This service is horrible, from the automated service which kept disconnecting after providing information, down to the live representatives. Spoke with Marlon, that had my information as far as my phone number, he pretended to check my phone number and disconnected the call and did not call me back. Went through the process online as far as transferring my telephone number, completed all the information, received an all done. Later a text message saying that the pin on my activation card was incorrect. Did a live chat with Paul, provided my information, them informed that I needed to speak to someone from CS, that will call in 15 minutes. It's now been almost an hour and no call. Considering counting it a lost on my $45 card and staying with my current provider, if customer service and activation is this aggravating!

Complete fraud. Visiting the US from NZ, checked to see if my phone would work on their network and they said it did. Brought a $55 Sim card and wouldn't activate. Rang customer service and they just 'oh well, bad luck'. Absolute rubbish company.

New Device Horror

I placed an order online for a new device. I am 100 percent sure the address was correct. When my device did not come on time, checked the email my street name was not on there. Either way I called about 8 times and they kept hanging up in my face. They refused to put a supervisor on the line. I have worked in Customer Service for amor 15 years now. The service they provide us terrible. No one knows anything and they just keep responding with the same script no matter what your ask. Never got my phone and they said it works take 6 months for a refund. Yeah right I'm still calling y'all admit my money

I was a straight talk customer for 15 years with out interruption. I had stopped using straight talk due to issues with my internet I recently decided to come back to straight talk. Big mistake now I remember why I stopped using them I filled my service with the $55. Plan on the 1st the 9th of the month I get a text message saying I'm almost out of data I haven't played games not really on my phone much so thanks for nothing straight talk after this month I'm done with this service this is ridiculous!

Terrible system

I've tried for 2 weeks to get my number to port to another company or so I can register an email to do it myself. Try say they don't recognize the 2 numbers I give them. Also do not recognize the sim number on the phone nor the ime number on the device that they sent me. It's a home phone system. They state they can send me a text -when I state it's a home phone they are stumped and say there is nothing they can do. I urge everyone with a complaint to file with the FCC

I read nothing but horror stories about not being able to activate service or issues with being on Verizon side I ordered an phone for my uncle and activated it though the phone system in less the 5 mins and everything was working just fine,If you are having issues it could be because your tower is having issues or it's being upgraded who knows or when you port your number in I got an new number for him.

Very slow service and the internet keeps dropping so I'm giving him a negative review because when you call them if you don't respond immediately they hang up in your face and your phone goes slow even though you have unlimited their their service is a joke they say unlimited when it's really not is it and my cousin has had to call them multiple times and has literally gotten hateful with them because they want to refuse to do nothing about their screw up let me post it

Straighttalk use to be a good service but now all they are about is money. I paid 50.45 for my month and all of a sudden they deactivated my account and refused to give me my number back. They made me pay an additional 35.00 for a new number which is bull$#*!. And cause of their stupid mistake I lost 50.45. You can't talk to an American anymore. I would not recommend these people to nobody. I'll be turning them into the better business bureau cause they are a joke.

I got a $700 unlocked phone and straight talk sim to go in it through Walmart and I spent 4 hours trying to get it activated without success spoke to multiple people who treated me like an idiot even tho I had done all the steps they were asking already. Then when calling back the following day after still not having service A MANAGER told me that I needed to provide call history for security when no calls were made! I'm getting a att sim to put in the phone this company is a joke and a waste of time if you want to spend days setting up your account go ahead but it's not worth the headache! I was told to fight with my bank to get my money back what a great manager! So helpful! SMH

Worse customer service! I lost my phone, and could not have the line suspended. Provided all info needed including the pin. Then stated they needed more info, and kept asking me to call back. WORST SERVICE EVER! DON'T DO IT. You will regret it.

Do not use straight talk.

The company charged me after I disabled the account. Then they refused the refund. They still havent released my imei number four days after I ended the service and this is a carrier unlocked phone I bought from samsung. I have to file a claim through my bank to get a refund, which is completely unnecessary. Their service was very restricted and has little to no coverage.

I recognize that writing a negative review about straight talk is like throwing dirt on dirt, but these people are genuinely the worst. The support is beyond belief, they even tell you on the phone you are most likely to get cut off, and they mean it, so kudos to being upfront. I spent over two months trying to resolve an issue, maybe 5 hours on the phone, and must have been cut off two dozen times. Even now, they claim the issue is resolved, but I've not seen it. How are these people still in business?!?!?!?

Ish i could give negative points. I've been a customer for over 8 years, and I want to switch carriers as straight talk is beginning to be fazed out. They are holding me hostage and won't release my phone to another carrier. I own the phone, I have no contract so why? It a joke. Rest assured I will get out I will tell everyone how horrible you are and how you treat your customers. I hope Verizon drops you sooner then later! Sorry excuse for a company!

Straight talk customer service is the WORST. Took two weeks back and forth to transfer my and my wife's number to another carrier. They CHANGED MY BILLING ADDRESS AND ZIP CODE in order to delay and prevent my transfer of number to the other carrier. Avoid at all costs!

I sent in a broken phone under warranty nearly 3 weeks ago. Was supposed to get a replacement phone withing 1 to 3 business days after the received the broken phone. The broken phone was sent 4/6/2023 I waited to 4/13/2023 for email with tracking nothing came so I called they said that they did receive the phone and estimated delivery of replacement was 4/18/2024 ticket number was or tracking number was given. 4/18 came and went with no replacement delivered. I called customer service again 4/19 at which point I was told the warehouse didn't have the model phone I had but they would send one comparable I agreed at which point I was told I'd have a tracking number emailed within 24 to call back if I didn't receive it. I didn't get any emails from straight the next day so Called on 4/20 just to be told they had no tracking info yet that it can take 3 or 4 days to ship. Now here we are 4/24/2023 I called again with same spill about not having my model in warehouse after telling them I'm ok with comparable phone. If I don't get a tracking number by Tomorrow I'm calling Both FTC and FCC. And shooting for more expensive pH to make up for business lost as results of their negligence.
