Stackry has definitely improved the quality of their services so far and am happy with it. Only challenge is to make their international shipping costs more competitive considering the market as the shipping can easily be 50% of cost of goods making it difficult for business orders.

The driver's own vehicle was a FedEx truck he had purchased and left their signage on it, so it looked like a FedEx delivery. He stood on the sidewalk and threw the package up the stairs and against the locked lobby doors, instead of using the call box to call the resident. He couldn't have cared less, made no effort at all at normal delivery.

In one of my previous interactions I was charged for a bad address but that was out of my control as the shipper misread my correct address
I wish the shipping rate was a little lower but overall I am satisfied
