I was skeptical at first but when our meter contract was up about a year ago the owner decided he didn't want to pay the price for a meter any longer. We looked into stamps.com and have been a satisfied customer ever since. The system is easy to use and there is no charge when the Post Office changes their rates. It is automatically updated at no charge.

Great postal service; my only regret is not buying stock in the company when I first starting using them about five years ago. As a small business owner, Stamps.com cover 99 percent of my postal needs.

Although it is convenient I am paying $15.99 just to have the service PLUS the cost of the paper/printable products is ridiculously high. Will most like go back to regular stamps when my credit runs out.

You should only charge a fee for months that your service is used. Those who mail infrequently have to pay to keep their account open. I'm an author only making a few dollars on each book with is frequently eaten up in your monthly fee of $15.99

Love this service and worth the money! So much money is saved using this service on postage. Glad I was told about this.

This is an efficient way to manage your everyday mails without worrying too much about supplies and the different costs you have to handle in order to get it done.

I was using 3-part Multipurpose Label sheets. After putting in the labels and the code SDC-3110 and the address information, pressed print. It totally didn't print correctly, but I had to piece the stamp together in order for it to ship. Have the forms changed?
Am I stuck with 300+ forms?

Even if you don't have a business, Stamps.com is great to use in the home anyway.

I've used two different postage meters over the last 30+ years I've been in business. I paid a lot more & got a lot less. I had to pay a fortune for ink & service. Letters got jammed more times than I cared to count. I love this method of posting my mail. Of course, I don't send out the volume I used to, but does anyone? I love the reduced rate on postage & that I can do a multiple of the same rate. It works great for me.

While I have had a few issues with Stamps.com, the friendly folks who answer the phone when I call always resolve the problem... even when it takes more than a few minutes. In terms of overall cost savings, not much when you consider the monthly fee and cost of supplies, but you sure can't beat the convenience!

Easy way to save on postage and save time on line at the post office. Type in the address, click and you have your paid label! So easy! I love the fact that I got the first three months of service free!
