You do increases the weight of shipments, and this time was too much add on weight!

Because of this, the size of your parcel can determine the billable weight of your shipment. We do have processes in place to help lower dimensional weight, such as a repack ($5) or consolidation ($2 per package). This is how our customers save the most money. I see you shipped the last package as received by the retailer. In looking at your shipment, we may have been able to save you on the shipping costs by using our repacking service. Good service, but you need to give the costumer more action when items reach to you, for example I was making an order by mistake, so it's hard to open a package and return only one thing from it!

Upon review of your shipment, I see you shipped a hood strut. This item is considered a dangerous good. Shipping dangerous goods internationally is an additional cost. Due to international regulations, shipping hazmat requires Stackry to use a certain box size and limits the available carriers. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us. The price you paid also included the prepaid Saudi Arabia VAT/GST. We did not have this option when you last shipped in 2021. This will make for a smoother customs clearance process. Compared to our competitors, we have no membership or receiving fees, free 45 day storage, and 0% US sales tax when you purchase items to be delivered to your locker). Fantastic service. Previously my parcels have all arrived safely & quickly via Fed Ex but for this delivery I decided to try Aramex as they were a slightly cheaper if slower option. I was a bit wary after reading some of the reviews for Aramex online but I've had no problems at all. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Stackry to anyone

I've been with Stackry for a few years now, and I've been satisfied with their customer care. However, I have had an issue about an item that was not put into my box. I've been back and forth, left numerous emails, and no response. I'm disappointed at the lack of response, and it is making me question my loyalty to an organisation that ignores your emails. I understand that things may be a bit tense, due to the pandemic. However, this doesn't mean that the ball is being continuously dropped when it comes to an integral part of service of an organisation: Communication and customer care.

So far, so good. Would have loved to actually see the content of the three boxes I received from ebay sellers, to make sure everythimg is there. No idea what I receive now until it's too late. Could be anything in the box now...
Quick and easy. Like the different option types of shipping. I like that I can wait to ship all items. If I have some items come on different days, I can wait to have them consolidated into one box and reduce the shipping cost. I like how the wizard will let you know the if consolidation is best. Tracking is good. I was able to track my package. The service was quick and easy to use. This is the 3 time I use it and will continue to use it when I have items from different vendors, I want shipped to me.

It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume.
