The first several boxes that I received were amazing! I loved the style, the fit, the quality... I could not have been happier. I even upgraded to the next level because I wanted more of what I was getting. The boxes started having very similar items such as watches, sunglasses, polos... Since they were monthly deliveries, I assumed that there were only so many things that you had to choose from. I then delayed my next deliveries over a few months thinking this would help. As each new box would arrive, I was hopeful to see new things. I even reached out a few times to my consultant asking for specific pieces or occasions that might help in the collection process. Still, little change happened ( there are only so many henleys that I can wear) and the style of the clothes moved further away from "my style". The most recent box was the worst one yet. The description that the stylist placed in the box for how to wear the clothes was very well written, but the colors and styles didn't seem to match what was written.
My intent was to cancel my subscription. Bobbie reached out and offered some solutions. I am still waiting to decide what the proper next step is.
My parcel has still not been delivered. It's 3 weeks since you took my payment and one week since the first scheduled delivery date but still no sign of my package. I am receiving little help from your staff.

Once we ship out packages they are in the hands of the courier and out of our control unfortunately. However, we want to make sure all of our members are happy so if there is any sort of delivery issue we always try our best to make it right. I used the portal to submit 2 items exchanges and no UPS label was ever sent to my email.

After a couple shipments I must say I am impressed! The choice of items ranging from watches to blazers, to shoes, dress shirts have really hit the mark. There were a minority of items that didn't quite fit perfectly but for the most part measurements provided in the style profile were enough.

I really love the communication ability with the stylist and the ability to trade in things I don't like while being able to try out styles that I would normally not be sure would work for me.

No way to use the Exchange page for an entire box meant for someone else. Wrong sizes on everything and nothing I'd ever wear. No reply from the Comcierge email after several messages sent.

Sizing will vary from brand to brand based off cut and style but we'd be happy to exchange them for something that will suit you better. I've loved all the boxes I've received. However, this last one is my favorite so far. Absolutely loved the fit on the jeans as well as the shoes and shirt combinations. Changed my profile to a more casual style and am very happy I made that switch.

Stately recently sent me a pair of chinos, while a different brand, were the same size and color as ones sent to me in the previous box. So I have to go through the process of returning it and waiting for a replacement. I've been happy with the boxes so far, but this instance left me kind of "meh."

The clothing and accessories, especially the shoes, are stylish and well made. In order to put together outfits like I am receiving, I would have to go to several different stores. This service saves me a great deal of time and money plus, it saves me from the frustration of having to pick through rack upon rack of clothes. Through this service, I am slowly accumulating a more elevated wardrobe.

I received my third package this past week from Stately. It was my first linked with summer and it had what I needed and help provide new items for warm weather. I will be taking a "pause" as I do not need new clothes every 2 months.

I tried stately for six months and it has been a disaster. I have received boxes that had the identical items, the wrong sizes, and poor quality styles. When I went to have exchanges occur, they took forever and lost one of my boxes in the mail. I would not recommend this service to anyone

I've received three boxes now, and I've liked and worn almost all of the items regularly. There have been a few things that aren't my style, and I had hoped for more shoes and blazers/jackets. My last box, I was shipped a belt that was a smaller size than was on the invoice and a tapered dress shirt that didn't fit. Stately accepted and processed the return quickly and without any issues.

I live in a rural area where "Walmart" and "Target" are the biggest retailers of clothing. Stately's stylists picked out clothing that was appropriate for both professional and casual situations. These packages contained quality products and reputable brands that would not be easily accessible for me.
