Can't handle packing 18 item in 1 or 2 boxes (items 2 laptops 3 mouses 4joystick 4 speakers 1 ussf pc unit 2 nvme ssd 1 hdd hard)
They made package to 5 box for 390 usd that with 15 % discount // without discount 460 usd full package has 30 lb
1st story they made pack consolidation for 1st pack for 25 $ because they here 18 item and max for consolidation is 25$ (13 item) but you can't skip for this left 5 time you didn't pay for so they made it 5 box 1 for ship 4 for left and can't to collect them in 1 box happy for them

I am unhappy about the price it was to ship. I went to the FedEx site and saw a far lower price for shipping.
Bad customer service, and I don't think my shipment had any items that qualified for hazmat, got robbed
Was hoping to save money on shipping but instead payed an extra 10$. Don't use this site, just pay the normal shipping price of whatever you're buying.

Shipping prices is modest fees, there other compant that provide cheaper fees. Sometimes the system wont inform consumer on certain item due to be dispose, no email at all.

My first shippment item was missing, but cant claim as it was delay at hub.
My second shippment no buuble wrap was given, when US$15 was charge.
I was given back US$5 for this.
Still not satisfied as every shippment there is an issue.
Hope this one is smooth sailing.
I was charged a $5 fee for a bad address the address on the package wasn't what I submitted, I appreciate a person making the necessary change and I thank you for that. Overall this is a great service to which I would use again and recommend to a friend. Thank you

Its not clear whats in the packages, also i should have been notified that they will be two shipments before i ship one accidently & end up paying more for shipping
