I have received essentially the same thing every order. I now have the same pair of pants in 6 different colors. At least the shirts are different. For a bit I was also getting shoes - again, I now have the same pair of shoes in 3 slightly different shades of brown. To get anything interesting you need the top tier but to do that means you will get a lot of repeats.
The clothes are good quality. The speed of delivery is great. The only thing I would change is they do not send me the correct sizes.

Your "design consultants" are not very good at what they do. Either they can't read or they don't follow instructions. Also, I've NEVER received so many XXL shirts that fit like shirts for little boys. Terrible

Didn't get any emails for a long time. Suddenly started receiving like 4 everyday. I tried to unsubscribe but I guess in their world that means "Send me more emails." I just created a filter to where anything that even remotely contains the word "stately" straight to trash. You change the company name I'll change the filter. Ain't no limit of filters. Good day gentleman!

I have tried other clothing and styling services similar to Stately, but when I received my first box I noticed this was different and upon opening my box and trying each piece that this was a top of the line service. I could tell my box was specifically tailored for me based on my profile preferences, likes, dislikes, and overall personality. I am extremely happy and I just look forward to getting my next box.

I choose Stately because some articles are out of my comfort zone and your company works with good quality brands. Comfortable clothing and delivered in a timely manner.
Love this. Customer contact can be as heavy as you like. They always want feedback and actually react to it. Price per item is cheap, and better than anything I would have picked.

When I got my first job, I knew I wanted a clothing subscription box. After looking online, I chose Stitch Fix and I couldn't be more disappointed. The clothes were not my style at all and I was getting fall clothes in early August! Besides, the clothes inside wouldn't form an outfit (and I got outfit suggestions of more clothes I could purchase - instead of just sending them in my box). Also, I did not like the price and I got a 3XL button down shirt, even though I am a L. So, I quickly gave them up and tried Stately. I loved that the clothes inside made complete outfits and all the fit was amazing. Everything was my style and the price and value were great! I can't wait for my next box!

This companies is terrible. The clothes are terrible, and you wiill not like 3/4 in your box. Also if you try to cancel they will try to make it as impossible as possible. Also, they will not refund you for anything. Had to dispute with my credit card to get refund and finally to cancel. They are terrible. DO NOT USE THEM.

We also offered another option for you and since we are a recurring subscription service members select their frequency upon sign up until your account is cancelled. I just received my Premium plan box with "bonus" items. The bonus items must be things everyone returned because they are atrocious and not anything in the category I requested. You also can't return them for exchange, I understand they were free, but if you send them back at all Stately will charge you a fee.
I asked for professional (vs casual) attire and received a button up t-shirt, polo, and flannel. The polo yes, but the others are not what I would consider professional at all. The pants were "slim" fit, which I specifically requested it not be, so they are going back as well. The watch was okay, kind of cheap looking but not terrible. I received "sneakers" that look like sneakers and again, aren't professional. I'm not sure if the stylist actually read anything I sent.
And I have to pay to return it, unless I wait and pay another $400 for the next box, then I can return from this box for free. Seems like a little scam. I won't be using them anymore.

I used them for a few months, and every single box had some issue. They sent me the exact same item multiple times. It's very obviously not "personally curated". Way overpriced, and any of their "bonuses" are a joke. Save your money and your sanity.

This company is a complete scam! The clothes were horrible quality and kept charging me well after I cancelled! Customer service was a nightmare

Stately's business practices and customer service are subpar. They refuse to listen and they are essentially stealing money by hiding behind their "terms of service ". I never received a notice of auto renewal and as soon as I saw the charge I called them to cancel. No order was fulfilled nor was it shipped. Shady business practices all around.

I was a member of another clothing club for years. Then the pandemic hit, and something changed with that company. The customer service went away, the cloths were not unique, and the overall value went out the window. I started looking for a new home and found Stately Men. After just now receiving my fourth box I have to say I am very pleased. The stylist nails my style in each of these boxes. If they don't, exchanges are super easy. Customer service is fantastic, and they are constantly checking with me on my subscription boxes as well as when I'm simply looking in their store. They reward loyalty with bonus item and reward points. They have a unique way of making my style a priority and personal. I love Stately Men and hope to be with them for years to come.
Stately should share the contents of upcoming shipments with customers prior to shipping to confirm the items will be well received. Instead, your customer just has to trust that whatever they open up they will love. I've now received my third shipment as a monthly Presidential customer. Last month I received a cheap looking watch in my box and I shared the feedback that I did not need another watch (and that it also felt cheap and flimsy). Not only did I receive another watch in this month's Presidential box, it was the exact same watch (brand, color, style - exactly the same)! So now I have two of the exact same cheap watches from Stately and they won't let me return or exchange either one. (Item was listed as non-exchange when I went to fill out an exchange request). Also you make the exchange process way too difficult. I travel a lot for work, and only offer a fast 5 day window to request an exchange (you do not allow returns for a refund), and by the time I returned home last month I had less than two days left and missed the request window. (Which I learned on day three when I went to request a return of the first watch). So now I have a suit and two watches I don't like and would have not purchased on my own.

Honestly none of what's been sent has been my style. Over half the items haven't fit and I feel it's very overpriced. I would like to return my shipment for a refund and cancel my subscription.

Clothing received thus far has not reflected my style choices. Website has limited ability to select style and calling does not allow for any direct communication. There is an option for direct interaction but the price point is too high. I've tried StichFix before and prefer the entire online presentation, styles, and quality. I've repeatedly tried to reach out to Stately and I find them unresponsive to phone and email requests for style modifications. Depending on this next shipment, I may cancel my membership.

We are a bit different than our competitors where we provide a personalized service where you can share special requests with your stylist via your style profile and additional style preferences. This is where you can add notes and inspiration photos so your stylist knows what you are looking for. Our member services team is also readily available during business hours via live chat, phone and email for any questions or notes you would like to add to your profile. If you want to speak directly to your stylist we do recommend our Presidential package which allows for a consultation call on every order, but it is the highest tiered plan we do have.
