Shipped my return and received confirmation that StockX had received the package from UPS. A week goes by and I haven't been refunded or heard from them, so I email them. It's now coming on two weeks and I haven't heard anything or received my money back. First I get screwed on the order because someone had tampered with it at StockX, and now I'm being withheld my money. Customer service is garbage, I will be choosing a different outlet to purchase from.

I ordered shoes from my boyfriend and been waiting over a week no update shipping anything, I try to contact StockX asked for update they're just said I have to wait 7-12 days to ship to StockX after one week StockX said seller didn't ship the shoe to StockX they're cancle my order and match the price with new seller and I have to wait another 3 weeks to get the shoe, I contact StockX customer service asked for cancel since it's seller fault and they're don't give me any options have to wait it 3 weeks to get a shoe, I ordered for my boyfriend our anniversary 6 years and he's love the show! That's the point I ordered it and I don't get on time and Gould have an option to get from new seller or cancle so I can get new gift for my boyfriend!

"I used this page based on a friend's recommendation, but I was quite disappointed. Firstly, I had issues making the payment and ended up making the purchase twice since I didn't receive the purchase notification. Later, the product was sent to me and FedEx left it outside my house where it got stolen. I called FedEx and they mentioned that since there was a photo of the product taken at the time of delivery, they wouldn't take responsibility. I contacted STOCKX and received a negative response from them, stating that they are not liable. I felt that my consumer rights were violated because the package shouldn't have been left outside the house or apartment, as there's no guarantee it would reach my hands. As a result, I lost $200 without receiving my sneakers or a refund for the purchase. I won't be using this website for purchases again. Claudia Salazar."

I ordered my son one pair of shoes $182 for a kids 5.5. Received 2 pair. One damaged at the toe(a long scratch). I checked my account and was charged for one with my original 4/4 payment. A week later it pops up StockX charged my PayPal Mastercard in full and put my account over the limit. At this point my experience was terrible and I will no longer do business with StockX. After reading the reviews this happens a lot.

Anytime I shop with stock x the process is smooth. I'm always happy with my purchases. From the time of purchases to length of time package comes is smooth not a long wait.
So I spent over $10k on a piece of art. It was packaged poorly by StockX, thrown into a box and damaged en route. I opened the box and IMMEDIATELY sent an email with pics and videos, filled out all necessary requirements on their site to get this escalated and STILL waiting on someone to respond and resolve this. Their site says if you file a credit card dispute without them trying to resolve an issue, they'll ban you forever. At this point if doesn't matter because I've lost over 11k with taxes and shipping with a broken sculpture.
