My experience with the website was quite glitchy. I had a few issues on different devices that made navigating the site tedious at times.
Other than that, this being my first order with stackry, naturally I had some questions about how they operate. Unfortunately, I couldn't get all the answers I needed from customer service before needing to ship my order on this occasion.
I will say, the consolidation service in particular, is a little different to what I expected. You're limited in options of how you can consolidate packages in your order and I later realised the $2 consolidation fee applies per package and is not fixed - my mistake.
My order has now been shipped. Hopefully it arrives safely, as though I opted to keep the original packaging, I've since read this doesn't include the bubble wrap/protection in the original packages if you choose to consolidate. This was disappointing and feels wasteful. I didn't know the only protection would have to come from opting for their own bubble wrap/fragile labels for the extra cost. It felt like an unnecessary expense to pay to replace bubble wrap with bubble wrap so I didn't opt in. :(

We are available by telephone and live chat, Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM EST. You may also email [email protected] for non-urgent issues. Upon review, it looks like you emailed Friday night after hours, and Stackry is closed on the weekends. This caused the longer than normal response time. Please accept our apologies for the delay. You have 45 days free storage with our service, so hopefully that should give you time to reach out. The standard consolidation is $2.00 per package, but that fee is capped at $25.00. So for example, if you consolidate 20 packages, the price does not exceed $25.00. With the standard consolidation, additional packaging material will be added to protect your goods if needed. Our goal is to pack efficiently while still protecting the goods. If you are shipping glassware, pottery or any breakable items, it is best to select one of the extra bubble wrap options. Finally, Stackry will discard the shipping boxes by default during a consolidation. When you selected to keep the "product packaging" that means the staff will retain all manufacturer packaging. For example, a shoe box or packaging the items arrive in as if you purchased it from the store. I hope this helps clarify things a bit for you. ان الشحنة الخاصة بك كانت تحوي على صدام خلفي للسيارة وهذا الصدام جائنا بدون اي تغليف, لذلك لم يمكننا شحنه مع دي اتش ال في المرة الأول, وكان يجب طلب اعادة التغليف للشحنة, وعندما تم الانتهاء من اعادة التغليف تم اخبارك بالموضوع وقمت بالدفع للشحنة في يوم الجمعة مساء عندما كانت كل النواقل قد مرت علينا, وبالتالي لم نتمكن من شحن شحنتك الا في يوم الاثنين, ( لان يومي السبت والاحد) هي ايام عطلة,
بالنسبة لتلكفة الشحن
قبل وصع الشحنة في صندوق لكي تتمكن من شحنها مع دي اتش ال, كانت التكلفة 102 دولار,
ولكن بعد وضع الاغراض في صندوق مناسب للشحنة ووضع الغراض كلها في صندوق واحد كبير التلكفة التي دفعتها هي 141 دولار, اي بزيادة 39 دولار, وبالتالي لم تتضاعف الاسعار كما قلت اخي الكريم,

لقد عانيت كثيرا من خلال تتبع الشحنه وتاخير شحنها للاسف والتكلفه العاليه في الشحن بريد الرسمي ارخص كثيرا

ان مدة الشحن مع اراميكس تأخذ بين 9 ال 15 يوم عمل ( لا يتم احتساب يومي السبت والاحد), لذلك سوف يتم ارسال رقم التتبع الخاص بالشحنة فور القيام بارسالها الى اراميكس, لانه مع اراميكس, نقوم بتجميع كل الشحنات التي سوف يتم شحنها من خلالهم ومن ثم سوف يتم ارسالها الى الشركة, حيث ان اراميكس موجودة في ولاية مختلفة عن الولاية التي نحن فيها,.
لقد قمت بالدفع للشحنة في 29 من شهر 9 يوم الحمعة, وتم الشحن في 2 من شهر 10 يوم الاثنين ’ وهذا سريع جدا ( نظرا لان نحن نغلق في يومي السبت والاحد ايام عطلتنا الاسبوعية),
بالنسبة لتكلفة الشحن, نحن نحاول جعل تكلفة الشحن اقل ما يمكن بمايتناسب مع نوعية وسرعة الخدمة التي نقدمها,
بالنسبة للشحنة الخاصة بك من المفروض انها في طريقها الى بلدك الان, وهذا اسرع من البريد الرسمي,
