Last year I bought rings from here and they tarnished within like a week. I never got the return labels.
This company has very bad customer service when it comes to doing business with money orders they unorganized i will never order from this company again i stick with Ginny's and fingerhut
I've been trying for an hour now to get a supervisor, because that's where customer service sends me, they keep disconnecting on me. I have a part missing from pressure washer. I read their whole contract it says nothing on a time period to send back, but they say it's past 60 days, I can't send it back. So, they stole over $200.00 from me and I can't get through to get an answer! This company is not going! Read reviews before purchase. I'm not the only person who has been they stole from! Buyer beware!
I ran across this site one night, they didn't really have good stuff on here mostly overpriced stuff, I found one item for like 45 bucks, ordered it next day I check the order they wanted 20 down lol and I have 725 credit score, they must be smoking meth there.
This company actually told me today that they don't open accounts for people in extended stay motels. Then why'd I get a catalog, place an order and get billed for it! I have a dog, a cat, a kitchenette and two full rooms.
I ordered a monogram blanket for my sons graduation on May 16 for June 6. The representative told me that it would take 5 to 7 business days. Within 5 to 7 business days the item had not been shipped and I called then she told me to give it an extra five days. I even gave it was more time. Now with my son's graduation nearing I called and the lady told me to give it an extra 10 days. I explain to her this is not what I was told at the time of ordering if so I would not have ordered it. The order arrived on 6-15- 2020 about a week and a half after his graduation. I open the package and to my surprise my son's name was spelled incorrectly. I started to send the item back but my son just decided to keep it due to the fact it took so long and it was his graduation gift. I've never have been so disappointed in a company as I have with Stone berry. This will be my last order. This was very unprofessional.
I'm deeply disturbed that I paid an additional $19 for a "protection plan", through Stone Leaf, (SO*******-1 [#240BFAB])for my Fitbit versa, that I paid full price for $299 and got NONE of the protection or even remote assistance with repairing my versa. I followed the steps to contact Fitbit directly for assistance, only to find out that Stoneberry was not an authorized retailer of Fitbit and therefore would not be able to assist with repair to my watch. When I spoke back with the representative from stoneberry I was told if Fitbit isn't able to assist, that the protection plan would be applied. This protection plan is no more than a ploy to have customers spend more money with no guarantee of protection for items that were purchased, on top of being an unauthorized retailer of name brand material and not have the same protections and warranties of those brands. I'm deeply disappointed that I wasted my time, credit and money on a company that's not willing to uphold their promises to deliver a service to their customers. I will no longer be purchasing materials from this company or recommend this company to family and friends.
I have been doing business with stoneberry for about 2 years. Well they are 4 companies all rolled into one well in one of those four 10 years ago somebody had ordered something in my name and
Everything and it was on that as I owe them 200 some dollars. But anyway I have been ordered stuff on credit and had gotten over $2,000 worth of stuff made my payments early paid over on about every one of my payments like $150 more than what they wanted me to. Then I tried to order something and it had kicked it back as I had to pay the full amount down so I got in touch with them and they put me in touch with the credit department with the woman that I spoke with was hateful rude and just plain out nasty nasty person. But at the end of the conversation she told me that my credit has been terminated and till I paid that money and which I did not owe them and I asked her if then why did you let me get so much stuff on credit for almost 2 years and now it y'all are being a $#*! about something that's not mine. So no I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything through them considering how the people work for him treat people and talk to him.
I opened an account. Paid off everything in 3 payments instead of the year or so I could have taken on the first purchase. The 2nd purchase was for $150, paid in 2 payments. Nothing changed from the day I opened my account. Coronavirus struck, They canceled my account. Unbelievable!
Overpriced, cheaply made junk, and the worst customer service ever. Six years of doing business with them and I have finally learned my lesson! They are now bragging that they have FIVE brand lines, even though their customer service cannot handle one...
After finishing paying off on a Casio G-Shock watch through Fingerhut.com, I started looking for my next purchase, which I wanted to get a PS4 system. Well, after finding Stoneberry (I was aware of the bad reviews), I went forward for their site to tell me that I needed to place a down-payment of 1/3rd of the $499.99 price.
Huh? Wha-what?
For that? I don't need a PS4 that badly and I can just wait. I wanted a game system that I could get my mind off of things. So much for givinig people with bad credit a chance to "buy now, pay later". Apparently, Stoneberry doesn't know or is too dumb to know the meaning behind that statement. "Buy now, pay later" doesn't mean, pay us now and we ship it to you later.
Save yourself the trouble, avoid Stoneberry at all costs Not worth the hassle. I'd rate them lower than one star, but, that's all it offers. For those who comment about this, I just paid off a $160 G-Shock watch at Fingerhut in four months, earlier than the eight months plan they have on the watch.
Bought a small air cooler it arrived broken I had to pay the return shipping which was over 15.00 almost as the item.
I filled out the credit application. I was approved for $500.00. Made an order of 430.00 ish. The next day I checked my order and it said they want a down payment in the amount of the entire order. I'm contacting B. B. B. And a letter will go to the A
G, s office. It's a scam and they use multiple names.
Smh U pose 2 get credit online i was approved and then was told 2 give them a down payment bad busin
Be sure to ask if the item is in stock, I've over two month for an order placed in December 9th 2019, still today it's on back order
I purchased a pair of overall that we're extremely big, returned them. Ordered a coat on December 20 and I was charged $17.99 for shipping. The coat is still not here as of January 7. Stoneberry used FedEx along with UPS. What wince does that make?
I called customer service to complain, this was a waste of time! Horrible service!
First off, the Xbox One S where's the 1 terabyte hard drive and Gears of War Games is $500 on this site. They said no down was $23 a month and they called to ask general questions for the credit monitoring. The lady was really rude and was very abrupt and didn't care to be courteous on the phone call. She told me that I could check back tomorrow within 24 hours to see the status of my order. I checked the status of my order and they want 250 down and they want $37 a month. The ad said $23 a month with no down so how are you going to advertise like that and then expect someone who's trying to build credit to have to put that much down. On top of that I heard all the rumors that they don't help build credit and that's true they don't. So I'm glad that I put a prepaid card on there that can't be overdrafted because I've read a bunch of people have had issues with them taking money out of their account.
I got Family members who have lower credit scores then Me that gets Approved for 500 Dollars no downpayment I try to order and they want over half down witch is pretty much the Cash price at the stores so I try a smaller item and same thing
I vowed the the first time I ordered would be my last. Part of my order was on back order, would not get it for months. So I canceled that one item, took me months to straighten out. Claimed they sent the item which I never recieved. O I got that monkey off my back once and for all.
Well like an idiot I ordered again. Half that order, part I really need is on back order.
Because I will not get it by Christmas, guess cancel it and hope I don't get the screw again with no Vasoline.
Top it off the credit sucks a big one.
Worth dealing with, NOPE. I'm not allowing a third time.
They are liars. They have prices that are way too high and ask for a down payment after they assured you one wouldn't be required.
Answer: Don't know never missed a payment and always paid more than what they wanted
Answer: No. Stoneberry does not report to Experian, equifax or transunion
Answer: It will pretty much give you credit, Your down payment may be higher if you have a lower score, but its worth it.
