I had a package that failed to be delivered to me. Luckily it arrived safely back to their warehouse, but ended up having to pay for the pricy shipping twice.

It appears the carrier made three attempts to deliver the package without success before it was returned to the USA. I am sorry for the inconvenience. The experience with Stackry was okay, but apparently, I have the misconception that I can save money by buying camping products from the States instead of from Australia, as the retail prices in the States are much lower than in Australia. However, I end up paying significantly more money with the shipping cost and tax. Will not try this again.

If you can purchase the item in your country, it may not be worth it to use our service. Duties and Taxes can be up to 20% of the value of the goods shipped. We are the perfect fit, if you shop from US only retailers. Also our clients find the most cost savings from Stackry when you consolidate multiple purchases from different retailers together.

It would be nice if I could check, which options I have selected on previous steps while shipment is consolidated. Also, several important pieces of information are missed on website (or I have not found them): working hours (I have seen them only in chat), signature on delivery
In the past few years, i used to ship using ws1.com which is a way cheaper than stackery, so to be honest this is my 1st time and i think it will be the last one

I checked my wallet balance square to use the balance remaining in my account. However deducted all of the amount out of my credit card
