I would like to share some feedback regarding your shipping services. While I appreciate the overall convenience of your platform, I have found the shipping options and pricing structure to be quite discouraging compared to alternatives.
The available shipping methods are limited and priced significantly higher than expected, often making it difficult to justify using the service for certain orders.
On top of the shipping cost, the additional service and handling fees applied are excessive and not clearly competitive. When combined, the total charges frequently outweigh the value of the items I am shipping.
The lack of more affordable, flexible shipping choices leaves customers with little room to optimize costs, especially for repeat or bulk shipments.
I believe Stackry could provide much better value if the shipping prices were revisited, additional carriers/options were introduced, and service fees were made more transparent and aligned with industry standards. Without improvements in this area, it becomes hard to recommend the service to others or remain a long-term customer.

Two issues I have noticed:
1- The packaging has become slimmer and cheaper. The padding and bubble wrap is not good enough for the package and it barely survives the onslaught of shipping. Boxes need to be fortfied as well.
2-the shipping fees creeping up.

I like stackry, but to charging me 5 USD for wrong address was not my fault, this actually from the website that i have order the items from, they didn't allow me to mention the unit number. This the first time i encountered this

It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
