Based on my style preference and my supporting statements, I do not feel like I'm receiving product that fits my wants. I feel like I receive product that is close to what it seems I might like and what is available to send. For example, in my last box, pants, and shirts were all the same color (basically). There was no contrast and wearing them together would look like Geranimals. I want to be excited when I get a shipment and open the box. Lately, that is not happening.

High end clothing. Great fits! Great selection and style. Clothing price is always over retail according to tags.

I've been a Stately member for a little over a year. They really listen to your feedback as each box has been better and better. It's perfect for people like me who hate shopping, but want to dress well. 10/10 I recommend this to everyone.

If you are not sure how to dress for your age, body type, an occasion, or how to layer, Stately takes the guess work out of it. Joining Stately was the best decision I have ever made.

I like the idea of this service. The clothing that I receive is top notch. I'm not convinced it has the value of the price tag. And they don't pay attention to want has already been shipped. I received the same item 2x. They won't exchange.

I said I didn't want long sock with my order 4 times and yet they still continue to send me long sock even after acknowledging my request. Who wants to pay for something they are never going to use?
I asked them to cancel my subscription immediately due to this and they continue to charge me and have yet to respond. This company has a serious problem with communication. My request was very simple, yet this team cannot get it right. I am about to send a really bad review. No one has even reached out to me and yes, I have contacted them the day after. They even sent me a belt that was WAY too big for me. It's like they don't even know who I am? Please cancel my subscription immediately!

Since I signed up with this subscription, I improved my wardrobe. They normally send great looking clothes!

I have been impressed with the stately products and service. Even when I have returned an item the service department has been very responsive

All I e done is take the introductory survey, I like everything I've received so far. Can't wait for my next box!

It seems that my fashions correlate with my age. I'm not an "old" 58. More of a European aesthic is my scene.

Very pleased with the service. There are some misses in each box and it takes a long time to deliver but overall very happy

I have uploaded photos on two separate occasions and spoken to a stylist and I get clothes that either do not fit or are not my style. I keep having to return the clothes

Good clothes easy hassle free exchanges. Will eventually use again. One piece of advice to stately. You should offer boxes without a membership. While I can pause on boxes for up to 2 months would be nice to have a permanent pause until you want more.

I have really liked less than 50% of the pieces and I don't need a new belt every box and I definitely don't need socks in any box.
I am still looking for the box that wows me, and I am happy to give it another try to see if the feedback gets incorporated.

I first signed up during a black friday promo where they advertised $500 worth of bonus items with your first box. I received the same bonus item 3 times despite providing feedback I did not want that item (watch) at all because I already owned many watches, they sent me 3.

On several occasions they have sent me items that are exactly like items (even in color) from previous boxes and they're sending me items that are not in my style profile.

Do yourself a favor and go to Nordstrom Rack and pick out clothes you like, because that's all this box is and by doing so would be cheaper.

Customer service is non responsive to complaints and feedback. Save your money.

When orders are shipped, no notifications are given. Payment is withdrawn from accounts before product is shipped and can be inspected.
