Been a long term customer. Bought a pair of flats and sizing based on reviews. Shoes came and too big so I had to return. I always check for discount codes and none available. Paid $16 to get these shoes and $12 to return them. So now I owe $30 for shoes I don't even own!
Now everyday my emails are full of free shipping, 20% off etc. i would rather buy from Macy's where shipping is free and so are returns.
Horrible customer service and no benefits for long term customers
I ordered 3 personalized decoration for my home. One of the decorations was damaged upon arrival. I returned the product, tracked the product and it was showing it was delivered. Stoneberry claims they didn't receive it. Now I'm paying for a damaged product I don't even have. I called customer service and have never encountered such rudeness! This lady was so rude it is unbelivable! Run fast!
I called the credit department, to ask why my perfect credit history of two yrs, is not reflecting on my credit bureaus reports! She appeared to be annoyed by my question!(Amanda) anyway, she put me on hold and got back on, and tells me,"we don't report good credit history with us"! Only when you don't pay, we report it. At first she kept saying call them! Like they just take my word, and put it on. Lazy credit department! Company doesn't value their customers, they aren't trying to help people, build. Just ripping them off with their high prices! Almost paid off, cutting them off!

After over 3 thousand views of this review, Thank You Fellow SiteJabbers!, and several weeks and several telephone calls to Massys, I found the tracking number and called another agent, and was told, "I don't need a tracking number, they got the item back" months ago, and what do I want? So the same item in a smaller size. They send it to me, finally, and a bill for it too, it's $5.00 more and a check to me in the amount of $39.99 representing the refund for the return, which I lost $5.00, (price increase) $8.00 (restocking fee). That's not counting the $8.00 it cost me to ship it there. All in all, 8 weeks of aggravation, looking for a tracking number, being upset about this, being screamed at and lied to by various telephone agents about calling for a return without a tracking number, CAVEAT EMPTOR, LET THE BUYER BEWARE, with so many fabulous options out there, people that want to treat you well to take your money, at least go that way, Even though their merchandise is unique and I liked it enough to tolerate this madness.
They claim they did not receive my return I mailed certified via U.S. P.S., because i can't find my tracking number, they are liars! I have the reference number for the receipt I paid with a credit card so if possible I will track it down to prove this. How terrible to trust to purchase and return and pay. A TERRIBLE SHAME! You are warned!
I submitted two Stoneberry credit orders. Stoneberry did not process either order and did not notify me as to why. If it was an issue with credit, I believe they were legally required to notify me with reason. I think this company is similar to Fingerhut.
I will not recommend that you purchase anything from this company because when you get your monthly bill the payment will be more, I called them about the payment at first the told me that the payments went up after I purchased the TV, today they told me something completely different, I have seen poor customer service before but Stoneberry is the poorest of any company that I've ever dealt with.
I was happy to get credit with Stoneberry to rebuild my credit. Everything went through okay and I ordered some items. When the first payment was due I was determined to be on time. Late one night Friday I went online to make the payment. There were two options-minimum payment and pay full balance. It too k a little time for me to make sure I clicked the correct circle which was for minimum payment because the payment would not go through the first time so I put ithrough again. This time it went through but I was concerned and checked my account. Much to my shock the whole balance was taken from my account which was $436 not the minimum 28.99 that I asked to pay. I panicked and called Stoneberry customer service to try to get the payment reversed. I got nowhere. I was given the run around so badly. I even called my bank who referred me back to Stoneberry. I tried everything I could to stop that payment from going through. I have recently emailed Stoneberry about the situation. They were supposed to get back to me in 24 hours. I am still waiting as is way past that time. Now I have to file a dispute. I am so disappointed. This money being taken from me messed up a lot of things. Plus I wanted to make payments to help my credit.
Ordered a laptop from there and after so many months it stops working, won't charge or anything. I emailed them for a month and got no reply from them, so I finally called them and they said practically I'm going to have to keep paying on it cause they won't except the computer back, then gave me a number for a warranty place to get it fixed, I will have to pay $25 shipping fee there and $25 for them to send it back to me, are you kidding me. I will never use stoneberry again. Who wants to keep paying for something that doesn't work!
We ordered 2 items. One called a heavy duty extra large dog crate. It is flimsy and won't stay up. It is NOT extra large. The second one was a 2-piece bathroom set that came out amid several bits of loose carpet material. Thinking it was just poor packing procedures we put it down. It is very small compared to pictures, VERY thin and that carpeting material? It came from the product which is falling apart and leaves dye on wet feet. Since it's a red product it looks like someone's leavibg bloody footprints. Very disturbing event.
Trying to return and cancel this, they want us to pay to ship them back.

I Ordered a headboard for platform bed. Not sure how long it was in warehouse or where it came from but after install, the pocket in the back of the headboard where the tools lie they were flooded in there and also in the crevices. DISASTER OF MY LIFE!
I have always made my payments on time. I made a payment twice in the month, the second payment I made was made early for the following month. When I received the invoice in the mail, it read that I was behind a payment. I spoke with someone over the phone, and explain that I made the payment in March for the month of April. And that I have every confirmation numbers. But they wasn't willing to look into it, but gone on to say that I am behind. Which I know that I'm not. But they don't care to check it out and see that I'm correct. They just want extra dollars. And gone on to deny me credit to one of their sister stores, whom I had credit with all along. And never missed a payment as well. When I spoke with someone in the customer service, they weren't friendly. Just cold and callus. One payment more and I'll end my account.
My girlfriend has stoneberry, and when we needed a air matteris, they were there, but they were very expensive, not to mention high shipping rates, and processing fees. One little small Tiny hole, and there it goes, we went through 5 of these things through 2018, and they were struggling to keep in a good shape. They were like disposable type air beds, and when they went down, and right into the dumpster. Also the radio she bought for me, the radio was like it was about to fall apart, I mean the buttons and controls were flimsy, and easy to break off, and it was eating tapes like crazy, and hardly plays the CD's correctly. If we were to return this stuff, their return policy is trash too. They are not worth the trouble, hardly nothing to buy in their catalog, and their online store. They don't offer a good hard ship program to help pay them incrementally.
I have placed 5 orders with these idiots on everything I order they say I need a down payment I pay weeks before my bill is due then I try to order something else they say I need a down payment with 100% down the hall out of here that's sad when I'm done I will never order again
Ordered my son a Nintendo switch for his birthday after receiving $750 credit line from these joker's. After a week of my order pending, I called. First time at noon, then at 4:30, then at 7:30 pm. Each time they were experiencing, "High call volumes" (seriously?) Finally after being on hold for over 25 minutes, the guy was shocked that I received a credit line of $750, and said my credit was being checked. First of all, they just offer credit to anyone? And, I didn't give anyone permission to run my credit. He told me to call back tomorrow (today) and they'll have an answer for me. Well, I just called, and conveniently, their customer service center is closed due to bad weather. Well, I cancelled my order online, and will just go to Walmart, and buy my son his Nintendo switch. Idiots...
I would not recommend buying anything from Stoneberry, i purchased a steam cleaner n it sucked i had to pay 60 bucks just to ship it back to them and im being charged another 30 dollars for it being shipped to me which think is not right... costumer service was not much of a help. Over all very bad service.
Have ordered a spiderman helicopter it broke within 5 minutes of being out of the box. Customer service gave me the run around and finally agreed to send me a new one on return of the broken one. No big deal. I send it back immediately and was made to wait two and a half months for the replacement. The replacement broke in the exact same way the original did. Unacceptable.
Stoneberry is a nice online site that has a big selection of products from clothes shoes electronics to bedding. Their products have good brand names like rebok, sketchers. Jessica Simpson plus many more. Their prices are a little high but your products are high quality so it's worth it what you pay. They also offer a credit plan which is very easy to qualify for. I highly recommend Stonberry to anyone. Very inviting online store.
