I wanted to not consolidate my package after accidentally clicking on it but it was not possible to adjust this once selected. Very frustrating
Hi Leonie, appreciate your review! I apologize for the inconvenience, and the frustration it caused. After having a chance to look into the matter there is a reasonable explanation for why this request played out in this manner, and I'm also glad to explain why we do not offer such a feature to our customers.
First, I can see in the shipment's history that you had initially made the request to simply ship the package as-is, but then canceled that request yourself. Following that, I see the repack request that you submitted, and the resulting fulfillment of said request which eventually turned into a dispatched shipment. In this case, the timing of its different components played a large role in the result. Your repack request was made on a Friday evening at 7:37pm, which is not only after business and office hours, but also the start of the weekend. The repack was completed that following Saturday morning, and I see that about an hour following that fulfillment you took action to finalize the shipment for dispatch, selecting a carrier and making the payment on it. The shipment was then sent out about two hours later.
I acknowledge that after you made the repack request Friday evening, you quickly emailed into our support team to inquire and ask to cancel that request. The inopportune timing of the request meant that you didn't receive a response until that Saturday morning, after the repack had been done, payment made, and shipment dispatched. There is nobody at fault here by any means, rather the unfortunate timing didn't lend itself to being able to fulfill your request to customer service.
The reason we do not offer the option to cancel a repack or consolidation request is due to how that would impact things logistically from our standpoint, and on the backend of our system. Oftentimes we'll have customers who make a consolidation request, but then at a later time have another order delivered to our warehouse, which they then want to be able to include in the consolidation request that had already been submitted. While this is something we're happy to oblige, once a repack or consolidation request has been submitted the entire shipment process is now in motion, with plenty of moving parts both in the system and in the warehouse. Once the request reaches a certain point in processing, cancelling or altering the request is no longer possible in any sense. Thus, if we offered the ability to cancel such a request to our customers, it would very likely open a can of worms that would be best left closed, for everyone involved.
To cancel or alter a repack or consolidation request, we would ask that you reach out to the customer support team as soon as possible to inquire if it's something that can still be done. Again, I recognize, and really appreciate, that you did in fact email us as soon as you could after the request was made. Time was not on our side in this particular case, and I'm sorry for that. A phone call is most often the quickest way to get in touch and have some action taken, though our live chat could net the same results, too.

I would suggest creating an interactive customer support chat instead of computerized chat pots which do not answer the correct question sets asked of him. Please guide the people who are new to your service by creating a chat box with real people who help a customer who need support.
The site is very user friendly, and Stackry is very expedient through the process, but the cost for shipping is very exorbitant.
The platform is comfortable, however i tried to update my address but there are some problems that i couldn't update it.

بالنسبة للشحنة الخاصة بك, فان الناقل قد سلمها لنا في تاريخ 29 من شهر نوفمبر, ووضعناها في حسابك في نفس اليوم, ومن ثم قمت بشحنها والأمر كله لم يستغرق ساعتين, وانت اخترت دي اتش ال, وان السعر الذي حصلت عليه هو من ارخص اسعار الشحن بين الشركات المنافسة ناهيك عن ان سرعة ادخال الشحنات في حسابك وشحنها, لا توجد اي شركة تنافسنا فيها,

Your prices have gotten so insanely expensive, I can't even fathom how a single shoebox can cost $60usd to ship to Ontario. Even just a year or so ago it was nearly half this price. This is such a scam, I'll never use this service again.

Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
