As a solo practitioner, I appreciate the fact that I can prepare certified mail from the office. I rarely need to go to the PO anymore. That is a big time saver for me!

Our office is located in a newly developed area and the closest post office is 17 miles away. With Stamps.com we are able to send out our mailings without needing to make a trip. Being able to purchase postage, order supplies on line is a real time saver for us.

They keep you well informed and have no problem downloading the stamps to the envelops. By having the stamps in your computer they are ready when you need them.

Ive been a member for quite a few years, just for my personal use. On occasion, Ive had to contact customer service, and theyre the best there is! Always able to help and willing to take however long it takes to resolve the issue.

I have been using Internet postage for nearly 20-years. I have been with Stamps.com for 10-12 years.

I know that regardless of the time of day, what the weather conditions, if I' in casual dress or whatever the situation I can prepare items for mailing with just a few clicks on my computer. If I need a stamp for a must mail item I know all I have to do is put the netstamp in the printer tray and I'm good to go. The ease of taking care of my postage is worth every penny to be a member of stamps.com.

We have been using Stamps.com for many years. It makes shipping so much easier. It calculates all the postage, keeps track of everything shipped, keeps track of postage purchased. Really user friendly!

I may need to ship a larger package then a 10 box. I don't have a scale that will handle the larger package.

The printer will not feed the first stamp on the roll... it does a buzz and i lose the amount of the first stamp. Too hard for me to find out how to get refund... can't do it... I get screwed... lost 46 cents once and $2.63 three different times... it's a real pain... will call tech line for help if I can find it... or... please call me *******521

I see you giving people scales, etc to joint. I have been with you a long time and have never been offered a scale or anything for that matter.

Fantastic, especially for people like me who are older, somewhat handicapped and unable to make it to the Post Office! I can mail heavier plain maill and packages that are picked up by our dear mail delivery people, My one wish is that I could mail packages that are really just Media Mail or Parcel Post.

I have an online store and I'm able to post my packages at my store and get them on their way in a very short time. I do make errors occasionally and Stamps.com will give me a refund for a label I can't use.

Saves me so much time and effort. I package my product, print postage and my wonderful mail lady picks it up and its on its way!

I don't think the monthly charge needs to be so much because they are already getting the shipping money. Also when I signed up I was promised a scale that I never received

I love Stamps.com. I wish I could get my family to use them too. Stamps.com is the best thing ever. So easy to use.

I was very hesitant about using Stamps.com and now I am sorry I didn't start it up a lot sooner. I LOVE saving money for our company and Stamps.com makes me look like a hero, literally! I highly recommend it to anyone, especially small businesses.

I HAVE BEEN USING STAMPS.COM FOR MORE YEARS THAN I CAN REMEMBER... IF I EVER DIDN'Y KNOW HOW TO DO SOME THING OR HAD A PROBLEM, I CALLED THEIR TECH STAFF AND IN A FEW SECONDS, I HAD THE ANSWER. THEY ARE FANTASTIC.

Refund process sucks. Hard to tell which postage service to use for different circumstances. Help needs to be revised.
Hard to work with addressbook.

Love the ability to get packages ready to ship from home. No more lines at the post office! Easy to understand software makes mailing easy!
