Crazy expensive shipping costs. Way more than the Stackry calculator initially predicted which is the resign I signed up for this service in the first place. Like 2-3x what I expected.

Thanks for the honest review. We are so sorry that you were not happy with the pricing. The carriers that Stackry uses charge based on dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. Because of this, the size of your parcel can determine the billable weight of your shipment. I can see you were billed on the size weight of 13 lbs. I see you elected to ship with FedEx Priority. They repackaged my order and did a worse job and increased weight and size.

What we should of done in this case, was send you an email saying that the package was unable to be repacked and refund you the $5 fee. I am so sorry that did not happen. I went ahead and issued the $5 refund and a refund for the increase in size. We hope you use our services again and can gain back your trust. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume.
