I used Stately for 6 months and every month I was very disappointed. If you are in your 20s and clueless about men's clothing and don't care what you get or how much you pay, this could work for you. I invested considerable time providing detailed style information to their "concierge" only to have it be ignored. They will send you whatever they find on the "sold-out" discount racks. I have returned over $800 (their prices) in unwearable items and to date (it's been 4 months), I have received $120 worth of items back. I suggest you look at other services.
Stately has truly elevated its game with the "Presidential" service plan. My 1-on-1 consultation with a designer ensured a curated box that mostly matched my style to perfection. While one item didn't quite fit, the return process and the insightful call with the design consultant were seamless and impressive. This level of customer service is a testament to why I'm delighted to be a returning member. Highly recommended!
Some of the winter jackets were nice, but no matter how many times I gave them feedback that Im a jeans & t shirt kind of guy, I kept getting flowers prints, and funky colors...
I am definitely happy with the additional boxes I have received from Stately. You dont force the issue. You allow me to pause the box or even put a date I want it six months from now? The flexibility is unique for internet purchases. Being able to adjust my needs within the personal profile style and have your professionals keeping me filling confident when I speak in front of crowds has taken just another decision of my plate. You guys are perfect. My wife loved the whole box full of clothes.

First shipment was mediocre and the last was much worse than garbage. No customer service. There is no attempt to listen much less to rectify to any degree. He was happy to simply remove me, cancel account and even ask if I wish to stop receiving correspondence. NO refunds. Not properly fitting. It really is not worth it. No notifications of shipment being sent to be able to adjust. In any event I would not wear any of the 400.00 package LITERALLY! Not the socks, the shoes, the shirts completely terrible. The fabric on shorts are so thin. The shirt is literally a t-shirt and I received two of those ñ, a black and a blue! Could have picked up at swap meet for 3.00 each. Two dress shirts don't fit. The cotton pants I received are way longer on length and are no where near Bananna republic or any other brand that I'm aware it. I might try the socks for something not sure what

I had 3 deliveries in 2 months when on the every 6 month plan. Statly refused to take anything back.

I love the packages they put together. The clothes are great quality and there is lots of variety in every box. The only thing I don't like is that is seems they don't keep track of what they've already sent you. Now that I've been getting a box every month for around 9 months I've gotten a few items that are repeats or very similar to items I already received. Returns/exchanges are easy, but it's a little frustrating since I would think they could see what they already sent.

Just doesn't seem as personal as I thought it would be. I have received the same couple shirts twice now and they're not even totally in my wheelhouse of style. My wife says it has more grandpa vibes than mid thirties . Hopefully this next box will be better. Is there a way to send back the shirts that are duplicates for different ones?

I have emailed, with pictures several times before and after starting with stately. However, from what I have received since the first box, it seems to me they are deliberately sending me the opposite of what I have requested.!

Customer service in regards to picking clothing items for the customer is poor. I have received duplicates of items already sent on a number of occasions despite updating my preferences. Sad
