Problem with the SDS: customer service thought it was hazardous material even after receiving the SDS. (seemed to be unknowledagble whatsoever)

Due to international shipping regulations, shipping companies are required to have the material safety data sheet on file for dangerous goods shipped in the event of damage or leakage in transit. The exact product name on the form should match the item being shipped. Customer service via email is efficient - I inquired if the items I wanted to ship (dog supplement chews) were considered prohibited and they got back to me within a day. I recommend checking their prohibited list prior to shipping to your given address based on other reviews I read before signing up. I received an email immediately when my shipment reached my Stackry locker (very soon after the delivery email from the company I ordered from). The website is very user friendly with a simple tutorial explaining the steps for consolidating and shipping to yourself. They include photos of your package exterior, shipping label and weight (not the contents unless you request it). You can choose to ship as is, repackage, or consolidate with other packages for a minor delay and small fee. The shipping options are a bit pricey if you only have one item (my order from the retailer weighed 5lb and was $115USD, and the cheapest shipping option was DHL for $64USD), but it would likely be much more worth it for consolidating multiple things. I finished shipping my first order just now and am hoping the second half of the process goes as smoothly as the first. So far I am very happy with this service and thankful for a simple way to get products from companies that won't ship to Canada.

It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume.
