A lot of things went wrong, which was a nightmare. So one star off. But the Service Assistant was brilliant and helped me out with everything. Without her, I would have given up. So not great for the actual process, but the most stars possible for Mya, the Support Assistant. Thank you. PS This overseas shipping 'by proxy' is a great idea - the shipping cost has prevented me from buying art materials from the USA in the past few yrs. If the actual online process was a bit less problematic, it would be five stars plus. Thanks again, esp tp Maya.

I appreciate that you are constantly iterating your UI.

The auto customs export code thing is really frustrating. It produces some really stupid suggestions and there's no way to change it or give feedback. I often have to give nonsensical descriptions to get an export code that's remotely close. Would be great if I could pick from top x suggestions or cycle to next, or give you categories, or the raw codes themselves.

Separately, I'd appreciate being able to leave notes for the consolidators. Your support agent was able to help me with one, but this wasn't visible to me. Would be nice if UI let me add a message.

I ordered a coffee machine shipped from the US to Mexico.

Firstly, it was really disappointing the lack of communication from Stackry/Fedex regarding the Customs charges. I understand that these are outside their control, but I did not receive any notification that charges were owing until after attempted delivery. If Stackry had bothered to contact me first, I could have arranged payment before hand, delaying the delivery of my item significantly.

On delivery, it turns out the water tank of the coffee machine had been smashed. I immediately reported it to Stackry giving pages of information, and after hearing nothing for three weeks they had the cheeck to respond that the item was not covered as it was a fragile item like glassware. It's made of sturdy plastic!

This is despite paying for the additional insurance. Lesson learnt, avoid like the plague!

I have used Stackry twice, the first time I was impressed, shipping was about $38 however I had a discount code and only paid about $25. The second time I ordered products from the same website as the first and when it arrived at Stackry they told me it needed to be repackaged for hazmat purposes. I essentially ordered the same items as before so I was confused as to how before these items were not hazmat but now they are. With the additional fees and shipping, I ended up spending $98 to ship a 2 pound box to my home...way too expensive. I will probably not use this service again due to cost unless I am desperate. On top of that, when I had received the items, they weren't packed with any special protection that would warrant $100 shipping which made me even more upset, there was not even enough bubble wrap to stop the products from flying around in the box, I heard them move as I carried the box into my home. I may explore other shipping forwarder sites in the future or I may just consider waiting until I visit the US to buy all the items I want.

I was amazed by the fast and quality service provided

Would heartily recommend Stackry every time up until this shipment
It shipped quickly as always, but I was very surprised to find my set of films shipped over we're just sent in a thinnish bubblewrap mailer envelope rather than a cardboard box as per every time previously
God knows how but most of the films arrived unscathed ( a few minor creases and dents to slipcases though)
With the cost of this service I'd expect a cardboard box shipper every time
