I have had the same number for 7 years and never missed a due date. Today I payed my phone service and was prompted with a message that I had no phone service. After calling their CS I was informed that my number is now on another phone. They had no explanation as to why this happened. Simply told me to just buy a new number and deal with it...
Many times, I had to be on hold for over 2 hours.
They suggested to text, I did and didnt get a reply for two days. They again suggested that I send them a message on FB, that didnt yield any response either. Sad company
I NEVER have service or data anywhere I go. Even after just putting the card on, it says LTE but nothing ever loads. Do NOT recommend. I'm very tired of paying for phone service that never works.
Worst customer Support ever I'm leaving their service. I'm going to t mobile set on hold then waited 4 hours for call back and no help
Contact your Attorney General and file a complaint. I have done this and its the only way they will get investigated. Once they get enough complaints. Only way to get our money back. This is what the Attorney General in New York told me. They dont have enough filed complaints to investigate. So this is why we must file with your Attorney General. Pass the word on. Good luck
Absolutely no cust9mer service. Poor service when on. And now they wont let me unlock even though I paid the full price for phone. I have the worst headache in the world dealing with them!
I purchased a iphone SE 2 generation phone from straight talk website and no one from straight talk customer service would help me activated the iphone very disappointed with Straight Talk and the iphone SE 2 was a Birthday gift.
I have an iphone X with nothing wrong with it and they had to spend 30 plus minutes just to get the SIM card to connect to their network with customer service. Afterwards it couldn't even call out. They ask me if I had another number they could call to troubleshoot. Laughable as my only other possible number is the one I am try to avoid using. So I gave them my old number and bit the cost of the charges my previous carrier were asking for roaming in the USA. Not worth my time or money. I would go with the big company next time and eat the extra 5$ and avoid a headache.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever ever received. These are the agents I talked to Sarah-******* (Manager)
Josephine- *******(T1)
And AngelineManager (I think) she refused to give me her employee ID number to make a report on her rude behaviour. All I wanted was to be able to make calls and use my internet but all they do is send you to all these agents that can't do a thing for you, repeat themselves like a computer and then hang up or put you on mute hold when they no longer can help you or have critical thinking.
Then I asked multiple times to be sent to an agent that could help me and they would hang up or tell me I have to call back. I do NOT recommend using this service they are not good. You calls will drop, your internet will constantly stop working and the bars of service is like a trash dumpster on fire. Refrain yourself and go somewhere else. It's worth it.
I did a chat with there customer service. The chat rep did not have the first clue what she was doing. When I called her on that. She got a attitude and became a smartass. It took her over one hour to change my plan from the 35 dollar a month plan to the 30 dollar a month plan. When I would type a response I would have to wait five minutes for her response. I had to explain myself repeatedly about what I was trying to do. She was rude. It was ridiculous.
Called them numerous times! No data on phone…can't get pics or listen to voice mails or use internet. They always say they will work on it and call back, but they NEVER call back! Tired of paying so much for so little!
I've only ever used ST. My very first phone I got for my 12th birthday was ST and with yesterday marking a decade of having it, it's been great. But anytime I've had a problem technically, the support I've received was straight garbage. At this moment, I got double charged after having a pop-up saying my payment was declined when I was attempting to upgrade my phone to a newer one. I can only hope I can get my money back after jumping through hoops with tech support for the past four hours. I think after this I'm gonna switch my service. I'm so done with this service. Happy Birthday to me I guess.
Customer service was bad, almost as bad as the wireless service. Had to keep resetting my phone. Could send or recieve calls. I closed account
I've been a customer for over twelve years. I recreantly switched my mobile service to Visible because the support for Straight Talk is utterly horrendous. The service reps are extremally polite but have no idea what they're doing, don't have a good grasp of the English language and are basically incompetent. I still have their home phone service because, unfortunately, I've found no other option at that price point.
I've had straighttalk for years and my service and pricing can't be beat BUT when it comes to winning any kind of rewards I give them a zero out of zero it's totally terrible and I don't do any of social media so I believe it also has a negative affect
Purchased a sim card at Walmart, neither Walmart support nor straighttalk support could get it working at their end. Walmart refused to refund me because the package was open.
My son phone wasn't suppose to go off till February but it went off in January the lady I talked to on the phone was no help at all... So I had to repay my baby bill but I think I'm finna change them to another phone company
I was a customer for a long time. When I tried to change my number, my phone stopped working and wouldn't make or receive calls. I talked to 7 customer service agents and none of them got my phone fixed. I was without service for OVER 36 HOURS so I called and canceled my service and went to AT&T. I had half of a month of my service left and wanted them to refund me the money that they owed me. The refund guy was very rude and told me that I would have to call my bank to get my money back.
They treat their customers like dirt, Is not the cheapest one. If there are too many people on the network at one time (which is about 50% there is no service. Its garbage.
Straighttalk customer for many years. Passing grade if you don't need to use customer service. The worst ever for engaging with customer service whether you are trying to port a new phone, get a new number, do the Verizon migration or resolve any issue. Prepare for seemingly endless hours of repetitive but useless engagement.
Answer: Cheaper than ATT for a landline. I never thought of the problems I am having trying to get service started. I don't know how they stay in business considering the gift fact that Verizon owns them.
Answer: I've been pretty consistently able to get a hold of them. As far as them being helpful not at all.
