My mother told me today I wouldn't get my Christmas gift because Stoneberry sent her a letter today telling her the comforter I asked for and ordered a month ago, was discontinued. My elderly mother can't get out and do shopping anymore and she has been in and out of the hospital since August. She was really upset, and I DON'T LIKE IT WHEN PEOPLE make my mom upset for no damn good reason, especially when they don't know how to run a business. Don't order from these people

Rip off

I ordered 2 items yesterday to send my best friend for Christmas.The customer service representative called me today asking 100 questions like I am a prisoner and inside the JAIL. She told me the going to check my credit score( for what?). I have 2 jobs working very hard with disable kids. Many many years ago I went for a bankruptcy. Only it's ready expired. What the purpose ordering from them if the put people so down and make you feel like you are piece of s... t?
No people don't order from this company. Please don't allow this asses to put Your down. Keep your chain up! And let's deal with companies who really respect customers! Happy Holidays!

I placed an order on Nov 28, for my grandson a drone and here it is Dec 18 and nothing! When I called the wait time was ridiculous a one hour wait time. But, I was desperate Christmas is closing in. I tell the rep that it is showing delivered but it was not. They sent another item that I had ordered. Then they sent an item that I did not order. She tell me the item will not get here in time for Christmas, I will have to file a claim and on top of that she was very rude, she kept cutting me off, to make her point. I asked could they send another one, of course I would pay. But it still would not get here by Christmas. I ordered a lot of things from them for Christmas but when I pay them off, I will never shop Stoneberry again. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are to hard to contact, and when they mess up they treat you like you have done them wrong! Buyers beware.

Horrible company

I ordered two items for Christmas presents. I received one that came before it was supposed to my second order was supposed to be here a couple weeks ago and still nothing. Says processing. I sent two emails, I've tried calling but I'm literally on hold every time. I've waited for twenty minutes to over an hour and nothing. They sent me a survey I complained there too. You would think someone would contact you. Now this special gift that finishes up the touches to a special gift for my spouse I have to wait till after Christmas as my budget is maxed and I put my money into this place. I will never and I mean never use it again. In fact I would send back the first shipment but i would probably never see my money. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone. Do not even look st their products

A joke of a company

I have placed 4 orders (different items tried) 1 week after placing each order I get an email stating order has been cancelled because item is OUT OF STOCK... We will refund your check or credit card in 7 to 10 days via US postal service... Do not even bother with this company Horrible customer service as well

Joke for a business

They give you the run around for days after a waiting credit approval said I will receive and email never did. Called was on hold for an hour then got hung up on. Never will use again I canceled my order and will shop else where. Not sure how this is a credible company..

BUNCH OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE I EVER SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE. SUPERVISOR WAS RIDICULOUSLY RUDE. ASKED HER WHAT POINT SHE BECAME A SUPERVISOR... GRADE SCHOOL? SHE A HISSY FIT. IF THERE WERE A NO STAR... I placed an order at Stoneberry. They pulled the payment from my account... PAID IN FULL! Then they cancelled order on their on after taking FULL PAYMENT! When asked about this they replied it was a mistake on their end. So I told them to go ahead and send order since it was PAID IN FULL FROM MY BANK. They then stated the order was no longer in stock. That they overlooked mine & sent the last item to another customer. This is so rediculous! So I asked to go ahead and refund the amount off PAID IN FULL... which they stated they could not. So they have a full payment of my checking account & I have NOTHING! I have reported this to my banks fraud line. Be careful who you speak to from Stoneberry... not all of them are experienced for sale's. You may luck up and get one that does. But I was told by customer service that there is a lot that make these mistake's. I will never order again. If they do not have people that knows how to conduct business then they should not hire them. Reported as theft & fraud... my bank has all emails sent to me by them... and the full payment paid. Let the fraud and theft be taken care of by them. I shop online a lot... never in my life have I ever had this problem. So be careful you may get the person I got only to keep your money and not send item. How dare they. I know what I am doing... but be careful for they do not!

Ran a $17 check for $77. Was Cleary written for $17? Against the law! My bank and I are both upset. They got rude with me over this issue.

I placed an order and was told I needed to put a down payment down. I found the same product for a cheaper price and called Stoneberry to cancel my pending order. I was told they couldn't cancel my order and that after 90 days it would cancel itself if I never made the down payment. In the mean time, the credit department told me to call customer service to have my order canceled so that the pending order didn't count against my credit limit. I called 5 separate times and each time I was either hung up on or transferred to a different department. I even had a supervisor transfer me to "another supervisor" after she yelled at me. The customer service associates are rude and incompetent including the supervisor and I am done doing business with them.

Did not purchase that pool it's a piece of crap the pump doesn't work hardly at all and never fills up with water the first one had a hole in it they send another Pool in the pump still doesn't work right with it and it's $150 more than you can buy it anywhere else it's just cuz we make payments here is why they charge so much it's got to be an off-brand it's junk I've had one from that company before that was not bought it Stoneberry and the material is way different in the pump was different

I applied for credit and it said we are preparing your order etc... later I check my order and it says down payment required for each item. Very misleading. They require a down payment for poor credit or no credit and make it sound like they dont just to get you to apply and its a hard inquiry on your credit that takes years to fall off!

Frustrating

I was a new customer of Stoneberry. I received my product damaged and I called Customer Service for the instructions on how to return it. The customer service agent was so rude and disrespectful and treat me so bad. Also, I had to pay 18.00 to return the broken article to the Company. I've paid money for nothing!

Terrible

Applied for credit. 2 days later they checked my credit and now 9 days later account still says " credit approval pending". Was hoping to get my son a couple extra presents for Christmas and i placed my order in plenty of time. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I applied for credit through them and i received a call from a call rep named tony, i have never in my life had a customer service rep be so rude and completely disrespectful! Like literally my mouth dropped with the way he spoke to me. I am a sales representative myself and i dont understand how he still has a job. I ended up hanging up on him and saying forget even working with this company. If a company treats potential customers this way i could imagine how they treat people who owe them a bill!

Horrible customer service, the lady was very rude to my mother who tried to order two tablets for Christmas she was rude to her from the very beginning and to the end of their conversation, the lady at one point told my mother that she don't have too give her the id number to make her purchase as a company who lives off your customer's dime please make aware to your employees to treat your customers with respect the same way you would want to be treated, and tell your employee if their having a bad day take their attitude elsewhere and not on the customers that is all..

Avoid this company! I applied for credit and ordered a 19.99 blanket for my moms christmas. They did a hard pull on my credit and approved the small order but then told me for some reason they didn't give me a credit limit. SO now I have a hard pull that will last 2 years for a 20 order! Then when I called they refused to cancel the order or the account and told me they could approve me for future orders. So they will run my credit again if I order anything else. I could have just got the blanket at walmart and not dropped my credit score for these scam artists.

Purhased an item that arrived broken. I returned it the next day at my expence. Now they are chargeing me late fees on Their shipping and handeling fees. Called their customer service number and got no where. They are still are sending me a monthly bill with added charges.
Got to be something bad here.

I ordered two rug sets from Stoneberry. I got a notice that they had delivered my rugs but when I went to track them down through FedEx I found that they had been dropped off at my post office instead of at my house. I have a disability and I wasn't sure how I was going to get the rugs from my post office to my house. I thought that if I ordered a delivery they would bring it to my house and I wouldn't have to worry about finding someone to bring it from the post office. This was not the case. Then I got the rugs to my house and they did not look like the picture and I wanted to send them back. So I followed the directions on the return labels attached them and took the rugs back to the post office. The postmaster told me that it would cost over $70 in return shipping to send the rug sets back. I called Stoneberry and they said they do not pay for return shipping. I will never order from this company again and would never recommend it to anyone.

Fraudulent practices

Stoneberry is very unprofessional to their customers along with their business in general. They wIll try to rip you off with their marketing schemes and check you out as if they honored ther price discounts but then charge full price. I Could just imagine how many times that they have gotten away with it. They are very fraudulent with their practices and cant believe their has not been a class action lawsuit filed against them because of it, but does make sense that they have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. Youve been warnedthat
