Very unhappy. I bought a pair of shoes for my son who wears a size 11.5 men's shoe. After waiting almost two weeks he received a pair of shoes that are a 11.5 children's shoe. I know I selected the correct size when ordering. Filed a complaint, since there isn't any kind of customer service department. Tried to reach someone with their live chat feature but it is also just a computer giving generic responses. So far only thing I have heard from them is that they received my complaint and nothing further. I tried placing them back on the site to be resold In the hopes of getting some money back and they don't even have that size as a possible option for sale. Also like to point out that their actual customer rating is a 2.3. They have absolutely no good reviews on Google.
I don't get the stock market analogy nor associated display of price volatility, but the ability to find quality, unused athletic shoes that are "off market" but still desirable, is near-wonderful! Paying a higher premium - much higher in some cases - isn't fun, & that's where patience comes in, because for instance, some of the items come from outside of the USA.
Maybe I just didn't do something correctly, but the inability to send an item as a gift - for reasons of security & of the stock market model maybe - wasn't enjoyable.

Ordering shoes wasn't the issue as I ate with verifying the shoes. The quality of the shoes are horrible. Less than 48 hours and shoes are coming apart in simply walking in school. Had to take my son another pair of shoes to school and it's embarrassing.

I ordered an off-white sneakers us Women size 8 and when I received and tried it it was big!
So I did my research and realised they sent me the wrong size and also they verified that wrong size and shipped it to me!
On the description it says US women size 8 but the off-white is based in european size not the us size
I thought they convert the european size to us size and put it in that description
So I contacted them couple of times and they denied to make a return for me!
I contacted my bank and tried to dispute hopefully it will be dispute and I can get my money back….
This happened to all my friends as well

They keep telling you we do not have inventory so you have to resell your item through our website that way they get their commission out of your sell and you will receive less money as you paid!

Do not buy from StockX, unprofessional customer service, claim to have verified the item prior to shipping but in my opinion they did not as I received it damaged. Tried to reach out to them via e-mail and they didn't reply to any of my points, especially the one about the value of my refund.

I ordered a pair of $500 shoes from stock x. I received them and took the QR tag off. Wore them the next day, as I was walking I noticed the sole coming off from the side of both shoes. I contacted them with pics of both shoes, they said they couldn't return them because of the QR code was not attached anymore. So now I have a piece of crap $500 pair of Jordan's that they were supposed to inspect for me. I shouldn't have to (not saying I shouldn't) inspect something that I pay for them to do. They charge you processing fees and "inspect" your stuff for you. But they are a trash company, do not trust them. They don't understand that great customer service is priceless and what makes a company. I will go on every website I possibly can to spread the word not to use them. This was my first and last purchase from this trash $#*! "company"
