بخصوص الشحنة الخاصة بك هي شحنة كبيرة حيث ان وزنها الحقيقي 139 باوند, وهي مؤلفة من 3 صناديق كبيرة تم تجميعها في مخازننا,
شركة شوب اند سيب, تملكها شركة الشحن اراميكس,وبالتالي بالطبع تكلفة الشحن معها ستكون اقل, ولكن شوب اند شيب لاتقدم خدمات التجمنيع للشحنات كمان ان تقيينها في كل المواقع المرموقة ليس بجيد,

There seems to be an ongoing problem with your forms not opening properly on Google Chrome. I had to get tech assistance from a friend in order to complete the consolidation request and even to complete this survey the font is soooo tiny I have to squint. The only way I can scroll down is to shrink the pages down. Chrome is a popular platform. Why don't you overhall your website's pages?

User interface needs work. Some options are impossible to find (ex. Where to set default carrier for autoship). When entering descriptions in customs entries, only 50 characters are allowed but the text field will let you enter more than that. Then if you don't see the warning that popped up partially underneath the form, you close out thinking it was saved but it wasn't. You think autosaving customs entries is a convenience but it isn't. I would rather have an ok button to press and know that my entries have been saved.
Your user interface leaves a lot to be desired. It is nice and simple but hides a lot of information that obviously should be available to the customer. For example, the individual package numbers before consolidation are shown but there's no way to see the name the customer gave that package before the consolidation step. That makes it difficult to distinguish between multiple packages in a shipment or be able to determine which shipment contains which packages. Also, the shipment number should be shown on every screen/at every step. A user shouldn't have to back out all the way just to see which shipment he is working on. Granted, not all users will have more than one shipment pending at a given time, these things would really help when a customer needs to split packages into multiple shipments.
So far, so good. Made my first shipment. I like how straightforward the process is. 4 stars because the weight seems a little bit more than I expect for what I'm shipping. Maybe the weight of the packaging? I hope I receive the shipment within the estimated delivery time. That would mean I can probably rely on Stackry for my needs.

Was told that my package would cost 84 dollars US to ship to canada, then when it came in it was around 500 CAD. Might as well have used the standard shipping that the initial website offered.

Stackry’s carriers charge based on dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. So if your package was large, but light, it may have been charged based on dimensional weight not the actual scale weight. In looking at your shipment, I see you shipped a larger bike part, so you were definitely charged on the size versus the scale weight. It is also about the cargo space the item takes up. When using the rate calculator, you want to make sure you enter the scale weight as well as the dimensions of the box ( Length x Width x Height) to receive an accurate quote. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
