I had to make an exchange, and my options were to add the exchange to the next box or pay to have it sent immediately where as it cost nothing to have it sent immediately in the past. This change is unreasonable. Exchanges should be sent immediately at no cost.

As a long-time subscriber, I've consistently encountered frustrations with the service. Despite updating my style profile multiple times, the selections rarely align with my preferences. My requests are often ignored, and the profile doesn't seem to stay saved in their system.
While the customer service team is polite and willing to process exchanges, the turnaround time is lengthy—typically 2-3 weeks—which is inconvenient, especially when planning for travel. The exchange process involves repetitive email communication without much improvement in the outcome.
I've noticed a lack of variety in the brands I receive compared to those prominently advertised. Over several years, I've only received a handful of items from brands like JACHS and Ben Sherman, but none of the premium options highlighted in their marketing.
What's most disappointing is the lack of attention to personal notes or preferences. Despite emphasizing my need for business casual, slim-fit clothing, I've repeatedly received relaxed or baggy styles that don't fit my wardrobe needs. For instance, I've received multiple items from "Tailored Vintage," a brand that doesn't reflect my stated preferences and seems out of place for the service's advertised offerings.
The concept of curated clothing deliveries is appealing, and it does save time compared to traditional shopping. However, the persistent missteps and lack of alignment with customer needs make the experience more frustrating than beneficial.
I hope the service improves its personalization process and delivers on the promises made in its marketing. Until then, I'll need to reconsider my subscription.

I've ordered 3 presidential boxes so far(waiting on the 3rd) the first 2 were amazing, got some things I thought wouldn't look good or didn't think was my style but gave it a shot and it looked good and got many compliments...I look forward to my 3rd box which I basically checked everything to give the stulylist full power over what to send... I'm excited

While it is fun to receive the boxes, I have had issues with shrinking, discoloration, and multiple times them ignoring my style requests (i.e. No watches, shoes only occasionally). I will say that there have been some clothes I thought I would never wear, that ended up being my favorite.

Some of the inputs I shared were reflected in the items shipped while others were not.
The expectation that drove me to select the presidential package was the ability to review selections ahead of time and exchange things I don't like or don't fit.
I was never able to preview anything and I was charged to exchange items that didn't fit.

I've been a subscriber for a while and while I enjoy some items, the selections seem inconsistent with my stated preferences. The service would be more valuable if the coordinator took a closer look at my profile when curating boxes. Additionally, I find the $14.95 exchange shipping fee frustrating, especially when items don't match my preferences or fit.

Don't do it! It's a scam company. They will keep sending you to different departments for you to cancel. They will give u the run around and takes about 16 days to receive your package. It's 2024! Do better.

I had been receiving my boxes, all of which were great selections by my stylist for nearly a year. Due to unforseen medical expenses, I had to cancel. Instead of canceling, I was offered an extended pause, and an added discount on my first box when service resumes. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

So obviously having new clothes sent to me is convenient, I'm not a shopper not great with fashion or colors. Setting up my style profile and communicating with the stylists, even as little as I do, gives them perfect insight with picking out clothes for me. I've received the Presidential a few times and the calls I get with that are awesome, kudos there. Stately's customer service is amazing, doesn't matter if it's with returns or accidental cancellations or one time I had an financial emergency come up and needed the money that was supposed to go towards clothing and they helped me with that as well. The clothes are always amazing, all of my favorite outfits come from stately: pants, shirts, button ups, even sport coats. I say 98% efficiency cuz I've had to exchange like two items for sizing reasons. Sometimes shirts are labeled one size but don't fit like that size, ya know. They have exposed me to colors I've never worn, styles I didn't know I needed in my life, options I didn't know I could wear confidently. Stately has really helped to improve my self worth and image a great deal. I'm no longer the T-shirt and jeans guy all the time. You all have upped my game! My last box was amazing! A pair of chinos, jeans, a few button ups, a shirt, a sport coat, and some really nice shoes. Probably $1500 worth of clothes and I spent $500 on a presidential box! Well worth it!

I used stately for a couple years. During most of the time it was mediocre at best. Also many of the sizes were actually a lot smaller than they should've been. Before canceling, I just decided to try to use the once a year subscription box because I had a wedding to attend and I needed western wear to match the weddings them. I made sure to update my stylist and my preferences on my account with plenty of time before box shipped. Needless to say, I did not get anything close to western wear. I did go and purchase the boots, hat, pants, shirt, and belt separately at a western wear shop and I actually paid less than I did for that one box from Stately.
