It has been a unique experience joining the stately community. I explored a less expensive plan initially and had decent experiences in terms of the pieces that I have incorporated in my boxes. Now, I have worked with stately and upgraded to the most optimal plan and find that for me I Love what I am receiving. And in terms of my sizing and fit it's best for me to have some items tailored. That works for me. I'm feeling as though it's time to settle in this new community! I Love your work Stately! Keep it up! Thanks

I have been with Stately for quite some time, there have been some misses in terms of clothing selection (as expected) until the Stylist figured out exactly what I like. As a busy professional, I really don't have time to go to the mall (stores) and try on clothes. This truly has been a good experience; having curated clothing delivered to my doorstep.

Quality Clothes, overall satisfied.

I really like the idea of the box. I have lost a lot of weight and slowly incorporating adult stylish attire without me having to think about it is a breath of fresh air. The only thing I wish I could do was personally talk with the stylish as my last box I had to return quite a few items. Overall, I am pretty satisfied, It will take time for my stylist to get on the same page but the value is definitely there.

Late package

So far I been ok with the clothes not excited but satisfied, but my problem is if I'm paying you guys on the first why I'm waiting 15 days to 20 days to receive my package. You already know my style and what I want so why am I waiting 15 days plus last time I got something you sent the same shirt in the same pants before please don't double up and I would like more accessories

So far I have received three boxes. The first box was rough. Most things either didn't fit or were not my style. Nearly everything in the box was returned for a different size or replacement item. Second box was a big improvement. Kept everything and will wear everything. Third box was good but not great. Have a return item that I have not been contacted about to return.

Like the concept of the service but I'm not a fan of being surprised by what's in the box. I would prefer to see the contents online, ahead of time so I can alleviate trying to coordinate returns. Shoes and belt in every box is growing tiresome as well. Can only use so many leather brown belts. Will give them one more shot and if I'm not happy I'll try another service.

Great service for a non-shopper

I don't enjoy shopping for clothes and have dated clothes. I've had 3 deliveries and love the experience. It's fun to open the packages and the outfits are really nice. They are clothes I would probably never consider trying on but are really nice!

Meatloaf - Two out of three ain't bad

The pants are good. Shirt one is good. Shirt two is nice-looking; I went to try it on, and the button popped off the collar, and then a second button popped off the wrist/sleeve. Ugh. "Now don't be sad, because..."

A mixed bag

Most of the order was fine. Sweater was correct labeled size but ran almost a full size too small. No option of a larger size, so have to wait for a replacement which may or may not fit. Also, slacks had belt loop torn off which I had to sew back on.

Great Idea Poorly Executed

There are a number of issues with Stately, but I will say some of the clothing they have sent me, have been very good. I do not like how they charge my credit card nearly two weeks before the box is sent. I do not feel that my stylist views the pics I am including to show the "look" I am interested in. And some of the clothing is repetitive; I received the same color and styled slacks in my most recent order, that I received in my earlier box. Communication is inconsistent; and some policies are not good for the customer...for instance, you cannot return an item that they provided you as an exchange.

Charging prior to shipment allows us to curate your box, but we understand the frustration with the timeline. The brands that don't charge you up front charge fees for styling, shipping and everything else. The best part about Stately is the one price is the only price you will pay for that box of items!
