FedEx returned package to sender (Stackry) after leaving it sit around for over a week. They stated they didn't process it in a timely manner with the border so they just sent it back. Stackry (Veronica) was extremely helpful. She explained the shipping and clearance process at the border and reshipped it to me without charging me. I couldn't ask for better customer service. FedEx was the opposite. Thanks again Stackry.

Don't believe what you read on the Stackry Website; these guys are total frauds.
I weighed up our parcels based on their pricing on the website prior to purchasing the items.
I went ahead and purchased 3 items from Amazon to be shipped to Stackry to forward on to us.
When they arrived at Stackry we chose to consolidate the items, went through their process, and agreed, paid for the shipping, over $100 US, that was bad enough only to find out they will only ship 2 of the 3 items together, they said one cannot be shipped with the other 2, No idea why, 2 items were irrigation controller and the other was a cream.
What makes it even worse, they still charge you for the 3 items to be shipped, even though they only sent 2, and the 3rd item a cream that is worth $19, Stackry wants $80 US to ship, the parcel is small, not much bigger than a cigarette packet... It's nothing more than a scam to rip you off.
As for contacting Stackry, well sorry, no real people work at Stackry, they have this stupid virtual assistant. I did track an email address down, but they don't reply.
Stackry is just another one of these stupid platforms, a couple of people hiding behind a website who have zero people skills or care.
Be very careful what you read; these guys know how to pump their own tyres up, its easy to read the BS and the real reviews.

Hi Danny, appreciate you taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. I'm happy to address every one of your points here to provide some insight and clarity, so that you'll hopefully end up with some more confidence in and a better understanding of our services.
First, regarding what you may have read on our website, I'm not sure what you're referring to which would make us total frauds, but I'd be glad to discuss anything that may make you feel uneasy.
Speaking to the cost of your shipment, I can see it was billed based on the dimensional weight of the shipment rather than the scale weight. That is in fact something that we explain on our website, which can be found here: https://www.stackry.com/en/dimensional-weight. As far as the reason the three items could not be shipped altogether in one shipment, this was due to the hazmat classifications of the goods being shipped. Because of this it necessitated splitting of the cream you're speaking of, so that it could be shipped on its own, separate from the controllers which carried their own classification. This is due to regulations pertaining to international carriage of certain hazmat goods.
Your wording is misleading when you say we still charge for the three items to be shipped. We charge for shipments, so yes, we must bill for each shipment that we dispatch from the warehouse. The fact that two items were able to be shipped together in one shipment, then the cream must be shipped on its own in a separate shipment, means we would charge for the two shipments separately. I don't think this is an outlandish concept. The cream product itself may be small, however due to its hazmat classification, and the regulations I brought up previously, it requires us to pack it in a certain size box with particular packing materials. This is so we meet those rules and regulations pertaining to international carriage of hazmat items. This is something that can result in fines and other consequences if they are not followed, so it's simply a matter of doing our due diligence. Because of this, it tends to result in the shipment being billed, again, based on its dimensional weight, versus its scale weight. This is a standard in international shipping, and I'd urge you to check up on that on our website.
I can't fathom your point that says no real people work here, and that we just have a virtual assistant and do not respond to emails. I've pored through all of our communication channels, and have not found any signs of you reaching out to our team. No chat results, and no email results. Given these findings I'd be curious to know what your own contact information was when you contacted us, and if it differed from the information in your Stackry account. It's clear to see you have an active account with us, but using the information saved in it there was zero indication that you had reached out to our team. We have a great group in customer service who are willing and glad to assist our customers in answering questions, resolving issues and inquiries, and educating folks on the different aspects of the business. I'd be interested to know the email that you reached out to, because we certainly reply to all of them that come in.
While I don't appreciate the indecency in your tone and words, I understand this was a frustrating experience for you, especially since it looks like it was your first shipment with us. We are absolutely not hiding, and we'd be glad to lend some help and speak with you further about any problems or questions you may have. We pump our own tires, and will work to help pump our customers tires, too. There's no reason why we'd want to create a poor experience for the folks who deal with us.

From point A to point B, this has been a pleasant experience. I am extremely impressed with how these guys packed my consolidated shipment. I had some questions for support and they promptly responded and helped me out. This is a reliable company providing excellent service!

Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
