If nothing gets lost, not sure how this could get much better!
I found it tricky and had to repeat many times before i understood how to follow your system procedure. I think it could break made easier by giving options but perhaps thats just me and not very tech savvy.
Great service fast efficient received very timely notifications and it was very cost effective and transparent love it and will be looking to use this service whenever I make online purchases from the US and have them shipped to Australia.
I have been using the service for years but the pricing has become exorbitantly rediculous and i doubt ill use it again

نحن نحاول الخفاظ على اسعار الشحن الخاص بنا اقل مايمكن بما يتناسب مع نوعية الخدمة التي نقدمها كما ان اسعار الشحن تعتمد على ابعاد ووزن الشحنة,, كما لاحظت لقد وصلت لنا الباكيج في 13 من هذا الشهر وتم شحنها لك في نفص اليوم
بالنسبة لخدمة الدفع عند الاستلام, نحن لا نقدمها, ولايوجد اي شركة شحن دولية تقدم هذه الخدمة,بسبب التعقيدات في ايصال الدفعة للشركة الأم, وايضا بسبب احتلاف العملاء المحلية من دولة لأخرى, وقيمة تصريف هذه العملات بين ساعة وأخرى,
في المرات القادمة يمكنك طلب اعادة التغليف للشحنة من اجل تخفيض الابعاد لها وبالتالي تقليل تكلفة الشحن,

Thank you for your review. I am sorry for the confusion. Upon review, the dangerous good product in your shipment is Nail polish containing Isopropyl Alcohol. Nail polish is flammable and this is the reason for the extra hazmat processing. Unfortunately, due to international regulations, requires us to use a certain box size for Hazmat shipments. With Hazmat, the shipping carriers are limited based on hazmat type and destination country. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. I am grateful for your reminder. I really thought the parcel was on it's way and you used the card on file but it was still sitting with you! So, glad I saw the reminder just now. I have been in a lot of pain with torn ankle and knee ligaments and horizontal for weeks, not on the computer even wanting to look at emails.
That last visit to Stackry was probably one of those foggy moments.
