Not worth your time or money. Ticketmaster is the way to go and purchase tickets safely.

Answer: They sell tickets they do not actually have yet. They started selling tickets for a Garth Brooks concert in Salt Lake City before tickets even went on sale. They have no way of knowing if they will actually get tickets to fulfill orders, and just cancel the order the day before the event if they don't have the tickets. Its pretty much a gamble with Stub Hub if you will get your tickets or not.

Answer: Hi Rachael, If you purchase a ticket labeled as Instant Download you will receive your ticket as soon as you order. If you purchase a mobile ticket or electronic download then you will be notified when your ticket is ready. Which would be no later than the date advised when you purchase. It is very rare to not have your ticket prior to the day of event. There are only a select few shows that require ticket delivery day of event.
