Poor customer care

I received an order late and no longer needed the item. Went to return it and Stoneberry does not pay for returns nor do that credit your account. That is totally the opposite of any of their competitors. I won't shop from them again.

I have been doing business with this company for sometime now and have never had a problem so far. I really don't know why all these other people are reporting the problems I am reading. This certainly is not my relation with them.I will continue as long as this remains the result. I think the only negative aspect is that many products are over priced but I guess that's the price you pay for shopping on credit. It shouldn't be that way but that is my only gripe.

Stoneberry sucks

So I sign up with stoneberry got approved for $150 credit made an order it went thru said it would be shipped off Jan 3rd and I wait for a couple weeks to get an email stating I wouldn't be getting that order to make another one I'm not understanding what's goin on anyways I go to make another order and it didn't go thru I'm not understanding it I have credit them let me have my order and stopp sending me emails and notifications stating I have credit to spend I can't tell because I can't order anything g

I purchased a carpet cleaner as a Christmas present. It turned out it was the wrong one. I got with customer service to get the proper instructions to send back and assure I would get my refund ofb$180. Then was told if I wasn't going to do an exchange and only wanted a refund, I have to pay for the shipping.My big item cost me $71 to ship back.I called to complain to a supervisor how customer service wasn't being met. She informed me that it's stated on their return policy. I don't and can't see the small print on that, only read that I can get a refund. So look out, and read all that small print because if your returning for a full refund you WILL have to pay for shipping it back. I've never had to pay for shipping on returning anything! That's a cowardly move on Stoneberrys behalf, and I'm putting that lightly!

I was a first time customer who purchased a $359 Playstation 5 Horizon game and accessories pack for my son. Item said shipped however after 3 days the package was still never scanned as being picked up. I emailed customer service who assured me everything was good. 3 days later, still not picked. I emailed again with a smug reply everything is ok. Finally a week goes by and Monday I email again, the package was obviously stolen off the dock before FedEx could scan it or FedEx themselves took it. Now the item is out of stock and I'm left with nothing. If the terrible customer service would have acted upon my request immediately I would have my game pack. But no, because stoneberry doesn't care about customers especially new ones. Never ever buying from this place again. Oh. And I have to wait 10 days or more for my money back. Pathetic.

I'm so done using Stoneberry I had placed and order in for some stuff and then outta nowhere they canceled the order and I'm like why is they keep canceling my order this like the 4th order they den canceled on me and not saying why on there got an email saying we were unable to process ur order so I called and asked why and the lady said because I have to send in proof of residency and I'm like are u serious right now I have to send it tht in order for y'all to re process my order that y'all canceled I'm not sending them nothing I didn't have a problem with the first items I had ordered and now they been canceling my ordered and stuff I'm like really but yet they keep giving me a credit limit they gave me a credit limit of $750.00 I'm not even go touch that I'm not even go use it after I make my first payment of $9.99 I'm done using them and then I had to make a down payment of $7.63 for an order which I did and then they sent me a letter saying I have to make another down payment of $7.63 I'm like they already got that down payment so why is y'all trying to get extra money outta me not using them no more I'm done with them

Thankful

Being in a fixed income I can not afford a lot of things. So I buy from stoneberry and can make payments. I have bought shoes, kitchenware and complete bedroom bedding sets that I normally would not be able to afford. Yes the curtains were a thinner material but I was satisfied and are using them. Thank you for helping this older person out.

They claim its a credit account but even if you pay on time and complete the purchase they will not report it. But if you don't pay they will hit your credit. Just an FYI as I thought I'd get a positive when I was done paying it off but when I asked they just simply said they don't do that.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

It said it was approved for a $150 then all of a sudden when I went to go put an order an order in I was denied and I had to put a $25 down payment The lady asked if I wanted To continue the order and run my credit I told her no and she said oops I accidentally hit the submit button and caused a ding to my credit report. Even though I told her not to submit the order and to cancel it But now I am disputing The hard inquiry That they put on my credit report

They'll say you have 750 credit but won't let you order without a down payment. Never have I had a credit line to a store that did that. Sketchy and it's over priced junk anyway I will pay off and never buy from this trash store again

What a joke

My mother passed away on May 29. I called Stoneberry to let them know. I asked them to take her name off the mailing list. To this day I still receive catallogs from Stoneberry in my mom's name. I called today and got a so called supervisor who refused to answer any of my questions

Caution: Shipped without approval

Stoneberry denied me credit. So I went browsing on their website to check prices and products anyway. I discovered 2 days later that they shipped an item I must have mistakingly put in the cart I guess. I know I didn't purchase it. However, I never received any confirmation. No account number on their website. No information regarding payments. Nothing but a tracking number. They sent
Me a product I never agreed to purchase. There is no account number on the website. No payment details. I never even provided them with a payment method. The only information available on their website is the total cost and tracking number. Now I have to pay to have it shipped back. They do that to mess people's credit up from write-offs and collections. Bad business. DON'T DO IT! You will be paying double what the product is worth.

My great grandmother tried to purchase some items for us on stoneberry. She doesn't use the internet so we helped her set up her account and place the order. They cancelled the order with zero explanation. We tried a second time thinking maybe it was because she was sending it to our address, so we changed shipping to her address. Nope still cancelled. This time they called and she told them it was a legitimate order and to process it, they ensured her it would be processed. Instead it was cancelled. She calls in again, this time her b/p is high and she is stressed as heck, and they have her wait on hold 30 minutes before telling her she changed the billing address so they need proof of residency. Well she didn't mean to change the billing address, so she tells them to cancel that change. The woman tells her she can't do that she still needs proof. My grandmother lives with her daughter, my aunt. So they tell her to have my aunt write up a note saying she does live there. The $#*!? So you can't take her word for it but you'll take my aunts? Not to mention the supervisor's attitude sucked I was listening in the background. They also price their stuff almost double other stores. Their step2 train table is $190, but it's $106 on amazon. Don't bother with this place it's trash.

They have 3 com on their site 1 is a fairly good one stoneberry is the worst site mason theirs is ok the ppl at CS for Stoneberry r very rude
