The quality of packages photos need to be improved.
I requested photos for 3 packages, and only got photos for 1. I decided to consolidate. On shipping i found myself being charged for photos of the three packages 4 + 4 + 4 $.
Without any option to go back and report the 2 missing photos, or dispute their charge.
This is expensive but as long as my delivery is packaged and supported with care then I can give a full experience then. Thank you for a straight forward process with time and patience.

You sent a generic response everytime I emailed about the issue. There is no customer service at all with this company I refuse to pay $5 to repackage again and again because you have damaged my items in the parcel. All this company does is charge money for every single little thing. It does cost $5 for a hazmat item then $5 to remove a hazmat item then double the amount in shipping from $50 to $100! This company are fraudsters trying to get every penny out of customers as possible, it's appalling you haven't once stopped to send me a personal message regarding this awful service I have received. It is not a straightforward process like your website falsely advertises.
