This was my first delivery with stackry and I'm very pleased and surprised as how fast it was!
I like the the simplicity of the user interface, and the customer support I got, but once my consolidated package arrived some of the goods had been scratched because they were adequately padded. I also thought was under the impression that if some of the goods have very fancy packaging that they would be included but they weren't, which was a bit of a downer.
Stackray is great.
The option for shipping Seeds to Other nations just requires certain paperwork that is easy to arrange instead of rejecting to sending it. The options to ship within the USA due to inability to ship abroad may require reviewing the process and hazmat handling fees. For abroad shipping seeds requires Certificate of origin, Commercial invoice (contains the latin scientific name) and a phytosanitary certificate. The cost for arranging these items worth paying if it will be delivered unlike the non correct charges for hazmat!
Excellent services always. I do trust and recommend Stakry for my shopping and mail handling from the states. Including the gifts delivery directly to my party's and partners.
But unfortunately the USPS option had not been shown for long time now. It used to be less expensive and time efficient as well.
I believe Stakry could bring better services to its customers if they work better on negotiating with shipping providers on sticking to the actual weight rather than the dimensional one. Or at least not to go for the full Dimensional!
I still think better prices are possible. And, wondering why the usps and ups are not shown as option to Kuwait.

Overpriced, it cost me almost $1000 NZD to ship a 9lb box to New Zealand when you billed me for a 29lb box. It didn't make sense to me. You hold the monopoly over your customers and they have no choice to pay it unless they forfeit their items.
HI Brett. Sorry to hear you were not happy with our pricing. The carriers that Stackry uses charge based on dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. Because of this, the size of your parcel can determine the billable weight of your shipment. Upon review of your shipment, I see you were billed on the size of the box versus the scale weight. We can reduce the size weight in our repacking and consolidating services by removing any excess packaging if you request it. I show the price you paid also included the consolidation of 13 packages, bubble wrap, storage fees for over 45 days, full shipment insurance and the prepaid New Zealand VAT/GST. I started using Stackry services a few years ago. Consolidation was lightning fast. Now, consolidation costs money/package and is super slow. It took 5 days for my shipment to be consolidated (from submission on Thursday until I got notified on Monday) and I still have to wait until shipping date.
I get that you probably have a great amount of orders to fulfill, but isn't making consolidation with a fee is the point which is to maintain the same level of quality services as before.
Also, when I tried to ship with DHL, which is the best shipping service in my country, there was no option to ship with DHL. Only Aramex which takes up to 2 weeks and Fedex which is very very bad in my country.

Due to lower volume during the summer months, Stackry is closed over the weekends, which is Saturday and Sunday, in the USA. It is important to know that typical consolidation completion time is 24-48 hours, although it can be much faster than this. I'm afraid that at times the consolidation can take longer than this due to the day it was requested and the current volume. Too much money for shipping things and billable weight and not paying for the actual weight is making me hate using this app

The team cut the box down to fit the size of the albums to make the size weight as close to the scale weight as possible. The price you paid also included the extra fragile bubble option. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
