We ship a lot - it works great for within the US but for international shipping I wish there would be a way to save all the custom information as we ship the same products and I have to re-enter the same information again and again and again - eg save description, price, weight and HS code.

Every software update creates nightmares.

Often resort to hand addressing and using stamps due to ongoing problems.

Hope they fix the software issues, some days it does work, next day it does.

To fix the problems with Customer Support takes too much time compared to how much I use it.

And I have to use a Laser Jet 4 printer driver from 40 years ago as my current HP printers, 3-5 years old, do not work with Stamps.com latest drivers. Hello!

Can't be beat!

This is one of the best options ever offered. I love not having to go to the Post Office to being able to print my own stamps, weigh packages, create mailing labels, having packages picked up and other options ya'll offer.

We used a different postage provider before switching to Stamps.com, and they were absolutely horrible! Stamps.com is so much easier to use, they provide better services, and they far less expensive than their well-known competitor! Stamps.com beats the competition hands down!

I have been using Stamps.com for almost 2 years for my in home online boutique, shipping about $500 in postage each month! I have tried 3 different companies, Stamps.com surpasses them by far! The user interface is the easiest for any level of user. It is worth the $15.99/month because of the efficiency, reports, tracking, and more.
I've had to contact Stamps.com just 2 times in the last 2 years, one via email & one via phone. Both instances were handled quickly & professionally.
Stamps.com has exceeded my expectations! I recommend it to all of my fellow small business owners!

I just love using Stamps.com it's so easy to use and when I need a stamp or a whole sheet it's just a click away. You can even print out special rate stamps.
I have been a Stamps.com customer for a long time.
It's saves time and money instead of running out to the post office.

My Stamp Buddy

When I first used Stamps.com, I did not see the value but after the first 2 weeks, I realized that not only was the postage less, but there was no more wait time at the post office. I am a bookkeeper/tax preparer and constantly mail business letters to clients. I put letters in envelope, stamp it with printed stamps, and drop them off in the outgoing boxes at the post office. I smile when I see long lines at the post office and all I do is walk in and walk out. It shows me how precious my time is. I have a client that buys and sells on Ebay and I turned him on to Stamps.com and he is another happy customer.

Thank you Stamps.com for making my business run smoother.

I don't have huge needs but it certainly makes things convenient when I have larger mailings to do. No need to go to the post office generally, so I've been happy. I had a prior 'other service' and this works so much better, no $35 red ink cartridges to order, etc. Been a customer for several years now, definitely will keep it.

We have been a customer for almost 5 years, and I will never go back to using regular stamps, and a postage meter. Software is great, and I love the ability to track packages right through the program. In 5 years, we have hardly ever had to call them for a service issue. Highly recommend them!
